Ils ont reussi à me le faire parvenir a temps. Le confort des chambres et la piscine était très apprécié, le rapport qualité prix était vraiment bon. Le petit déjeuner était très bon et les pizzas délicieuses.

SANJEEVAN (6/5): Did exactly as it says on the tin - a convenient business hotel option! - Overall, was glad I stayed here. In my previous work trip to Baroda I stayed somewhere different and unfortunately, that place was sold out so this was a 2nd choice and still would remain 2nd choice moving forward. The staff were excellent for my time there and that made the biggest difference. In terms of the room size, cleanliness - it was exactly as expected so was pleased with that and also quietly relieved that it was that way.

Breakfast and dinner in Zing restaurant is plentiful with a good choice and variety of different cuisines available - all the staff in Zing are great - but I must make a special mention of Rahul Mishra - he really took great care of us all especially my parents..Thankyou Rahul! The housekeeping team deserve a mention too - always service with a smile and so helpful - thankyou Deepak & team for keeping our rooms spotless!..Also a big thankyou to Alkesh Masterji who saved the day by doing some garment alterations that I needed done urgently! cant think of anything...

We weren't informed that the pool was closed and the option of organising transport to a different hotel for a swim was impractical. No other options offered from the manager. The room was poorly maintained with broken lights, cracked tiles and shower fittings not working. The cost of our two rooms did not match the facilities or our expectations.
