- Aishath (10/5): Authentic Local Experience! - Fantastic stay at Feridhoo Bahaaru Villa, Maldives! Host Ismail went out of his way to ensure everything was seamless, even handling my transfer from Male to Feridhoo – a short speed boat ride, which made my arrival completely stress-free. This charming guesthouse is location right in front of the beach. My room on the upper floor was ideal: spacious, cool with air-conditioning, impeccably clean, and fully stocked with everything I could need. The bathroom was spotless and had all the essentials covered. Free highspeed Wifi was an added bonus. I enjoyed a delicious, authentic local dinner in their lovely garden restaurant. They offered a great variety of breakfast options, all flavourful and carefully prepared. I woke up to the sound of waves and went for a sunrise local boat tour booked from the reception the night before. I spent the day snorkelling and just relaxing on the beach. The host, Ismail provided genuine hospitality and an authentic local island experience which I will remember. Highly recommend this guesthouse to anyone looking for a local, and memorable getaway in the Maldives!
