• Joe (7/5): Good - Everything is great It's a little bit difficult to find the entrance of the building but it's not a big problem
• Quoc (6/5): Pleasant - Access to the Asakusa Line and Toei Line is pretty convienient. Probably more ideal for 3 adults max, not really recommended for cold weather considering there is only one AC to heat the entire place and it's located in the bedroom, so pray your group can fit in and not have to sleep in the dining room.

• Lea (10/5): Good Value for Money! Very good location! - It was super close to the train station with elevator(exit A1). It is also direct train to the airport!!! The place was huge and you can lay all your luggage in the floor unlike in the hotel. No queue in the elevator. There are reviews that they have a hard time coming in because of the code but you just need to follow the steps 2 weeks before arrival and you will get the code for the room and Wifi. There are also lots of konbini around and restaurant/fast-food. Only 2 stations away from akihabara and 1 Station away from asakusa (with 24 hr mega don quijote) Only 1 set of comfort room (bath and toilet is divided in two rooms). Trash can is small and very confusing in segration.

• Blessing (5/5): It was ok. - The hosts were quick to respond to my call when I was asking for the pin to the key box. The pin to the key box wasn’t provided in advance. I had to call to ask for it. Imagine if I didn’t have a local sim card what would I have used? Also there was NO WIFI!

Every room has a double bedroom as well as an extra blanket bed The apartment is so clean, neat and comfortable that we can't compare it in words. I spent 8 days here with my family. The biggest thing is that you get the facility of metro transport right below the apartment. • Liwen (7/5): Good - The beds are comfortable, and it has great location, just 1-2 minutes walk from subway, and there are many convenient stores around. It’s very inconvenient you can only contact the owner via messages and emails. The bathroom is old and the water temperature of shower is way too hot and we are not able to adjust it. We stayed there for a week, but they didn’t provide any extra trash bags, tissues and toilet papers. When I asked for more plastic bags, they said they only provide first one as service and then we have to buy them for ourselves. Come on, we lived there for a whole week and we paid the full amounts of money for 8 persons, but didn’t get any room cleaning, trash bags changing and even couldn’t get toilets papers and plastic bags for trash! I can’t believe they asked us to buy them by ourselves! The washing machine and tatami needs to be cleaned. The sofa and the floor of toilet room needs to be repaired as well. The two rooms are just next to each other sharing one slide door, so basically you can hear every tiny noises from next room. It’s not good for those who prefer quiet rest. Otherwise, the beds are comfortable, and it has great location, just 1-2 minutes walk from subway, and there are many convenient stores around. We didn’t ask and expect for a lot. We still had some great time living there, but honestly, we won’t choose to stay there again in the future.

Room amenities and electronic devices are too old, the air conditioning is weak, there's no bidet, and the washing machine is located in a common area, etc.

• Genik (8/5): When you need a nice clean apartment close to the subway station, this is the place! - so close to the subway/train station, the staff were quick to respond over any communication we made. no heater in one of the room, no spoons no forks in the kitchen..
