• Ivet (7/5): - L'apartament ens va agradar de primeres perquè era bonic, ampli, reformat i tot molt net. La seva ubicació excel·lent, vam poder anar a tot arreu caminant. Vam haver d'insistir i trucar perquè el propietari ens donés la clau d'accés, havíem arribat i encara no teníem les instruccions i vam arribar a pensar que era una estafa. L'aire condicionat no funcionava.
• Annette (9/5): Très bonne adresse pour visiter Naples dans les meilleures conditions - Appartement très bien restauré dans un des quartiers les plus agréables de Naples. A deux pas de la place Dante et du métro, et à deux pas des ruelles typiques et animées de la ville. On s'y sent bien, les parties communes sont top et très sécurisées et il y a un concierge également. L'appartement est très chic et meublé avec goût. Il y a la via Bellini juste en face, de l'autre côté de la rue, qui est très chouette pour prendre le petit déj le matin. Par contre, nous sommes en plein centre et donc il faut s'attendre à un peu de bruit si les fenêtres sont ouvertes mais il y a la clim et en fermant, c'est tout à fait bien insonorisé (il y a même des volets métalliques à l'intérieur qui protègent bien). Nous étions heureux de retrouver notre appart propre et rassurant après de longues et fatigantes journées de visites ! Excellent rapport qualité/prix. Pour toutes ces raisons je ne peux qui recommander cette adresse les yeux fermés ! Le passage aux heures de pointe dans la rue Broggia fenêtres ouvertes mais qui n'est pas gênant fenêtres fermées

Chiudendo le ante delle finestre, si gode di un bellissimo silenzio per poter riposare in tranquillità. Zona comodissima per poter raggiungere tutti i punti della città. Segnalo nelle vicinanze un' ottima pasticceria per le persone intolleranti al glutine e al lattosio.
• Jaquelina (10/5): Exceptionnel - Bel Appartement situé au centre de Naples dans un beau quartier près du musée et de la place Dante. Il y a un métro juste à côté. Très belle décoration, appartement rénové, les chambres sont très grandes avec une salle de bain chacune. Il manque quelques ustensiles de cuisine .

• YAIR (4/5): No es recomendable por ningún lado - Zona céntrica y varios restaurantes y tiendas cercanas al lugar El lugar no estuvo en tiempo cómo se especificaba , al llegar había gente aun limpiando, de igual manera sucio el departamento , la puerta de entrada al edifico no servía y permanecía abierta todo el tiempo! Al tratar d e localizar al personal del lugar tardaban mucho en contestar, definitivamente un lugar que no recomendaría

• Lia Dominika (10/5): Az első olyan szállás a városban, amit ismét nagyon szívesen választanánk - Nagyon kedves, kommunikatív, segítőkész volt Claudia. A szállás minden igényt kielégít, szuper tisztaság volt, nekünk bőséges felszereltség, finom kávé bekészítve, dizájnos berendezés, tágas szobák. Az ágy puha volt, de nekünk nagyon kényelmes. Ez nyilván ízlés kérdése. Az ablak jól hangszigetel. (Mondjuk mi sokszor kinyitottuk, hogy halljuk a várost. ☺️) A kódos belépés is megkönnyítette a napjainkat, nem kellett kulcsokat keresgetni. Nagyon jó elhelyezkedés, közel a látványosságokhoz, de nem a legnagyobb “dzsungelben”. Közel a taxik, busz vonala. A ház, melyben az apartman van, kultúrált, tiszta. Nagyon elégedettek voltunk, ha visszatérünk negyedszer is a városba, biztos, hogy ismét őket választjuk! 😊

• Atlija (9/5): - lokacija je odlicna, na prvu se cini los kvart, a zapravo je sav sadrzaj na 20 min laganog hoda. u blizini smjestaja je dosta lokala sa super ponudom, kod samog ulaza je fast food... iako se cini da ce biti kaoticno jednom kad ste u stanu nista se ne cuje. siguran objekt. nema kljuva i sve je elektronicki sto je odlicno jer ne brinete o kljucevima, osoblje je dostupno i pristupacno full, a necete ih vidjeti cijelo vrijeme boravka. U kuhinjici nedostaje suđa za 5 osoba i kupaonice trebaju jednu renovaciju tuševa.

• Carolina (8/5): - Comfortable place. We were a group of 6 and slept quite comfortably. The bedrooms and bathrooms are big but the common area and kitchen are a bit small for a large group. They have all the facilities for a pleasant stay. There are supermarkets, bars, stores and restaurants nearby. Claudia, the person who received us, was wonderful, but the residence was lacking in organization. We were surprised on our second night at 1 am by someone getting in the apartment with the door access code, without prior announcement, just walking in and claiming being part of the cleaning staff. No regard for our sense of security. Claudia managed to arrive to the apartment soon to check if we were in danger and to help us reaching the manager to corroborate if the intruder was indeed part of the staff because at that moment it was not clear whether it was just an internal miscommunication mistake or a worker of the recently-fired cleaning company. We had no luck reaching the manager only until the next day and the only solution we got was to change the code of the entrance, knowing that it wouldn't actually change anything in the situation. We realized that the apartment didn't have any kind of safety lock from inside, so anyone with access to the code could get in at any moment (whether they would be from the company or not) and we wouldn’t be able to do anything to stop them from the inside.

• Facu (8/5): Excelente ubicación en la caótica y hermosa Nápoles - La ubicación es excelente! Cerca de bares y buen ambiente joven. Las ventanas de las habitaciones estan bastante acustizadas para el bullicio de la ciudad. No me gusto que en la cocina, estar y comedor no hubiese ventanas, por lo tanto para que circule el aire alli debiamos tener la puerta principal abierta, que tampoco fue un problema.

Colazione ottima e fin troppo abbondante, nel senso che con i € 5 euro a dispozione fruibili presso la pasticceria convenzionata, a Napoli si mangia molto meglio e di più rispetto ad altre città! Da provare ragazzi! Purtroppo ci sono potuto stare solo 3 giorni...

Sugiro deixar claro na página quando escolhida a opcao do quarto, que a cozinha não é privativa, mas compartilhada com outros hóspedes, se existentes. Esta informação só foi fornecida quando enviada mensagem confirmando a hospedagem dias antes do check-in. Minha reserva informava que o café da manhã estava incluído, mas só na mesma mensagem mencionada acima, foi dito que o café custava €5.00 e deveria ser consumido num café localizado a cerca de 500 m na Via Toledo.

• Rolf (7/5): Zentral, sauber, unkomplizert - Die sieht wirklich so aus wie auf den Bildern Im Zimmer 2 funktionierte das WLAN nicht und TV ebenso. Konnte auch nicht repariert werden während unseres Aufenthalts. Wenn Kühlschrank am Strom angehängt wird, musste die zweite Ständerlampe ausgesteckt werden.

• Michele (10/5): Consigliassimo - Camera bella e spaziosa, letto super comodo. Buono colazione da 5€ in quello che ritengo il miglior bar di Napoli. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema al frigo ma prontamente Giovanni ci ha mandato un addetto per l’immediata riparazione. Personale molto gentile. Posizione comoda per il centro, inoltre ho raggiunto la Mostra di Oltremare in soli 15 min di metro.

• Nathy (10/5): Meraviglioso soggiorno - La posizione centralissima in mezzo a ben due linee della metropolitana di Napoli, palazzo signorile, accoglienza super. Inoltre per la colazione hanno la convenzione con il vicino bar Leopoldo, credo il migliore della zona. I letti davvero molto comodi e per non parlare dell’aria condizionata, che mi ha salvato la vita con questi giorni di caldo.

• Oszkar Miklos (8/5): We had a good stay in this property. - The location of the property was fairy close to the pedestrian street and center. It has an air conditioner which was a lifesaver in that heat. We had self check-in with a code which was hassle free. The owner was super communicative and helpful. He even sent us a short guide what should be visited. We had a small fridge in the room but unfortunately didn't really worked well, had room temperature in it but in the shared kitchen was a normal size fridge, that worked well. The faucet was spraying when we turned on the water in the shower. One of the led lights in the toilet was flickering after about 5 min, which was quite annoying and went out after a few minutes of use. Breakfast was included in the price, but it could be redeemed at a nearby bistro for 5 euros. This amount was enough for a cappuccino and about one croissant. The beach it's far away from the property.

La cosa che mi ha fatto impazzire, a parte l'aria condizionata visto che fuori facevano 35 gradi, è stato il letto! Troppo comodo! Ho dormito come un orso! Stra consiglio!!!

• Aiste Freestone (4/5): - The first thing that wasn't specified was that we are renting a room in a two-bedroom apartment, not a whole apartment. (After my complaint, they put the guesthouse in brackets). We got into a very unpleasant situation with other residents who were also expecting whole apartments, not just a room. The second issue was that there were two power cuts two nights in a row, causing the air conditioners to stop working (it was 30 degrees overnight). But most importantly, the main doors only open when the electricity is on and the button is pressed. This means we couldn't get out of our apartments, which is a major health and safety concern.

• Arianna (9/5): - The place was amazing, and the apartment's location was very convenient. The landlord was friendly and always available to answer any questions we had. I would highly recommend it. I would have appreciated knowing beforehand that the place had two rooms (we booked one) and that we'd be sharing the kitchen and other common areas with other guests. It wasn't a problem since each room can be locked, but a heads-up would have been nice.

Still, there was no need to contact it because the way to get into the room is easy and very well explained. The room is pretty much like a luxury hotel room, everything is confortable, beautiful and clean. The available kitchen is well equiped and charming. All room-hotel facilities will be found. The location is safe, modern and near several public transport stations and restaurants. Definitly, there was nothing to complain about.

La struttura in cui ho alloggiato, così particolare, mi ha riportato un po indietro nel tempo, in un'altra meravigliosa epoca, con il suo fascino e la sua bellezza. La posizione era davvero strategica, permettendomi di raggiungere facilmente tutti i principali punti turistici della città. Inoltre, ho particolarmente apprezzato la pulizia della casa e, non per ultimo, la cortesia e l'accoglienza ricevuta durante il mio soggiorno. Grazie per aver reso la mia esperienza così memorabile!
