• Kevan (10/5): - The location was very good. It was in a quiet neighbourhood but not far from local restaurants, shops and bars. The apartment was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The porch area was shaded from the midday sun, quite spacious and a lovely area to sit in the evening.

• Bruno (3/5): Dommage emplacement bien - Proche du centre ville Pas propre. Beaucoup de poussière sous le meubles et cafards qui se promènent Appartement qui a besoin d’être refait intégralement. Je pense qu’il y a une fuite sous le receveur de douche car il y a une hydrométrie importante dans la pièce

• Samanta (3/5): Disappointing - No access to the pool due to the previous tenants taking the access card home with them. Poor communication with the owner, we stayed for 8 nights and never got the card
• cheryl (1/5): Had to leave early due to the state of the place! - The location was ok it was peaceful Where do i start, i arrived in what i can only describe as hell to find the place barely clean hair on the floor, a tampon in the bottom draw, the shower is filthy and the shower curtain really needs replacing, moved the sofa to lay it down and i see 2 huge cockroaches one on the side of the sofa and one on the floor, really didnt surprise me, the wifi is pointless you can not connect to your phone its for the tv only which i asked the owner before arriving and was told there would be wifi, there is a pool but it had no water in it which was one of the reasons i booked for the pool, saturday morning the water boiler burst flooding the garden and made the electric go off, by this point i was drained with the place and so unhappy i ended up having to book another apartment and leaving, the owner did not care one bit when asked would i be refunded for the days i am not in the property his reply was "nope not my problem" he's rude his apartment is disgusting amd not fit for purpose, he should really do some repairs and give it a serious deep clean before having anyone else stay there, he comes across like hes just after money but giving nothing but a dirty pit in return. Please save your money and book elsewhere trust me!
• Noah (4/5): Disgustante - Casa amplia y en buena localización Cuando llegamos se nota que el casero no se molestó mucho en limpiar. En las fotos de booking el casero nos vendió la casa con piscina, cuado fuimos no había piscina, estaba cerrada. El casero no dio previo aviso, yo había escogido esa casa porque era barata e incluía piscina. Le dije que la piscina estaba cerrada y su respuesta fue que tenía una playa a 600m caminando. No nos dio ninguna solución más!
• Irene (3/5): Pésimo y mal trato por parte del propietario - La ubicación es ideal, urbanización muy tranquila y aparcamiento siempre disponible alrededor del apartamento El alojamiento no estaba limpio, encontramos uñas a los pies del sofá. Menaje de cocina sucio, necesario limpiarlo antes de usarlo. Sofa en pésimas condiciones. Cortina del baño mugrienta y toallas de la ducha con agujeros. Sólo un rollo de papel de WC para 10 días. Cardos del jardín en un estado lamentable -y mira que requieren de pocos cuidados- y el tiesto de la entrada al alojamiento, lleno de cigarros. La piscina NO ESTÁ OPERATIVA por obras y el propietario no contestó mis mensajes ni llamadas, ni siquiera dio las indicaciones oportunas de dónde se encontraba la piscina (saliendo del alojamiento, a mano derecha y un poco hacia delante bajando hacia la izquierda). Hay un cartel informativo de la mancomunidad de propietarios sobre la inoperatividad de la piscina. Como comento, no fue capaz de transmitir esta información ni intentar solucionar el problema, tuve que contactar con Booking directamente para solucionarlo. Por último, tampoco dispone de ventilador como se indica en el anuncio, también se lo requerí sin exito al igual que con el tema de la piscina. Considero que el propietario es un maleducado y sin principios éticos ni morales. No lo recomiendo para nada

• Jer (10/5): Perfect. 12/10. Couldn’t have stayed in such a relaxing area near everything for such a cheap price. Host couldn’t h - The property is spotless & in a relaxing peaceful area but only a few minutes walk to the old town. I stay in Lanzarote a lot but this is the place I will be returning too when it’s available. The host is a gentleman I rate this 12/10. Perfect stay. Nothing. Loved everything about it.
• Sammi (6/5): Good but basic - Location was good, we didn't mind the walk up. When we had a problem with the electric someone came out and sorted no problem. Couple of drinks there for when we arrived. When we arrived there was no information left about the property, the whole 10days we didn't even glimpse the pool as we had no idea where it was so some sort of layout of the complex would have been good. The place was clean but could so with a freshen up. No storage space to hang clothes.

I wouldn’t say suitable for English because there are a lot of German people mainly Germ - It was quiet Booking.com I did have a real problem with the mattress in the bedroom where someone had constantly for a long time urinated on it and I spoke to the owner and he said it had been cleaned but couldn’t remove the stains. I found this unacceptable but he wasn’t offering anything in replacement behind the fridge freezer were loaded, dead cockroaches
• Anneliese (10/5): Amazing - The host I was dealing with was amazing and was so helpful and accommodating. The apartment was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The location was ideal for travelling with a 2 year old as it was quiet in the night time for the baby to sleep but yet was in walking distance of the old town and new town.
• Sarah (7/5): Cheap place to stay for a couple of days for someone who doesn‘t have very high expectations. - Great location in a lovely and silent street on the hill. Walking distance to the center and beach. Very spacious living room + kitchen. Very random furniture combination, but still ok. Almost no kitchen supplies. No spare toilet paper. Not very clean floor. Shower curtain should be replaced.

• Annalisa (8/5): Very good - The apartment is inside a complex called Colina del Sol apartments. They have a private swimming pool you can reach walking 3 minutes down the hill. It surely is a plus. The apartment is spacious though the furniture and kitchen are outdated. It has anything you may need if you are not too picky. It obviously fits someone who doesn't want to spend much money but also is not expecting to receive a luxurious and comfortable apartment. If you are a single traveler or a couple and you don't have many expectations this is a good choice. The owner was kind and the checking in method was very easy. The apartment is on a hill, 15/20 minutes from the beach on foot. It may not seem far but you should take into consideration that it's going to be tiring for some people to walk uphill for 20 minutes after a day under the sun.
• Sue (5/5): Passable - Apartment was spacious, well equipped, in quiet area. The pool is a short walk downhill and is lovely. Shopping close by. Bus from airport €1.40 The apartment needs refurbishing. The Wi-Fi wouldn’t work and only German tv. That said, the cost was lower than others in the area so if you want a cheap place to stay it’s ok.
