• steven sadaya (9/5): An excellent 9day stay—perfect location, responsive host, and a comfortable home base we truly enjoy - Our 9-day stay at Alita Clover Heights in Japan was truly wonderful and memorable. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk to Kuromon Market, Dotonbori, and Namba Station, as well as the surrounding shopping district. Everything we needed, from great food to transportation and retail options, was right within easy reach, which made our trip even more enjoyable. We also really appreciated how responsive and helpful the host was. Whenever we had questions or needed assistance, they replied quickly and made sure our concerns were addressed, which added to our comfort and peace of mind throughout the stay. As a small suggestion, having a full-length body mirror in the unit would have been a nice addition, especially for travelers preparing for a day out. That said, this was only a minor detail. Overall, we absolutely loved the accommodation and would happily stay here again. Thank you for such a pleasant experience! Would be even better with a full-length mirror 😊
• Estelle & D (10/5): Appartement en centre ville, excellemment bien situé et calme - L'hôte avait transmis les codes d'accès par email avec notamment un document PDF avec les instructions et se tenait à disposition (en chat) si je rencontrais une difficulté. c'est appréciable parce que ce fut déroutant quand on arrive dans un pays qu'on ne connait pas, ni les us et coutumes. De plus l'appartement fut en RDC et est excellemment bien situé pour profiter de Osaka tout en étant tranquille la nuit. On est à 2 pas de galeries marchandes couvertes. C'était top. La propreté de certain recoin (cuisine) et l'ensemble vétuste, avec un manque de certaines vaisselles, les fenêtres sont peu lumineuses en raison de la proximité des immeubles (mais suffisant pour ventiler), mais honnêtement, au regard du tarif (+/- 280€/6pers/4 nuits = soit +/-12€/pers/nuit) et de la disponibilité de l'hôte (par chat), je n'ai rien à redire. Nous étions en plein centre ville et dans le calme, ce fut parfait pour visiter et apprécier Osaka !

• Michelle (5/5): Disappointing - Nice, plush bed. Close walk to Kuromon Market. Host did not give proper instructions for water heating and was slow to respond to everything. Pictures don't match the room. The heating machine was difficult to use. Past guests' logins were still left on the Youtube app. It's a bit far from the metro station. The bathroom is outdated and needs an upgrade. The lighting is creepy. I got creepy vibes the whole time I was there. No toilet paper refill and the host said you need to buy your own.

• Walston (9/5): Love the place - It is near the metro and a family mart. Lack of power outlets. Only two outlets in the room and the other one is inconveniently placed
• Ronalyn (9/5): Wonderful for a budget traveler. - The location of this room is just a few steps from most of the major attractions. Especially if you’re there for food it is very proximal to Kumoron Market, where street foods, stalls and goodies are located. It is also walking distance to Namba and Dutonbori the shopping area. The room is great, clean and tidy, it’s just that I am not a fan of yellow lights in the ceiling, I prefer led or white reflection of lights, overall for group or 3-4pax a family or friends this is spacious and good.

• Mei (5/5): value for price - value for price Toilet bowl with weird smell where i need to purchase the toilet fragrance by myself. Stay 6 nights but initially owner requested me to leave all the rubbish in the room until we check out, it is extremely stinky and not hygiene.

The cleaning was average : a bit of mold here and there, we saw a cockroach. Equipement quite old except for the TV. Customer communication could be improved.

The washing machine provided was great and convenient. • Kok (8/5): Just what we expected, great location with the facilities we need - The location was fantastic and easy to reach, the washing machine and hanging options for washing were great and I loved that there was a bathtub, especially after a day of long walking. There were also ample resources in the kitchen. Since we were all friends, I would've liked the option to have seperate blankets as some of us were blanket thieves in their sleep. The location also had very slim hallways, so if you are on the bigger side you won't fit. How to use the WIFI and what the password was was very unclear though, would've liked to read it in the booklet we got

• Ethan (7/5): Great location close to public transport - Great location, easy to collect keys, owner was very responsive on the Booking.com app and it was convenient having a washing machine available at the property. Note that the photos shown on the property listing appear to be a combination of more than one apartment. Some of the bedrooms shown were not part of the apartment that was booked and the toilet was also not the same as in the photo. The photos should be sorted by apartment to avoid confusion.
• Lesley (6/5): Nice place but bit pricey for what it is - -Central area that's handy to walk to all the main busy streets near Namba and accessible for the trains -Spacious studio compared to lots of other places in Japan -New furnishings within the living area -Handy to have a washing machine -Felt a bit pricey for what you got and the condition of the place. Could do with general updates to the bathroom and kitchen. -The heating wasn't the best. Felt really cold outside the living area and we had to use it constantly to keep it comfortable. -Communication with the staff via messages was quite blunt -Pillows need updating, flat as pancakes -No natural light as it's all bars behind the windows so keep this in mind if a deal-breaker

• Ema (8/5): Very good - The apartment was quite big and in a walking distance to the Dotonbori street. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. The apartment was a bit older. What was worse is that the metro stop was a bit further away.
