Great lounge. Great location. Would stay here again. Great windows for fresh air. Cafe just down the street, direction away from the river. King bed would be nice but only because I’m used to one.

Park the car in the carport have to be careful. The street is higher than the carport. Not clear to see any barrier in front of the car when I drive out.

• Lorne (9/5): Perfect stay close to the city. - Amazing service from Yvonne! Incredibly attentive and made the stay great. You can tell she really cares about the guests and pulls out all of the stops to solve any issues. Great location, nice facilities. Easy access electric door lock (so no keys). Lovely beds, great AC (especially in the 46°c weather for our stay!). Godd qualoty utensils for cooking, great fridge and perfect TV set up. These are all minor points! Overall this was a great rental! It is very compact and all rooms are on the first floor. This was an issue for my elderly mother. We tried to have a BBQ and soon realised that there was not enough light to sit out passed sunset, so a better external light (than the one on the side of the building would have been better. The wifi was a little slow but it depends what you need it for.
• Tina (10/5): Exceptional - Exceptional accommodation with great communication and host. Only comment would be the height of the provided pillows (would be great to have some thinner ones for sleeping) but fantastic accommodation for a family.

• Mark (6/5): Was good location but for those sleeping in the single bed room, can be very uncomfortable to sleep during the summer. D - Good location. Tight parking space with very steep slope. Not good with cars with lower bumpers. Bedroom with single bed didn’t have air conditioning. Could get hot during summer. Pillows were high and hard. WiFi speed wasn’t the best.

• Dinella (10/5): Amazing family home! - I loved the layout of the house and how quiet it was at night. I'm not someone that orders out alot hence I was amazed at the variety of kitchen utensils and items we were able to use to cook up a storm. There was also extra towels available, a washing machine and a dryer - convenient as I was travelling with my family. The host also left a welcome basket and some drinking water. It went a long way as we had arrived late at night (just after 10pm). I will be comming back again with my family :)
• Khairunnisa (10/5): Fantastic place in a family-friendly neighborhood - The house is cozy, clean and comfortable with all the amenities we could think of for it to feel exactly like home away from home (washing machine, dryer, laundry pods, steam iron, kitchen essentials). There is a bathtub that my young daughter loved. The owner Yvonne is very attentive and accommodating to our requests. The place itself is in a peaceful neighborhood, just 15 mins walk away from the park next to the Swan River and great food places. My entire family (elderly to gen Z) loves this place! Couldn’t ask for more and will def consider it if we ever come back! The door code given didn’t work at first so we were stuck outside for a while but the owner quickly fixed it. Really not much to complain.

It has everything you need/would want (nice linen, towels, coffee machine, full kitchen, washer and dryer, aircon (warm&cool), comfy couch). Nice host, easy communication. We were a group of 2 couples and a single adult staying together. The beds were a bit soft for our likings but were fine for the 5 nights we spent there. Chill neighbourhood with a lovely little cafe nearby.

• Karl (10/5): Great home within minutes drive to all the best locations! - Clean, modern finishings, cosy, homely, Has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with 1 separate toilet (3 toilets total). Which is great for the whole family! All furnitures were well suited for us. All areas had plenty of spaces, that never had us thinking we were squished. Host was great and communicated well, and went above and beyond to ensure the stay was pleasant. Booking.com is a bit of a let down, because their website and app malfunctioned, but it had no impact on the host and their ability to give us all the necessary information. Recommend it for families, and even business trips. Nothing to point out.
