• Yasin (2/5): Not that good. - Just the location The Aircon was broken and when I complained to the front office they lied to me and said all rooms are the same. On a different occasion I was looking for slipper to use for bathrooms for more than two day. In general my experience with Mado Hotel was bot good.

• Jiri (10/5): - V hotelu byl asi největším překvapením výběr různých džusů při snídani, to jsem nezažil ani v lepších hotelech. Skvěle se o nás postaral personál hotelu při zdravotních problémech jednoho kamaráda, určitě nad rámec běžného standardu hotelu (nalezení lékárny s nonstop provozem, jeden z personálu hotelu se mnou jen do lékárny v taxi a zajišťoval mi bezpečnost a i případnou pomoc při komunikaci s lékárníkem /nakonec nebyla potřeba/). Celkově poměr cena výkon super. Domluva na early check-in a late check-out taky skvělá. Obecně mi oblast v okolí hotelu bezpečná, chodili jsme i v nočních hodinách po okolí. V provozu byl pouze jeden ze dvou výtahů, jednou nebo dvakrát jsme déle čekali. Ale to není nic zásadního.

The rooms towards the end side of the hotel have an obscured view of the surrounding buildings. Therefore, while booking indicate you need a city view, however, if you don't like your room, the hotel easily changes it.

And they where like use it cause the AC is not working the breakfast was okay but with the construction noise u cant really enjoy ur breakfast I know there is a construction going on the whole city but I wish they tell u this before booking so u can find alternative places with less construction

• Djama (5/5): L'arnaque de l'hôtel MADO - Rien de spécial autant qu'hôtel L'arnaque du personnel de l'hôtel. A mon arrivé à l'hôtel j'ai présenté mon ID Éthiopian avec ma réservation d'hôtel par *Booking.com* et cela que la réceptionniste ma propos de laisser tomber la réservation comme tu es un diaspora Éthiopian pour payer moins cher. Une fois payer le tarif Éthiopian, j'ai la remercié et partie rentrer ma chambre sans donner de pourboire. Alos lors de mon départ de l'hôtel on me demande de payer la différence de la somme d'argent de la réservation de *Booking.com* soit 35% de plus. Pure encore un agent de sécurité me demande de prendre une voiture comme taxis stationnée devant l'hôtel et en montant j'ai vu le chauffeur qui donne de l'argent à l'agent de sécurité de l'hôtel. A l'arrivée de l'adresse demandée qui n'était même ci loin de l'hôtel, le chauffeur me demande de payer 350 birr comme négocier avec l'agent de la sécurité de l'hôtel qui a déjà pris sa commission. Et oui j'ai même vu la responsable de l'hôtel une jeune dame qui m'a bien et belle dit "que ce que tu veux, je peux rien faire il faut payer"

I think they need to put more emphasis on cleaning... carpets and furniture have lots of stains... And the trees at the entrance must be trimmed. Need to improve on shower cabinet cleaning... and use an appropriate anti slippery rug instead of the plastic one that carries germs.

Please make sure the room always has a bathing gel. I had to ask once and decided not to ask again when I realized I was not given one the day before my departure so I had to do without.

Rooms are neat and clean. The breakfast and lunch options are wonderful. The chefs are kind enough to make some special orders for our kids. Mado hotel is definitely our regular hotel whenever we visit the city again

Great variety to choose from and courteous staff in the Green restaurant The A/C in the room was not working. After reporting to the hotel, I expected them to rectify it. However, they brought me an electric warmer but I could not sleep with it on as I consider that risky. The response time was a bit slow .e.g my clothes took so long I had to go to the reception to receive them from laundry department.

• Mohammed (8/5): Very good - The location . The clean rooms . A very polite and helpful staff in all areas of the hotel . The breakfast was good but needed more variety . It will be great if Arabic food is added . It is also good to add a playground area for children.
