• Jennifer (10/5): - The directions i got on how to find the apartment from the train station were a fantastic help.The spaciousness of the room. Comfy beds,kitchen facilities, lots of natural light,it was all quite wonderful. I loved it. Cant think of anything that i didnt like about it.

• Alex (6/5): Basic and roomy for the price. - It was roomy for a inner-city apartment in Tokyo, with lots of natural light. The location is good with restaurants and bars and shops a short walk away, but far enough for a quiet night. The washing machine is convenient, and the stairs to the apartment are manageable. The toilet had a funny odour. The towels provided are worn and had the smell of a smoky motel. The furnishings are very very basic. Acceptable if you just want a place to stay for a couple of nights and aren't too fussy about details. I wouldn't recommend to friends or family.

• YAMAGUCHI (8/5): ゆったり、ゆっくり、眠れました。中野にホテルがあまりないので、また、利用したいです。 - 広い、2部屋、ベッド4台。 歯ブラシがなくて、慌てました。コンビニがまあまあ近いので、助かりましたた。また、どこかに、ルアナアライと小さい表示があるとよいです。ポストや表札か、玄関ドア、または、鍵ホルダーなどに。風呂の内側のパッキンと内側のドアノブまわりが少し汚れているのが気になりました。床、スリッパなどお掃除が雑？または、年期が入っているか、前の客の使用感か。 あとは、ばっちり、エアコンも、テレビもよいです。

• Qiying (4/5): It’s okay for a short stay. - Good price, easy to access to check in. After midnight, you can clearly hear people talking and laughing from the restaurant downstairs. It might be a bit noisy for light sleepers.

• 佐藤　 (8/5): - 電子レンジや冷蔵庫など綺麗で満足でした。グラス（コップ）が人数分しっかりありました。ベッドも寝心地良かったです。周囲には天然温泉利用の銭湯が16時から550円で利用できます。コンビニやまいばすけっと、飲食店も近くに多いです。中野駅から徒歩12分ですね。 同じ建物に3部屋あり複数回利用しています。ベッドルーム2部屋にはそれぞれエアコンありますが、DKには無く、部屋を間仕切りで閉めてしまうと夏は暑いのでもう一つあったらいいと思います。

• Lyndell (4/5): - We weren’t able to sleep at all. We arrived at 12 a.m., and there was loud noise and heavy footsteps coming from the upper floor, as if they were partying. I messaged the host about it, but the noise didn’t stop until around 4 a.m. By then, we were already up and getting ready to leave.
• Riannon (7/5): Would happily visit again and will recommend to others. - the location was fantastic, easy to access to check in and a quiet area. The photos were a little in accurate, but I was prepared for that for the price.
• Luis (7/5): We like the places around it. - Location The property is on the 3rd floor and only stairs access, a bit dusty inside the room, and washing machine is not working it supposed to be including on the package that we pay, property is no internet access, that’s uncommon.
