Guest Reviews
- Mateusz (10/5): - Everything Nothing
- Adriana (8/5): Beautiful location, comfy bed, great space - Very close to our event location. Easy to find, even in the dark. Lovely accomodation, facilities and a very comfortable bed. Bonus of the outdoor bath. Didn’t actually use it as it was VERY cold outside but did put my feet in.

- Emily (7/5): - Comfy bed, beautiful view. We had to swap rooms after check in because we were sent an email with the incorrect room number. If the rooms were different this would have made sense however they were identical and the people swapping into our room had to use it without it being cleaned.
I was also slightly uncomfortable with the fact that they give everyone the codes for both rooms in an automated email. This seems like a safety risk.
- Peta (10/5): Quite, relaxing and was feeling like a holiday. Host was fantastic. - The location of Acacia Hills was great. Was quite and had all that we needed. Nothing really
- stramosk (10/5): - Location was perfect, very quiet and secluded. Bed was comfy and it had all amenities possible. The bed sheets had a faint smell of cigarette smoke, possibly from someone who stayed before us, but didn't bother us too much

- Maca (10/5): Me encanto!!!!!
- vanessa (10/5): - Peaceful, outdoor bath, spacious, comfortable

- Rodger (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing views of Mt Roland..
Private,
Private yard,
Extremely quiet,
Very luxurious,
Beautiful hand-cut wood trimmings,
Stone kitchen benches.
The list goes on...
Sooo much better than photos can show and so relaxing a space to enjoy and unwind.
Approx 8min to Devonport, abt 4 to Latrobe and close to Sheffield too.
Honestly I was so much happier out here than in town 😊
And an amazing person who looks after the place. Had to leave 😭
- Rodger (10/5): Exceptional - Secluded location but a short drive to Devonport or Latrobe..
with an amazing view of Mt Roland.
Very well laid out and appointed cabin with amazing wood trimmings.. on the luxury side with separate yard, washing machine, clothes line etc.. And a lot more..hey it's got an outdoor bath for those inclined..
Great furniture and lounge..
Fantastic kitchen and bathroom...
The place in February is great to open the windows and let the air flow through.
The bed is super comfortable..
And the fake wood heater (electric) looks and works really well..
And the Person who looks after the place does an amazing job.. Triple thumbs up to her (if that's possible) Just quirks really..
It was cool enough thankfully... But what is here is not a real air conditioner, rather just a small evaporative cooler.
Rather strange not to have a microwave these days, but good to have an air fryer.
- Anita (10/5): Amazing and very relaxing! - Absolutely stunning! Everything… beautifully built and decorated… adorable sheep, immaculately clean, bed was so so comfortable with a King doona so heaps to cover, beautiful sun flowers to greet us and the lovely electric fireplace and outside bath were amazing - didnt use the bath though. Highly recommend

- Lynnette (10/5): Exceptional - The location was lovely, secluded enough to relax and close enough to town for business and leisure.
The place was well decorated and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and set out.
Beautiful views and lovely outdoor space to enjoy the sunrise and sunsete and sip a delightful complimentary bottle of wine.
Great night skies, clear and crisp for great photography There was nothing to dislike at all. It was a perfect little heyaway
- Annette (10/5): Exceptional - Very well equipped, had everything you needed, bed was super comfortable
- Kellie (9/5): Superb -
- Fynn (10/5): This place was a beautiful getaway, will be back - The location is absolutely stunning, it’s the perfect place for a recharge and close enough to Devonport and Sheffield that you can go out for dinner or go to the beach. The staff were incredible and our fridges were stocked with necessities free of charge. Will be staying here next time we are in Tassie? 💚 We didn’t have any written instructions about what we were required to do for the room when we were leaving, but other than that, no complaints.
- Stevan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Georgia (10/5): Acacia Hills retreat was such a lovely stay! the perfect location to explore Ulverstone, Cradle Mountain and Sheffield d - location, facilities, NA.
- Stevan (10/5): Very welcoming, comfortable & pet friendly. A perfect getaway destination, 5+ stars - The location & accommodation were delightful, my partner, myself & our two fur babies were very happy & comfortable Slight problem with the toilet cistern needing the float level adjusting as it ran on after filling up, we just turned the water off between uses so no problem. Being the first to use the cabin, there was bound to be teething problems
