• Iris (8/5): Auf Kos sensationell - Tolle Unterkunft für Kos! In den Bergen gelegen mit großartigem Blick, den besten Sonnenuntergängen von den diversen Terrassen und zwei großzügigen Schlafzimmern. Auto ist hier sinnvoll! Anfahrt nach Teilen des Standorts unproblematisch. Drumherum aktuell ein paar Baustellen, wir waren nur am Wochenende dort, da war alles super, ruhig und sehr entspannend. Zia ist per Fußmarsch zu erreichen.. Nichts
• Anna (10/5): - A wonderful house in a stunning location, perfect for a wonderful stay. We watched the sunrises and sunsets. The house was a comfortable temperature. Everything worked perfectly, no issues. Our host was wonderful, and we're so grateful for such a wonderful place to unwind from the big city!
• Nigel (9/5): We were very happy with the property and location and would happily return. - The location was perfect for the activities planned, with good views and easy access to the mountains, coast and nearby dining options. Very modern and well equipped property. We found the property difficult to find at first, especially in the dark, and needed the host to escort us for the last kilometre or so. A minor snag quickly solved by the host.
• Svetlana (10/5): - SUPER Lage!!! SUPER Besitzer!!! Er hat uns in die Stadt Kos zu einer Autovermietung gefahren. und viel Informationen gegeben. Die Kommunikation per SMS war perfekt! Er hat uns am letzten Tag auch zum Flughafen gebracht, obwohl es sehr früh war, das war sehr angenehm, da wir kein Englisch sprechen und der Kontakt mit dem Taxiunternehmer für uns schwierig wäre. Das Haus ist ein Traum! Man sieht von jedem Balkon über das ganze Tal bis ans Meer und bis Bodrum (Türkei). Sehr geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit der Küche, oben 2 Schlafzimmer, ein gemütliches Zimmer zum Fernsehen , sieht alles viel besser aus als auf den Bildern. Da wir Katzenliebhaber sind, waren wir überglücklich , dass uns mehrere Katzen besucht haben und wir die füttern konnten. Wir waren jeden Tag wo anders, dafür braucht man unbedingt ein Auto, um die schöne Insel zu erkunden. Sehr viele Touristen kommen nach Zia, um die faszinierende Sonnenuntergänge zu fotografieren, dasselbe haben wir vom Balkon im 1. OG jeden Abend beim Glas Wein genossen, den uns der Vermieter geschenkt hat. Vielen Dank für wunderbare 10 Tage!!! Im Haus war alles perfekt! Was die Insel betrifft: sehr schöne Insel ist leider mit viel Plastik verschmutzt, es ist so ärgerlich, dass die Touristen den Müll nicht mitnehmen und das Ordnungsamt anscheinend keine Lust hat, sich damit zu beschäftigen.

• Anna (10/5): - 1. Сами апартаменты очень уютные, один дом объединяет двое апартаментов: А и В. Отличие в более комфортной и большой кухне с фронтальным видом в апартаментах А. Апартаменты В - потрясающий фронтальный вид прям из постели одной из спален, и на боковом балконе второго этажа, если вы не особо хотите готовить, то смело выбирайте их. Я жила в В и было комфортно готовить завтрак, а обеды и ужины были в разных тавернах деревушки в пешей доступности. Хозяин очень радушный и гостеприимный, обеспечивает максимум удобства своим гостям. Очень чисто!!! Приятный дизайн, в целом ощущение домашнего уюта❤️ Есть все необходимое для комфорта, даже стиральная машинка. Ночью тихо, петухи не мешали абсолютно, рядом гора Дикиос, что обеспечивает лучшим видом на остров. Супермаркет с продуктами в 7 минутах езды на машине. В деревне Зия рядом можно купить сувениры. 2. Мне не хватало мобильности в первые 3 дня, и я искала свободный автомобиль по прокатам (совет: забронируйте авто заранее - это будет и дешевле, и наверняка (от 45 евро за автомат Киа если заранее вместо 58 и выше если без предварительной брони). Машину доставят к порту или отелю вами указанному. 3. Это мой первый отдых на острове Кос, выбрала остановиться в разных районах. Отдых в этих апартаментах был самым размеренным, кайфовым и комфортным по внутренним ощущениям, рядом потрясающий хвойный лес. Ходила гулять и на пробежку в лес. Если вы любитель трекинга, можно походить по горе Дикиос, на вершине очень милая церквушка и несколько маршрутов. В целом если приеду еще, выберу это место, и обязательно забронирую машину, чтоб ездить на разные пляжи. Все понравилось
• Jürgen (10/5): Traumhafter Urlaub in gut verstecktem Haus - Sehr gute Grundausstattung, Traumhafter Ausblick Schwer zu finden da es keine Hausnummern gibt. Wir mussten dreimal entlang des Weges fragen um das Haus zu finden.

• Dilara (10/5): Most beautiful stay in Kos! - It was the most beautiful sunset from this house, really clean and comfortable. There is everything you could possibly need. Just 3 minute drive to beautiful Zia. Also there is some good tavernas nearby. Everything was perfect!

• Lodovico (10/5): BEST APARTMENT EVER!!! - The apartment is absolutely fantastic. BEST SUNSET IN THE ISLAND!!! Everything is new and well-finished; the rooms and the 2 bathrooms are very clean and comfortable (best shower ever). But noting compared to having breakfast or dinner at sunset on the two terraces, priceless!! A car (or motorbikes) is a must to get around, but it's obvious in the island
• Laura (10/5): Exceptional - The house is amazing, big, very well and newly furnished, with a fantastic view (and sunset) over the sea! The kitchen is very well equipped, with any kind of useful tools to cook. There are two big and beautiful bathrooms. We were in 6 and we had plenty of space for breakfasts and dinners on the terrace. The surrounding is very quiet. The house is at a walkable distance from Zia. The announcement says that there are 3 bedrooms. In reality, the bedrooms are two (with one double bed each) and then there are two single beds (one in the living room, one upstares, right outside the two other bedrooms). We were 3 couples, so one couple had to split for sleeping.
