• Sandra (10/5): Céntrico y amplio - Le doy un 10 porque he visto que los "problemas" citados en otras reseñas se han solventado. El wifi y la televisión funcionaban perfectamente, las fotos se corresponden a la realidad, el apartamento es amplio. Tiene alarma de seguridad, lo que se agradece muchísimo. Utensilios de cocina completos. La terraza es amplia y tiene intimidad, que es justo lo que buscábamos. Los vecinos muy majos :) El paseo marítimo está a apenas cruzar la calle. Hay que seguir las indicaciones para entrar y no tendrás problema. El supermercado justo en la entrada es un gran plus. Quizás el colchón era algo "durillo" para mí, pero por mis problemas de espalda.
• Donatas (7/5): I believe it would be very good experience to stay there if the apartment were better maintained and properly cleaned, a - The apartment is in a good location, with convenient access to key places such as the beach, shops, and similar amenities. The accommodation is spacious. The apartment is old and somewhat worn. The furniture is unstable and in poor condition, and the mattresses are old and not very comfortable for sleeping. The shower cabin leaks water. There is a noisy and untidy neighbor who very often plays loud music with the door open. I would rate the host’s communication very poorly, as they respond very slowly to messages and do not take our requests into account. The apartment has an underground parking garage, but our remote control did not work. Despite reporting this issue and asking for it to be resolved, no action was taken during our entire stay. Our car was stuck in the underground parking for several days and we were unable to take it out. Eventually, we managed to get the car out with the help of neighbors.

• Dominik (1/5): Definitiv nicht barrierefrei!!! - Die Erfahrung im Sea Garden war eine Katastrophe und absolut nicht empfehlenswert. Von der ersten Kommunikation bis zur Abreise war es ein Albtraum. Hier sind die Punkte, die zu meinem klaren Fazit führen: Zunächst einmal war die Kommunikation schrecklich. Bei unserer Ankunft erhielten wir keine Unterstützung, und auf unsere Fragen zu den Schwierigkeiten mit der Erreichbarkeit über die Treppe gab es nur ausweichende Antworten. Man muss über zwei Etagen laufen, denn der Lift führt nicht dorthin. Die Aussagen auf der Homepage über Barrierefreiheit sind definitiv gelogen und nicht wahr. Vor allem für zwei ältere Herrschaften war die Situation unzumutbar. Dies wird noch verstärkt durch die rudimentäre Ausstattung der Küche, die nicht einmal grundlegende Dinge wie Schüsseln beinhaltete. Zu allem Überfluss gab es unter der Küchenspüle und auf dem Balkon Kakerlaken, was nicht nur unappetitlich war, sondern auch ernsthaft an der Sauberkeit des gesamten Hauses zweifeln ließ. Zusätzlich wurden wir nachts von lauten Nachbarn gestört, vor allem von einheimischen Gästen, die sich nicht um die Ruhe und den Frieden kümmerten. Ein weiterer Punkt, der uns sehr geärgert hat, war ein Stuhl, der eine lockere Schraube hatte und schließlich zusammenbrach. Das war nicht nur unangenehm, sondern hätte auch gefährlich enden können. Zu allem Überfluss gab es den Versuch, uns einen Schaden anzuhängen, den wir nicht verursacht hatten. Das alles lässt mich zu dem Schluss kommen, dass das Sea Garden nichts anderes als bloße Frechheit ist. Das klare Fazit: Nie wieder buchen und auch niemanden empfehlen!
• magnolia (5/5): Hospedaje nefasto - Sinceramente solo me ha gustado que fuera la última planta. No me ha gustado desde el primer día nos indicaron que había otra entrada y no nos dieron las llaves, hemos tenido que cargar dos maletas de 28 kilos dos plantas de escaleras a pie, los vecinos de al lado todos los días con la puerta abierta, olores a tabaco y música fijo, para acceder al garaje otra odisea porque el ascensor se estropeó y hemos tenido que bajar 5 plantas escaleras a pie con las dos maletas de 28 kilos, ya que la llave de la otra puerta nunca llego. Las camas y almohadas son bastante incómodas y el calor es lo peor, ya que no tienen aire acondicionado si no ventiladores y todo el día le está dando el sol. Calidad- precio, mala.
• Veronica (7/5): - Ya escribí un mail. Todo genial menos por el calor del apartamento, nevera pequeña, sin horno. Pagamos siete días por unas condiciones mínimas que son, wifi y televisión. No sé dieron. Por la llave de la piscina, que es la misma del portal. Nos la dieron al tercer día
• Stella (7/5): Pleasant stay - The instructions for the apartment and parking garage were very clear and helpful! However, we noticed small ants on the floor, and some of the flooring was detached. The both bedroom windows did not lock and appeared to be broken, which did not feel safe. Additionally, the walls were thin, making it easy to hear noise from outside or other units. Warm water was unavailable early in the morning, likely due to multiple people using it while preparing to go for work. We were expecting a double bed, but instead, it was two singles pushed together without an extra mattress layer, making it uncomfortable due to the gap in between. Additionally, the TV size felt disproportionate to the living room and could have been bigger for a better viewing experience. On the positive side, the location, balcony, and parking were very convenient!

• Hanna (10/5): Exceptional - we vacationed in these apartments in June with my friend and children. we really liked everything. Great location to attractions. and special thanks for the parking space!!! the apartments are clean. everything you need is available. including a washing machine and a coffee machine... if there was an opportunity to relax again... I would be very happy to live in these apartments.....

• Tiffytoola (9/5): Great location and a nice pool - Great location, with a balcony, pool access and underground parking. There's a fridge with an icebox and a washing machine. The towels and linen were clean. There's no AC, which was a slight problem a couple of nights. There are fans in each room, mind. The floors were a little dirty (as my white socks can attest to). If you're a light sleeper, you might struggle with some noise from the street and hotels (this tends to quiet around 11pm), but they do provide earplugs. Bit of white noise sorted it for me.
