- mandy (7/5): Anzac weekend - The location was perfect for Anzac day No towels or hairdryer, had to ask for them. Towels arrived within 5 mins, Hairdryer the next day, apparently they dont have enough for all the rooms

- Andrew (7/5): Room and Linen were clean. Customer service was good. All you need for Nanango really! - Was greeting and looked after by Sam who was delightful and welcoming. Rest of accommodation was what you expect for the area and what you pay. A lot of the accommodation in the area can do with a freshen up and upgrade to facilities (eg air conditioning is and old window rattler doing the job but barely hanging on).

- Rebecca (2/5): Disappointing … value for money - not. - The bed and mattress comfortable When asked to turn off the air con when you leave the accommodation and that it would be checked by staff and they will turn off the air con for you during the day. The lack of privacy. The bathroom sink was dirty or not clean properly. The bedside lamps didn’t turn on. The price per night too expensive.

They then gave us two rooms for the price of one, as the room I requested was unavailable. Although basic facilities, they were adequate, the rooms were clean and the linen fresh. The loud and drunk groups in the first 2 or 3 units.. their noise travelled across the L shaped building for hours as they stood outside to socialise, smoke and drink until very very late. Felt for the young family nearby. Maybe noise /time restrictions would help.

- Kellie (5/5): clean and cold - The room and facilities were lovely and clean. The room, bathroom and decor is all rather dated and could do with an update and renovation. We sayed in the middle of winter (down to zero overnight) and found the room very cold. The bathroom window has a permanent open section which meant the temperature outside was also the temperature inside the bathroom. While there was on old airconditioner that could be used for heating, it was so lound that we couldn't sleep with it on.
