- 🐰 1995 (1/5): Kein Ferienhaus, sondern eine dunkle EG-Wohnung im Reihenhaus, keine Aussicht zum Berg! - Robuste Wohnung für max. einen Tage mit ausreichend Kaffee und Tee und bereitgestelltem Wasser Die Unterkunft entspricht leider in mehreren Punkten nicht der Beschreibung. Es handelt sich nicht um ein Ferienhaus, sondern um eine Wohnung innerhalb eines Reihenhauses, und davon lediglich um die Erdgeschosswohnung. Die Zimmer sind zudem auf verschiedenen Ebenen verteilt und über mehrere, teils sehr steile Treppen erreichbar. Nachdem die erste Person 10 Minuten geduscht hatte, konnten weitere Personen nicht im Anschlussduschen, da kein warmes Wasser kam. Das Problem war an allen Tage. Zudem kam kaum Wasser aus dem Duschkopf und der Schlauch ist defekt. Besonders unpraktisch ist, dass man das Bad und die Küche nur über die Terrasse erreicht. Diese ist zudem nur teilweise überdacht, sodass es bei Regen rutschig werden kann. Die Wohnung bietet entgegen der Beschreibung keinen Bergblick, auf der Terasse ist man von vier Mauern umgeben – man sieht lediglich nach oben in den Himmel, am späteren Tag kommt auch ein wenig Sonne hinunter. Da es sich um ein Reihenhaus handelt und die Wohnung sehr hellhörig ist, hört man deutlich die Nachbarn von beiden Seiten. Das dritte Schlafzimmer mit dem Einzelbett verfügt außerdem über kein Fenster. Auch die Check-in- und Check-out-Zeiten waren problematisch. Laut Angaben ist der Check-in ab 12:30 Uhr möglich und der Check-out bis 12:00 Uhr vorgesehen. In unserem Fall konnten wir jedoch erst nach 14:30 Uhr einchecken, obwohl wir bereits um 12:30 Uhr anreisen wollten. Hier sollten die Gastgeber die Zeiten besser koordinieren bzw. anpassen, um solche Unannehmlichkeiten künftig zu vermeiden. Von dem dreckigen Geschirr sprechen wir erst garnicht. Insgesamt empfinden wir den Preis 90€/Nacht, insbesondere angesichts der fehlenden Aussicht und der Abweichungen von der Beschreibung, als deutlich zu hoch für diese Unterkunft. 45€/Nacht wäre angemessen.

- Erik (9/5): A charming house in Aldonales - Alojamiento Rural Los Corrales is a charming and impeccably clean property, perfect for a relaxing getaway, especially if you’re traveling with pets. The house is well-equipped, featuring thoughtful touches like basic kitchen staples (oil, coffee, sugar, salt), comfortable furniture, air conditioning, a washing machine, dryer, and even a game room. The patio is a standout feature—spacious and ideal for barbecues, with the kitchen conveniently accessible directly from the outdoor area. The property feels well-maintained, almost like new, and offers a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. The small details, like the welcome gift and the fully stocked kitchen, show how much care is put into the guest experience. There were even a Christmas tree and Christmas decorations during the Christmas period. The beds are comfortable, and the heating works perfectly, making the house a cozy retreat. Despite some challenges, the overall experience is delightful, and we would undoubtedly stay here again. The house is situated in a quiet location about 10 minutes walk from the centre. There is a supermarket right next to the house where you can get fresh bread and your daily groceries. Algodonales is a fantastic place for fanatic walkers. It is possible to take a walk in the surrounding mountains from the house and the Grazalema natural park (known for its vultures) is only half an hour's drive away. Overall: Alojamiento Rural Los Corrales is a fantastic option for spring, summer, and autumn stays. While the layout might pose slight inconveniences during winter or for individuals with mobility concerns, the charm, comfort, and excellent hosting make it a highly recommended choice. The property layout could be challenging for guests with mobility issues, as it is divided into several sections around the patio (there are always small level differences with one or more steps). The bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, and game room are in separate areas, requiring you to step outside to access them. While the patio is private, this setup can be less convenient in colder months. The rooms are a bit on the small side and the kitchen ceiling is a bit low, which might make it a bit more difficult for taller people to move around easily. Additionally, older guests may find the steps around the kitchen and patio a bit steep. Parking can be a bit tricky at first, but once you familiarize yourself with the area, it’s relatively easy to find a spot a short walk away.
