• bernadette (10/5): The best place to be - Beautiful apartment overlooking the pool area . Fabulous facilities and so secure and safe for the wee grandson . 2 minutes walk to beach and promenade and cafes and shops. Highly recommend ❤️ Can’t think of anything negative at all
• Arno (9/5): Heerlijk appartement op prima locatie - Heerlijk appartement, van alle gemakken voorzien. Prima locatie, alles op loopafstand, veel barretjes en restaurants in de nabije omgeving
• Kari (10/5): Flott og velutstyrt leilighet med god beliggenhet. - Vi likte leiligheten og beliggenheten. Fint med sol på terrassen til frokost. Sol på terrassen fra ca 9 til 17 i februar. Parque Santiago 2 er et rolig og velholdt anlegg. Leiligheten var godt utstyrt med alt vi trengte for et ti dagers opphold. Man må selv stå for renhold, vask av håndklær etc, men det er vaskemaskin i leiligheten. Ingenting vi mislikte. Dårlig nettdekning i 2. etasje (soverommene), men det var ikke et stort problem for oss.

• Polina (5/5): Decent apartment with frustrating check-in experience - This listing turned out to be a private apartment in a complex with a pool rather than a hotel, which wasn’t immediately clear from the booking. The check-in process felt quite outdated as you need to meet someone in person to collect keys. About a week before arrival, the host informed me she couldn’t meet us and arranged for someone else to handle check-in. The listing stated check-in was at 16:30, so when we arrived at Tenerife North Airport, we took our time exploring the island. Around 11 AM, someone named Tatyana messaged asking when we’d arrive. I explained we were exploring the north and would reach the property around 3 PM. She responded curtly that she’d been waiting since noon and seemed quite upset, so we cut our plans short and rushed over. When we arrived, Tatyana’s attitude remained unfriendly. She claimed she’d been waiting since 11 AM (despite our booking stating 16:30 check-in), repeatedly mentioned it wasn’t her apartment, and oddly questioned why we had large luggage—my friend was visiting from the US and had been traveling through Spain before meeting me. The apartment requires a €300 cash deposit, which was clearly stated on the booking page and the host had messaged me about it in advance, so no issues there. The apartment itself was spacious with good facilities: working utilities, two bathrooms, and nice terraces overlooking the pool area, which kept things quiet. The complex has a shared pool which is a nice amenity. However, the bedsheets had noticeable stains that made me question their cleanliness, and we had persistent problems with small ants throughout our stay. The surrounding neighborhood is somewhat run-down, though that’s obviously not the host’s responsibility—just worth checking the area photos if you’re unfamiliar with Tenerife. On a positive note, checkout was handled by a different woman who was calm and pleasant, which was a welcome change.
• Veronika (10/5): - Švarus, nenudėvėtas butas, puikiai tiko savo dydžiu mūsų trijų asmenų šeimai. Didesnei kompanijai galbūt būtų šiek tiek per maža svetainės ir virtuvės zona. Itin paslaugi ir maloni butą prižiūrinti moteris. Žavu, kad šaldytuve buvo dovana vynas ir vanduo! Yra ir pliažui rankšluosčiai, patiesalas, smėlio žaislai, tinklinio kamuoliai ir t.t. Atitiko lūkesčius, nes viskas gyvai kaip ir nuotraukose. Man per kietos pagalvės, nors išvykstant kai tai paminėjau, buvo užtikrinta, kad jei būčiau viešnagės metu pasakiusi, būtų atvežusi puresnę pagalvę👌.

Appartment has view over pool and is close to it on the ground floor. Whole area is secure and only tenants can access. Very central but no load music at night to disturb sleep :)

It was one of the nicest apartments we stayed in . Everything about it was perfect. And Asta was so helpful and such a lovely woman to deal with . We didn't want to leave here . • Dunn (10/5): Excellent definitely would return - Perfect place sun disappears around mid day.. Palm tree in the garden is way over grown needs attention.. Apartment is beautiful and spotless home from home 😎😎 The complex can be difficult to navigate around needs more signs around the areas.. Just takes a little longer working out... Pool closed at 6pm weather still lovely till 8pm.. If you sit on a sunbed 10 minutes before closing he still comes and asks for 5 euros which is disappointing..

• Marketa (10/5): Brilliant stay - We (two adults and a child) had a truly brilliant stay at this beautiful apartment. One of the nicest holiday rentals I had ever stayed in. We loved the decor, very tasteful and kept in very good condition. The apartment was very clean, had enough towels, cutlery, pans, glasses, etc, we simply did not miss anything. We did not worry about the lack of a dishwasher and we were perfectly fine with the two-ring cooker. Showers were hot and great pressure, wifi worked perfect while we stayed here. Parque Santiago II is a beautiful resort, we loved the heated pool and the location. You do have to pay for loungers at the pool but we knew that before we booked as we have holidayed in the resort before. The apartment is so close to the pool entrance that you can just have a swim and stay on your terrace if you wish. We paid cca E220 per night for the apartment and felt it was the right value - not a bargain but also not overpriced for what we got. The hostess who met us on arrival and departure, Asta, deserves a special mention, as she is simply brilliant. Friendly, helpful, professional, went out of her way to help us organise a very early morning transport to the airport - thank you again for everything. The only thing I was a little apprehensive about before I booked was the E300 cash deposit on arrival. Private home renting on this scale is a business and so you should take on some risk. The vast majority of people do not take or break anything. If there is something broken (especially when you travel with kids), it was an accident and the business should take it in their stride as part of the industry they are in. Having said that, now we stayed here, it would not stop me from booking again.
• Zita (5/5): Far short of being luxurious. Ok for a short stay - Location and pool Property is unsuitable for elderly people. The stairs are very steep with a dangerous sharp turn at the top and no handrail My husband caught his foot and ripped off his toenail. There were steps between lounge and kitchen and steps down on the patio. My sister in law broke her leg. I expect a four ring cooker and a dishwasher in a luxury apartment and better quality cutlery, glasses, china. bedding and towels. The kitchen was cramped and made worse by the fact that 5 cupboards were locked leaving little storage space. We were there for a month we wanted to make meals at least half the time. The two ring cooker was inadequate and very difficult to operate. Patio door impossible to shut. Locks didn’t work on the bathroom doors. To call it a luxury apartments was a stretch of the imagination “Quite nice” would be more fitting to refer to it as “luxurious” is ridiculous.
• Paul (10/5): Fantastic break in November with 25-30 degrees every day! Wonderful property and location. - Really liked the patio being adjacent to the pool area, very easy to move between the two areas. We didn’t cook all week - so many excellent and great priced restaurant/cafes near by.
• Helena (9/5): Loved the 2 week stay! - The apartment is super cosy organized, very clean, has alot of closet spaces and has everything you need to feel like home. The beds are good and the bathrooms are small but also very good. I loved the location. The staff was very helpful and wanted to do everything for us to make the vacation as good as possible. The kids bedroom is kind of hot because there is not an air conditioning in there but my kids slept in the sofa bedding downstairs and they liked it a lot and slept well. The swimming pool is very salty and we thought the price for a day sunbathing by the pool was way too expensive, we went to the beach instead.
• Siobhan (10/5): Asta went above and beyond for us couldn’t recommend a better host she was caring and attentive to all our needs i.e lat - Everything was perfect, it was spacious, modern everything you needed and more,pool is right outside and you have a patio and balcony it was perfect for 5 girls to stay in had everything we needed The only thing was you had to pay for sun-beds at the pool area but there was issue there it was cheap enough

• Natalie (9/5): Amazing stay! - Loved everything about this apartment. Really modern, clean and in a great location. Pool area is great, plenty of sun beds and a pool bar if you want drinks/snacks. Host was really friendly and available on WhatsApp with any queries. Will definitely stay here again when in Tenerife There was no mention of a €300 security deposit plus €100 cleaning fee before booking. This was only communicated weeks before arrival through message. Just one for other travellers to be aware of when booking to budget for this as that was €400 out our pocket before the holiday began. Wouldn’t put me off staying again though. Also if on a late flight home there is no where to store luggage. We were lucky as we had family staying in another apartment that we could leave our bags with but not sure what we would have done if that wasn’t the case
• Marta (10/5): A perfect stay in a perfect apartament - Amazing duplex with a beautiful patio and all the space and comfort you could want. Furniture and appliances are quite new and well mantained. The pool is simply great for both children and adults. Asta was a fantastic host, super responsive and helpful. When we go back to Tenerife, this will be our first choice!

• Hisaeri (9/5): Great location, beautiful and clean apartment, nice and helpful manager - The location was great, apartment beautiful, clean and well furnished. The property manager who welcomed us was incredibly nice, helpful and lovely to talk to! They welcomed us at night because our flight arrived pretty late. Overall it was a wonderful stay! It was also very nice to have access to a heated pool to swim.

• Divo (10/5): Luxury Palm - Location, pool, cleanliness, the apt has everything you need: pool towels, dishes & kitchenware, even a laundry machine and sewing kit, detergents. Bedrooms have ventilators for cooling. The beach and shops, restaurants (including McDonalds) are in 200 m vicinity. Definitely worth the visit. Highly recommend this place. We should stay more days..perhaps next time..
• Dmytro (10/5): Great vacation on Tenerife - it was super clean, new and very close to the beach. Stuff (Asta) was incredibly helpful. She can help you with anything you need, just ask! there is a calm swimming pool which my son enjoyed a lot. The pool is better than we expected by looking at photos. lots of restaurants just around the corner as well as the Golden Mile. Free Bus to seam park is just 10 minutes walk. we will definitely go Luxury Palm Tenerife again!
