• Wilfredo Eleazar (2/5): Ich würde niemals zurückkehren - Der Einlass war um 15 Uhr, aber ich bekam die Eintrittskarte erst um 18 Uhr. Ich sollte für ein Apartment mit drei Schlafzimmern bezahlen, habe aber nur zwei Personen angemeldet, da die Reinigung nur für eine Person gilt, wenn ich mit meinem Partner in einem Zimmer schlafe. Außerdem sind die Betten Einzelbetten. Mir wurden 30 € zusätzlich für die zweite Person berechnet, obwohl 50 € abgebucht wurden. Ein Zimmer war verschlossen. Der Herd ist nicht der auf dem Foto; er hat nur eine elektrische Kochplatte. Das Reinigungspersonal betrat morgens die Wohnung ohne zu fragen. Bevor wir abreisten, fragte ich sie, ob sie etwas länger bleiben dürften, aber sie lehnten ab und sagten, ich müsse um 10 Uhr abreisen, da sie noch putzen würden. Man sollte doch etwas weniger schamlos sein und ein wenig Einfühlungsvermögen zeigen und sagen: „Wenn wir die Wohnung schon so spät übergeben, geben wir ihnen wenigstens eine Stunde Zeit zum Gehen.“ Und noch etwas: Sie haben die Kontrolle über die Zentralheizung, was wirklich unangenehm ist, und ihre Angestellten sind unhöflich; als sie uns zum Gehen aufforderten, taten sie dies auf eine sehr unangenehme Weise. Außerdem rochen die Handtücher unangenehm, und der Fernseher in einem der Zimmer funktionierte nicht. Ich habe mich bei meiner Ankunft beschwert, drei Nächte dort verbracht, aber es wurde keine Lösung angeboten.

• Radu (9/5): Superb - The rooms was clean and very quiet. Nice beds and pillows. They should simplify the entrance in the rooms or to improve a better sistem to acces. Little bit hard to find the location, and the bad information from the host about the entrance codes. The initials codes was wrong and we spent a lot of time to finally eneter in the location.
