- Katherine (10/5): Loved this place, would definitely stay again. - Really clean and friendly staff. The family studio fit all four of us comfortably and the kids loved the bunk bed. Our beds were firm and I had an amazing nights sleep. It was also very quiet. It was an excellent stay for the price and very well located. The staff were happy to help with ta-qu-bin transfer too. You can heat up your food in the microwave in the lobby and there is a coin laundry and dryer too which was so handy. Could use a bit more storage like hooks or a basket or two. Or even a couple more shelves. But this was a very small issue.

- Tara (5/5): - Its location was fairly close to Ueno station which is why we stayed here. It was the smallest and most dated room we stayed in on our 2 week trip. It is Tokyo so I guess that’s why it was so much more expensive than other “business hotels” we stayed at. Unfortunately I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

They do help to keep luggages before check in or after check out. There is a lawson and a small grocery shop near this hotel.

We had to put our suitcase on the bed to get everything packed up to go home. It’s best to travel light as all hotel rooms in Japan are small.

La habitación estaba muy limpia y ordenada, con el tamaño perfecto para estar cómodo sin sentirse muy apretado. El hotel estaba muy silencioso, perfecto para poder dormir sin problemas. Tiene algunas tiendas de conveniencia literalmente en la calle de al lado. El personal es muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar, sobretodo para el envío de equipaje hacia otro hotel. No busquen más, totalmente recomendable. Todo perfecto.

- Pornsak (8/5): - The location next to the Ueno station is what we like the most. The hotel is only 5 minutes walk to the JR train and subway. If you walk a bit further, you will find a big night market filled with restaurants and small shops. The area is safe and lively to walk around at night. Keep in mind that the hotel room will be a bit small which is typical for this class of hotel in Tokyo.

Hotel is clean, has plenty amenities, helpful and lovely staff. There is a laundry room as well. The room was cleaned spotless daily. Room has AC, bed was wide and comfortable as were the pillows. Can't think of anything that was lacking, would definitely visit again.
