• Ian (10/5): - Very friendly and helpful owner. Great location. The venue was modern and clean with a good size bedroom and bathroom. Storage of cases before check-in and after check-out was a welcome bonus. The breakfast was very good.

We were staying one night pre-cruise, and stayed in the Napoli room. It is a very small room with a tiny shower. But, everything is absolutely spotless. If we were staying longer, I would have gotten a larger room in the facility. There are 5 total and some are larger than others. For one night, the size is fine. Nothing I

• Joanne (9/5): A delightful stay our first night in Italay. - We particularly loved the staff. They made us feel so welcome and taken care of. I also appreciated that they helped us book transportation from the airport to the lodging. We would have never found it on our own. Also, we were able to walk to the cruise ship bus terminal, which was appreciated. Finally, there was a bank around the corner, and a supermarket across the street. Very convenient. There is not much that didn't meet our expectations. It was a small hotel, and fairly simple, but perfect for what we needed.

The lift does not work until given the keys for the apartment.

• Guest (10/5): Wonderful accommodations and VERY lovely Hostess - The Hostess was exceptionally friendly and helpful and could not do enough for us. With her limited English vocabulary she used her phone to translate and communicate with us, absolutely everything she though we needed to know about the accommodations. She was absolutely lovely and wanted us to be entirely comfortable and taken care of. She covered all the details, showed us how everything worked, called for a taxi the next morning and helped with our luggage. Its a beautiful place in close proximity and in walking distance to restaurants along the waters edge. A very lovely area that is close to the port for the cruise ships.

We were delayed getting to the apartment until the middle of the night, unexpected. Communication with the host during this was outstanding. He made sure we understood how to get a taxi safely, checked on us, and made sure staff was there to greet us at 1am when we arrived. He was very understanding of our horrible plane experience. His staff is wonderful. Breakfast was wonderful. We made it to our cruise the next morning on time with no worries. Can’t say enough nice things! Beautiful facilities as well. We slept comfortably. I have nothing bad to say about the property or the staff.

• Eric (10/5): Great place to stay. Lots of small hole on the wall eating places. People are very friendly. - Breakfast was great. Simple Italian style. Nothing heavy. Croissants, yogurt, juices, sliced meats with cheese and made to order Nesspresso coffee. The place has five rooms, on one floor. Very secure as you need a key to get into the building, a key for the elevator a kettle to get into the area with the rooms and a key to get into the room. There were two nice ladies there when we stayed there who took care of our needs. There was a language barrier but it was resolved with the phone translator app. However one of the hostesses spoke a little english. Just a heads up, when you book your room, Lifestyles will offer to set up transportation from the airport or wherever. We let them book it for us as the cost is competitive with whatever else is out there. They'll have a person outside of baggage claim with a sign with your name waiting. It was great because the line for transportation at baggage claim was like standing in line at Disneyland. The gentleman took our luggage and pushed it all the way to where his car was. Then drove us to Lifestyles. It was a good thing because we would have not been able to find the place because it just has a sign on the wall on the side of the building, so we would have missed it. Also they arranged transportation to the cruise port for a fee and they were on time and got us there very quickly as the cruise port is kind of across the road. Lifestyles is a very nice cozy place. The ladies there were very nice and helpful. I would recommend very highly and would stay there again if and when we do another cruise out of Civitavecchia. Everything was excellent.

It was clean & comfortable & a short walk from the train station & from the pick up point the next day. A cross between a hotel & an AirbnB. Included an adequate breakfast & you also had access to drinks & snacks via an honesty system. Staff were lovely & having a lift was a bonus.

We were all placed on the same floor, which made it so convenient for staying connected and spending time together. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, who were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was ideal—close to the port and easy to get to, which made the morning of the cruise completely stress-free. The accommodations were elegant, clean, and very comfortable. You can tell there’s a lot of care put into the details here. It was the perfect place to relax before our big trip, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

I wish I could have had the information be for we left for the cruise, you normally only get information a few day before the trip and I didn't have internet or phone service. so we just went to the location and rang the bell and lucky the staff was there and let us in we were given a key to the front door and a key to the elevator and a fob to the hallway and then a key to the room. safety was not a issue.

• Ann (9/5): I would happily stay there again. - Gisella was the perfect hostess. Always there to answer any questions and help in every way she could. I would definitely stay there again. Beautifully appointed rooms...all newly renovated. There was nothing to be unhappy. The breakfast was included and had a good selection of items to choose from. The location was perfect...near all the shops and restaurants and the boardwalk for long scenic walks. If I had to pick one thing, then it would be the lobby where the elevators are located could use a painting.

• Chris (10/5): Surprisingly Stylish Stay Near the Cruise Terminal - We chose to stay at Lifestyle and Suites due to its proximity to the cruise terminal and were pleasantly surprised. The room was modern, stylish, and far nicer than we expected from the exterior. Our host was fantastic—welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was light but just right before setting off on a Mediterranean cruise full of food and wine! Overall, a great stay and I’d happily return. The only small inconvenience was that only one key was provided, which was needed to keep the lights on. I didn’t ask for a second, so it may have been available.

The staff is professional, super friendly and willing to accommodate your needs. The property is located on the second floor of a private building and has an elevator. Great continental breakfast. Walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques pharmacy, bank, and attractions. We felt safe. Extremely responsive. We highly recommend this boutique yet lovely hotel.

• Gardiner (10/5): Beautiful, Clean, Comfortable, Convenient & Great Breakfast - This small, 5 room hotel is in a non-descript apartment building in the heart of Civitavecchia. While not much to see from the outside, the whole place is gorgeous inside. It looks brand new, is as clean as a hospital, and the lady staffing the place was wonderful. There's a fantastic continental breakfast every morning with some amazing croissants! It's quiet, clean, comfortable, and convenient. It's a little more expensive than other nearby properties, but you really do get what you pay for. I'd stay again! To enter the building and get to your room you needed a combination of 3 keys and a fob. One key to enter the building, another key for the elevator, a fob to enter the "hotel lobby" and a final key to enter your room. At least we felt safe!
