• Belák (10/5): great location, near to everything you'd need.well equipped, comfy, great communication - great location, easy to reach Varenna via train. Grocery is really in front of the house and the bakery too (its sign is relative hard to read, so we realized only the last day, that is what it is). the lake side is 3 mins by foot. The ferry station is also relative near, cafés, restaurants, pharmacy if needed. Arrived very late on the first date but it was not an issue as it has locker for the keys. Great instructions, so we found it easily. Got welcoming vine and water in the fridge. Though we forgot to drink it. :) Also leaving the house was smooth. Communication was fast, detailed information. The flat has a modern heating system. Found everything what we needed there is nothing to complaint about.
• Liliana (10/5): - Polecamy ! Do stacji kolejowej blisko , do portu blisko , do Orida di Bellano też blisko . Bardzo fajna miejscówka . Wyposażenie też pełne. Winko w lodówce , nawet herbatka i przyprawy czekały :) Ku naszemu zaskoczeniu byly też parasolki - na szczęście nie były nam potrzebne 😁
• BRIGITTE60 (10/5): Bellano è un posto strategico per spostarci verso Correno Plinio e Varenna, due posti da vedere ! - a qualche passo dal lago e della darsena, posto tranquillo e appartamento ben disposto Praticamente nulla se parliamo dell'appartamento, una sola suggestione di fare trovare un bollittore con té e tisane C'è la macchina del caffè !

• Violetta (10/5): Прекрасно облаштовані апартаменти з ідеальним розташуванням - Ідеальне розташування. 2 хвилини до пляжу, 1 хвилина до супермаркету, 3 хвилини до станції та 5 хвилин до корабликів. Дуже сучасна система клімат контролю. На кухні були паперові рушники, сіль, спеції, оливкова олія. В холодильнику нас чекала охолоджена вода та вино. Сам Беллано не так заповнений туристами, як Варенна або Белладжіо

• ivana (10/5): La permanenza a Bellano è stata di mio completo gradimento. Francesca e suo padre, sono speciali - Mi è piaciuto tutto. La posizione è ottimale. La padrona di casa si è dimostrata super accogliente Niente, ho trovato tutto di qualità
• Katia (10/5): A really exceptional place to stay. Highly recommend. - An exceptional apartment located near everything. The bathroom and kitchen are recently been tastefully renovated. It is close to the railway station, the supermarket and the beach. It’s a short walk to the ferry with access to all the towns located on the lake. There are plenty of restaurants close by.

• Familie Reichert (9/5): - Die Lage und der Kontakt mit der Gastgeberin Die Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer quitscht so laut, dass man Nachts davon wach wird. Die wohnung6ist der hellhörig, man hört extrem die Nachbarschaft, die morgens gegen 5 Uhr oben Stühle rumschiebt.
• Jacobsen (10/5): ANBEFALER Emma house for banrefamilier. - Moderne leilighet med alt du trenger. Beliggenhet i rolig strøk og veldig sentralt. Kort vei til strand, lokal transport og vandrestier. Butikk og bakeri i umiddelbar nærhet. Hyggelige folk i Bellano og rolig stemning med gode restauranter. Vi fulgte vertens anbefalinger for servering + pizza restauranten, Truth. Veldig fornøyde ! Alt var bra.
• Johan (9/5): Superb - The apartment was bigger than expected, it was also right next to a convenience store, a bakery and a beautiful public beach. Many adorable cats were walking in the area too! The ac was hard to change the temperature on so the rooms got pretty hot.

The apartment is a good size, really clean and modern and well equipped. We loved our stay here - and Bellano is a great base for Lake Como, much nicer than the busier lake towns Nothing

• Borbála (10/5): Exceptional - We loved to stay at Emma house. The owner was very kind, giving us information about where to eat and shop, and she left us a bottle of wine as well. The property is a 2 minute walk frome the lake, and a 5-10 minute walk from the train station as well as the ferry station, so it is very conveniently located. The apartment is nice, spacious, clean, and well equipped. Would very highly recommend!! The only negative thing was that the sofa bed in the living room was very loud when making any movement and a bit uncomfortable :(

• Mohammed (10/5): Exceptional - I loved everything about the property. The host Francesca is very helpful and kind. Also the apartment is very cozy and comfortable but also modern. The shower had amazing water pressure as well. Francesca even offered us a late check out abs help us sort out ferry tickets from Varenna.

• Carolyn (9/5): Lovely Bellano - A short walk to the Bellano ferry wharf, close to the train station. Nice one bedroom apartment. Good sized bathroom and clean facilities (nice to have a balcony too). The host was friendly and contactable via WhatsApp, easy check-in. We tried the recommended local restaurants and enjoyed the food very much. It’s a cosy home for us during rainy days visiting the Lake Como region in Italy. Nothing. All good (Tips for others: check Ferry timetables connected to Bellano to make good use of the time for your stay).
• Wyn (10/5): Perfect stay in Bellano, - Communication with Francesca was brilliant. Early contact, clear instructions re entry, even photos of outside property so we could easily identify! Unit well equipped and extremely secure. Location: excellent. Supermarket across the road, 5 min walk to edge of lake, 8 min to Train Station. Easy stroll to the centre for restaurants, ferries etc. Nothing negative.

• John (10/5): Fabulous - The Emma house is a completely modern renovation in an old apartment block. It was clean, with wonderful facilities including a washing machine and an electric jug. It was a 5 min walk from the railway station and 20m from a supermarket and bakery. Lake Como was 5mins walk away. There were numerous cafes and eateries along the Lake foreshore. this was a relaxing and very comfortable accommodation. Highly recommended. The host was easy to communicate with and responded quickly when contacted. N/A

This apartment really felt like home. All the detailed maps and information were available at the apartment, it had all modern amenities. We really enjoyed our stay here. There is nothing to improve, everything was perfect.

The apartment had everything we needed, and felt very homey and modern. Bellano is chill and not very touristy, so I recommend staying at Emma House. You can easily get everywhere using the train or ferry. Thank you, Francesca! -
• Vishnu (10/5): Best property to stay in bellano. - Very calm location. The lake is hardly 2 minutes from the property. Supermarket and restaurants are in walking distance. There are parks nearby if you come with kids. The property is very clean and feels like home and provides most of the amenities. The host is very friendly. Picked and dropped us at the railway station even though the property is hardly 2 minutes away from the station. I can't think of anything. Everything matched my expectations.

• Sunil (10/5): Dream Stay at Bellano - Exceptional location, next to the lake, supermarket, ferry terminal & Rail Station. All within 1-5 minutes! A complimentary Wine bottle & 2 bottles of water greeted us on arrival. Also, a big Smart TV with Netflix, etc. Also, Varenna is a 5 mins boat ride away & Bellagio & Mennagio, only 15-20 mins by boat. Do yourself a favour, stay here and visit Bellagio & Varenna as day trips from here! And the hospitality of Francesca, our host and her Dad, Tiziano, was FABULOUS! He came in his car to pick us up from the Train Station and went out of his way to drop us at our next destination, after 2 days! Excellent Pasta & Pizza place nearby, Che Pasta. We had our best tasting pasta here, in our Italian trip.This is a house you can come back to, again and again! Can't find anything bad, even if I try to hunt for it!😅
• Macarena (10/5): Wonderful place - Exceptional place to spend some days discovering all Lago Como has to offer. The apartment is spacious, super clean, great location, and so so comfortable. We were there with our two kids, a 2-year-old and a 4months baby and we couldn't ask for more. Really great either for families , friends or a romantic trip. I highly recommend it. Francesca was a wonderful host, always kind and helpful. We will be definitely coming back Nothing. Everything was simply perfect

Everything was close by, the train station and the ferry are just 5min away and there is a supermarket across the street, which was very convenient. Some days you could hear the noise from the neighbours from a very early hour, like 6h30/7h.

• Ross (10/5): Comfortable accommodation. Great scenery. - Emma house Emma House is a ground floor flat a short walk from the train station. There is a small supermarket across the street and the lake shore is also close by. It’s a 5 minute walk along the lake to get to the centre of Bellano. Inside everything is newly renovated and all appliances are there. The living area is quite spacious as is the bedroom. Our host Francesca was very helpful and met us at the station to guide us to the flat and show us everything. We very much enjoyed our stay there and would come back again
