- CHONG (10/5): Very nice hotel would definitely coming back to stay again - The cleanest and most friendly staff we came across in over 6 weeks in hotel hopping across South Korea. Hotel rooms are very clean. Hotel had nice and clean washer and dryer which was a nice addition. Staff were very accommodating as well. Only recommendation might be a little more choices on the breakfast. Compared to some other hotels that had full breakfast buffet options for the price might have issues. We chose to go out and eat breakfast outside instead of the breakfast hamburger. Parking spaces were limited and little tight. Really need to pay attention parking.

- Nakyung (5/5): 침구가 특히 아쉬웠던 곳 - 서비스가 친절합니다. 늦은 시간에 체크인과 약간의 이슈가있었는데 친절하게 응대해주셔서 감사했습니다. 헤리티지 룸에 큰 티비와 안마의자 등 숙소에서 즐길 컨텐츠가 좋습니다. 특히 큰 욕조가 있어 따뜻한 목욕 좋았습니다. 1. 일회용 부직포 침구 커버 침구가 너무 아쉬웠습니다. 호텔은 침구가 다라고 생각하는데, 청결을 이유로 일회용 부직포같은 천으로 이불,베개,매트리스 커버까지 싸져있어서 꺼끌하고 불편했습니다. 대실도 아니고 1박에 20만원대 후반을 내는데 일회용 부직포를 덮고 자게하는건 아쉽네요. 2. 청결도 전체적으로 깨끗했으나 침구에 머리카락, 테이블 위 기타 작은 쓰레기 몇개를 발견해 청결도 예민하신 분들은 아쉬울 수 있습니다. 3. 주차 늦은 시간 체크인하다보니 주차할 공간이 마땅히 없어 애먹었습니다. 주차를 하려면 일찍 체크인하는걸 추천합니다.

Przepiękne lobby, przepyszna kawa dostępna całą dobę. Pralnia z suszarkami i szafami parowymi dostępne w cenie pobytu. Naprawdę jestem zachwycona tym miejscem i żadne uwagi negawtyne, które przytaczam nie zniechęcają mnie. Na pewno chcę tam wrócić, jeśli znowu będę w Gunsan. Brak kontaktu przed zameldowaniem. Pisałam pytanie, ale do teraz nie dostałam żadnej odpowiedzi. Śniadanie w cenie to burger, mnie to nie odpowiada. Klimatyzacja jest, ale nie można jej używać, bo hotel decyduje kiedy zaczyna się ciepły sezon i chyba nie biorą pod uwagę, że w marcu w nasłonecznionym pokoju temperatura jest nie do wytrzymania.

- Yunjoo (7/5): 살짝 아쉬워요 - 햄버거 조식이 먹을만 했어요. 다만 간단한 과일도 곁들어 주면 더 좋을 것 같습니다. 라운지가 깔끔해서 첫인상이 좋았습니다. 3인용 스위트룸에 숙박했는데 개인용 욕실욕품이 2개만 있는 경우가 있어서 좀 아쉬웠어요. 그리고 클렌징폼도 꼭 있으면 좋겠다는 생각이 듭니다. 또한 방 등 중에서 취침등으로 따로 온오프 스위치를 만들어 주시면 좋을 것 같아요. 없어서 불편했습니다. 그리고 에어컨이 고장나서 안틀어지던구요. 그 외 동반가족이 머문 트윈룸은 좀 좁아서 답답한 느낌이 있었구요. 주차장도 자리가 넉넉하지 않은 점 등이 아쉬웠어요.

- 마르티노 (6/5): 위치 좋고 청결하지만 1회용 침구커버 사용으로 편안한 수면이 어려움. - 인테리어가 깔끔하고 청결함. 위치가 좋음. 1회용 부직포 침구 커버(매트리스, 이불, 베개)를 사용하고 있으나 몸에 닿는 소재가 열과 땀을 흡수하지 못하고 통기성도 없어서 덥고, 땀이 나고 끈적거려서 도저히 잠을 이룰수 없었음. 린넨 커버로 교체를 요청했으나 불가능하였음. 숙소는 고객의 편안한 수면 제공이 기본이라 생각되므로.. 1회용 부직포 침구 커버는 더 이상 사용하지 않는 게 좋을 것 같습니다.

- 은희 (10/5): 괜히 9점 이상이 아니다!!! - 방이 깔끔하고 시설이 좋았습니다. 개인적으로 널찍한 책상이 있어 그림 그리기 좋았네요. 라운지에 있는 커피맛도 일품이었습니다. 이대로도 너무 훌륭합니다. 다만, 체크인 체크아웃할 때 데스크에 사람이 안보여 조금 당황했었네요. 체크인 할 때, 데스크운영시간 외에 체크아웃시 셀프로 체크아웃을 해야 한다는 설명은 있었으나, 호텔 체크아웃 경험이 부족한 저로써는 예전에 일본에서 기계로 체크아웃 처리했던 경험을 먼저 떠올려 셀프체크아웃 방법에 대해 물을 생각을 못했었습니다. 사전에 룸카드를 선반에 올려놓고 나가면 된다는 설명이 있으면 더 좋을 듯 합니다.

- Sylvia (10/5): Superb level of small hotel that has everything to offer. - The hotel was brand new in stylish minimalistic modern design which is my favorite. The staff was super friendly and professional. Everything was immaculate. Especially the bed was the best part for me - so clean & comfy!! Despite it was located at the heart of busy area close to the LD bus terminal inside the premise was completely quiet thanks to the great insulation. If I had chance to visit Gunsan area I would definitely stay there again. Being located across the long distance bus terminal with more traffic it felt a bit restless outside the hotel, yet not too bad.
- Gang (9/5): Superb - (Heritage room) Seems to be remodeled recently. Everything is new. And clean. Staff extremely nice. Big terrasse available. And clean. Situated at the center of the city. Poor drainage in the bathroom. Lift/elevator without key to prevent outsiders from getting into the hotel rooms area.
- Milena (10/5): beautiful place in a city not full of tourists - very kind and helpful staff, close to the bus terminal, close to a bus station. spacious room with a very huge TV. very clean, big bathroom with waterfall shower. The room came with a small breakfast. there is a water machine in the lobby just like a coffee machine. you can wash your clothes and dry them there. there is a microwave and a fridge. it had everything you needed. and the price was really good for such a beautiful place. if I visit Gunsan again I will definitely book this place. nothing - everything was perfect 😊

- Gregory (10/5): Unexpectedly brilliant stay - This place was brilliant. Fantastic helpful staff, great service. The photos of the rooms don't do this place justice. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll definitely be stayinghere! Nothing. Perhaps the tv was a tiny bit too big, but I'm being pedantic.

- Amber (5/5): It would have been perfect with ac - It was really clean It’s so hot in the rooms. They do not allow the ac to be on during the winter time which sucks. I feel like that should be listed on the website. This resulted in me leaving early because it was so hot.
