• beane (9/5): We will make another reservation for out next visit to Gloucester. - Space was perfect for us and two family members. When necessary the forced hot air heating system worked well. Amenities were wonderful. For our purposes the apartment's location was perfect.

• Claus (10/5): Super Standort auf Cape Anne, jederzeit gerne wieder - Die Wohnung liegt am Stadtrand und ist daher sehr ruhig. Parken überhaupt kein Problem. Die Übergabe der Türcodes hat toll funktioniert. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß, vollausgestattet, wir haben nichts vermisst. ---

• Jane (9/5): A great location for a family that needed a quiet place to stay not too far out of Boston. - Nice quiet location to visit Gloucester beaches and an hour drive into Boston depending on traffic. Easy communication with owners and access was key entry. K Kitchen was well equipped. Liked that there was 3 x bedrooms so we could have our own space. Off road parking was a bonus. Bathroom needs updating and put in an extracted fan as mold/mildew on ceiling. Other than this it was adequate.

• Baran (9/5): Very happy with our stay! - Check in was super easy. I was given a door code several days in advance. The inside was very nicely decorated and comfortable. Overall, it was a very welcoming and pleasant space. We only stayed 1 night as we were in town for a wedding. The neighborhood was also nice and quiet. It was a very nice place to stay if you're in Glouster. The only down side I noted during our stay was 1 bathroom.

• Marie (10/5): This was a great find in Gloucester !! - The property was lovely, spotless, and had everything we could need including plenty of parking. We were only there one night in peak season to go on a Celtic cruise. The cleaning fee was steep for just staying one night.
• Vonamae (10/5): It really was a very nice just not convenient - I loved the room for all family members. I especially loved the top floor king room with the large TV. I didn’t like the tiny bathroom, Sorry. I didn’t like that I couldn’t walk to anything. Just to far from all the fun.
• Speight (3/5): I would not stay here again - The location and decor were nice. There are no curtains or blinds in the shower window which is bad because you are then visible to anyone sitting in the downstairs patio area. For me this happened to be the owner, and I was mortified. There is also a ring camera directly pointed at this window. I told booking.com and they said they would investigate. This happened on the last night of my stay so thankfully I was leaving the next day. The queen room on the bottom floor apartment smelled heavily of smoke. I believe it came from the AC which also had some mold growing in it (I have pictures). It made my entire suitcase full of clothes smell. Unfortunately, the owner did not get rid of the smell. Just rinsed the AC filter with water and put it back into the AC (which is not good to do and probably explains the mold). I really wanted to like this place, but I was really creeped out by the shower situation and couldn't sleep because my throat was super irritated due to the room smell.

• Bree (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, close to everything. Quiet and cozy. Deck on the back was wonderful to relax on after a day of sightseeing. it was perfect for my husband, 3 year old son and my parent's.

• Tom (8/5): Nice placed but ruined by intrusive owner. - The apartment was lovely. Plenty of space and comfortable. I liked the quietness for work rather than the usual hotels. Coffee on the back deck one morning was nice. The coffee pods taste nasty. There are 3 cameras that counted at the property. A ring camera at the front, a camera at the side of the building and another ring camera at the top of the back deck. On day one the owner appeared soon after I arrived so I gathered he was monitoring his cameras. On day 2 he arrived soon after I got back from a walk, then he returned again later about 9pm. The camera on the back deck means no one can use the table and chairs without being monitored. I don’t know what he was doing but to keep appearing like that ruined my privacy.

• Peterson (10/5): Pleasant - Ideal set-up and generally well-stocked, including often forgotten items like toothbrush and razor. Clean and comfortable. Easy check-in. I liked having a bench in the bedroom. It was a handy place for our luggage. I also appreciated the lights, including lamps for reading and under-cabinet lights in the kitchen. And throw blankets to wrap up in when watching TV. Mirrors. These things set it above many vacation rentals. Only two caffeinated coffee pods. My daughter noticed scent of laundry products on the sheets. I didn’t. Besides, it could be a plus or minus depending on your preferences.

• Brielan (10/5): Great stay, no issues, easy to reach host. Would recommend - Great location and a wonderful place. It was exactly what I needed during my stay in Gloucester. Easy to access and a short walk to Good Harbor Beach. Kitchen is well stocked. The bathroom is on the smaller side. It was fine for just one person, but something to keep in mind if travelling with a large family.

• Leslie (10/5): Cozy Home Away from Home - This is a very comfortable, spacious, well decorated place. We greatly appreciated the thoughtful touches of snacks, toiletries, and cozy nooks. There are three good sized bedrooms with a very large master bedroom that includes a little sitting area. We loved the open kitchen with a big table for sitting around. Our hosts were so friendly and helpful. Communication was spot on. This is a good location with a big parking space. It helps to have a car but it is walkable to locations around Gloucester. Thank you for a perfect stay! People mentioned the small bathroom in their comments. It is small but efficient. We didn’t have any problem with it.

We felt very comfortable in this appartment. The access to parking spaces was a plus. Good location in Gloucester Just a tiny bemol: the 3rd bedroom is gorgeous, very spacious. We would expect at least a restroom,, sa it is alos on the upper floor.

Attention to every detail both in how well the apartment was fitted out—the most comprehensive array of kitchen appliances and tools—and to the aesthetics of the wall hangings, furnishings, etc. A great place to come back to and just relax after a busy day in Gloucester and Salem. • Elise (10/5): Charming family size apartment - Adorable, cozy apartment! I loved the updated, modern farmhouse decor. There were two bedrooms on the main floor & a bigger attic bedroom on the top floor with its own sitting area & TV.. Perfect for my teenagers to take over for our stay! The kitchen & living room are nicely laid out and have everything you need. It is tucked back in a quaint neighborhood that is only a 5 minute drive to downtown Gloucester. I would definitely come back again!
