Resulta que reserve por la plataforma Booking.com y su dueña o encargada me escribió para decirme que había un error y que no tenía la habitación disponible,deberían de estar más pendientes de sus reservas para q no hayan esos herrores en el futuro.!

Leplacidus (4/5): - The staff was unfriendly and dint explain normally why we should wait for 20 minuts when we arrived in the evening. You pay 32 for privacy, but you here everyone in dormitory due to poor soundproofing. Cold water and you have to pay extra for towels. Such a joke for 32 $ in central america

Daniel (1/5): Avoid this scam at all costs! Rude people, they lie about their prices and availability, and will try to make it your pr - Nothing. Was told my reservation was a mistake and that they wouldn’t honor it. I was then charged $40 for what was advertised as a $28 room because Booking.com was wrong. I was woken up early the next morning and told I had to leave as there was no more availablity. I showed my reservation for 2 nights and was told that didn’t matter I had to leave. I explained I wasn’t packed as I didn’t expect to be leaving so I had to do that. They then turned off the air conditioner (which they made me pay more money for despite being advertised in the listing) as I was packing while continuing to send me rude and vaguely threatening messages. Worst experience I’ve had in a hotel.
