Shannon (5/5): Passable - The TV remote doesn’t work well. I couldn’t get the sound on and some buttons wouldn’t respond. It was a little difficult to get the right water temperature. There needs to be a full length mirror in the room.
Tidjani (1/5): Very worst accomadation,dirty,no people ,no support . - Nothing We stayed at this place from July 26 to July 28th 2024.We paid for 3 nights 42.297 JPY=400 $CAD. We had a worst experience in our lives and would like to share with any person ,tourist ,traveller who will check in booking this accomadation ,please dont book you will regret.I cant wish to peoble to have this situation . First the "overview" pictures are not from the rented room.The wifi didn't work during the whole stay because the never give the wifi codes.The check-in system was very stressful and inconvenient. There was no answer when we tried to call customer service from the morning of check in -day until the time we showed up there between 7-8pm. It took a long time to check in. The combination lock was very difficult to understand. We were helped by other guests to get into the property. The noise from the bathroom is not comfortable for sleeping at all (please see the video) also we couldn’t turn off the heat in the bathroom. The exhaust fan is noisy. However, to our surprise, we discovered there was no housekeeping and no signs of cleaning (Please see attached pictures). We wish it had been cleaned before we came in. How can they charge money for such horrible accommodation? We are very disappointed to pay the amount of ¥42,297 for three nights for this kind of dirty accommodation.Very disgusting! This incident disrupted our vacation, altered our plans and caused significant time loss.We would like to be compensated for all these inconveniences.But the property wouldnt give us the refund.Its not acceptable but Booking can't do nothing for us.

Alyssa15x (8/5): Short stay in Tokyo - The apartment was equipped with everything you'll need for a few days' stay. The location was nice for us. It's in a quiet area with lots of little streets and houses. And it's just under a 10-minute walk to a subway station. The host provided very clear instructions on how to find and enter the place. Everything was clean, and it's a nice, cozy stay. The bed was really comfortable, and extra little pillows were a bonus. There's an air filter thing in the wall, and even when it's "closed," it blows in cold air, which is not comfortable for sleeping at all. Especially in winter, it made the whole room cold. Woke up with a sore throat every morning. The apartment is tiny, so if you're two people with 2 suitcases, you'll have to do some shuffling around to make everything fit.

Katelyn (4/5): Do not recommend if you have suitcases or prams - Property was as advertised with a washing machine, fridge and kitchenette. It was relatively clean. Hosts were very communicative and responsive to messages - we let them know several of the kitchen items were either broken or unclean and they dropped off replacements within about 24 hours. THERE IS NO LIFT - we had to carry 2x 30kg suitcases, a toddler, a pram and 2x hand luggage bags up 4 flights of spiral stairs in 40 degree heat. We would not have booked this room if we knew there were 4 flights of stairs and no lifts. The bed was very uncomfortable and only two pillows provided. We booked for 2 adults and a child and no extra bedding or towels were available for the child. We stayed for a week and were provided with 2 single use shampoo conditioner and body wash sachets and were told to buy more bin bags when we used the one bag provided. There was no housekeeping. The check in process was very stressful. The combination lock was very difficult to understand and we were not told our room number so we had to try every single room lock box until we found one that opened. This was after hours of travel, a tired, hungry toddler and 40 degree heat... we then discovered the four flights of stairs after about 20 minutes figuring out how to get in to the property. We were not happy. The door was very difficult to open. We had to complete an online check in process which required us to upload our passports to a website. This did not feel safe or secure. There were signs up in the property warning about all the extra charges possible which did not feel welcoming.
