• Agnieszka (10/5): Idealny wypad na 3 dni - Mieszkanie jest nowoczesne, przestronne i jasne. Bardzo dobrze skomunikowane. Tramwaj pod samym blokiem i metro kawałek dalej. Łóżko w sypialni bardzo wygodne, jedynie kanapa jest bardzo niewygodna do spania. 3 noce dało się wytrzymać ale więcej byłoby już ciężko.

• Minke (8/5): Comfortable stay in a lively neighbourhood - Very clean and comfortable apartment. It's next to a building site which gives it a special spacious view. Excellently insulated with no noise of the construction-site when the windows are closed. Shops and busy streets are just around the corner. Clear check-in instructions and good complementary coffee. The free parking is a nice bonus.

• Aleksandr (10/5): Really cool, comfortable. - Very nice, comfortable and bright apartment. It has everything for a comfortable stay. Modern and new building. You can find many grocery shops near by. The location is also very exceptional, as you can get to many famous Prague sightseeings in just around 15 mins. It is really cool, that there is also a car parking slot that comes with an apartment, so you don't need to worry about where to park your car. The entrance to the elevator right near the parking slot. So I definitely recommend this apartment, especially when you're travelling with family or with a small child as we were. Also the Host provided us with full and clear instructions how to get the keys and get to the apartment. Nothing.

• Dušana (10/5): Úplná spokojnosť - Všetko bolo super, napriek stavenisku oproti. Nič sme nepočuli, byt má kvalitné okná, vonkajšie žalúzie a vnútorné vetranie. Cítili sme sa ako doma, čisto a perfektné vybavenie. Určite ubytovanie odporučíme aj našim priateľom. V kúpeľni bol síce drabinový radiátor, ale uvítali by sme aj malý sušiak na dosušenie vlhkých vecí, prípadne vysušenie mokrých.

• Agata (10/5): Great standard, perfect location for visiting Prague - - high standard accommodation - we enjoyed very much the apartment. It had everything we needed included kitchen supplies - nice and big bathroom - super comfy beds - great water pressure in the shower and very nice size bathroom - the area is just perfect. Cafes, bars and restaurants all around the corner. Only 15 min by public transport to the old town. Groceries store downstairs - if you come by car you can use their free parking space in the underground garage - easy to collect to keys. We were contracted a day before our arrival with all of the instructions for self check in - flat was very clean and Everything was great. The only suggestion I have is to crate one message with instructions for the check in , preferably in the PDF form, instead of sending multiple with 1 sentences. This felt a bit chaotic. A nice pdf file could benefit to both sides and make things a bit easier for everyone

• Lukáš (10/5): - Skvělá lokalita za dobré peníze, parkovací stání v podzemních garážích taky super, byt krásný a čistý a na to že vedle probíhá stavba, tak přes okna není takřka nic slyšet. Návod na ubytování dokonale popsaný a dole obchod otevřený do 23:00. Byl jsem se vším nadmíru spokojen... Jediné co mi chybělo v ubytování, tak bylo obouvátko.

• Barbora (10/5): Naprosto doporučuji. Skvělá lokalita, skvělá dostupnost do centra jak pěšky tak MHD, vyřešené parkování. Apartmán je pro - Skvělá lokalita, parkování, prostorný byt, skvěle vybavený.
• Piotr (10/5): - To najlepszy apartament w jakim nocowaliśmy. Mieszkanie wyposażone we wszystko co trzeba, bezpłatny parking w garażu, przystanek tramwajowy przy samym bloku. Atrakcyjna dzielnica. Generalnie nie ma co się rozpisywać, wszystko perfekcyjne. Małym minusem może być trwająca na przeciwko budowa.

• Zdeněk Petroš (10/5): - Komunikace s pronajimatelem, prevzeti klicu, parkovaci místo. Novy, dobre vybaveby a cisty apartman. V dome byl klid. Dostupnost obchodu - mensi potraviny vedle hlavniho vchodu a Albert cca. 250 m. Velmi dobra dostupnost verejne dopravy. Vyhled na staveniste a stavebni hluk. Z duvodu horsiho pocasi jsme balkon nevyuzili a kvalitni okna zajistila izolaci hluku. Je to spis subjektivni hodnoceni, nekomu to nemusi vadit.

• Mischa (5/5): Urlaub neben einer Großbaustelle - Das Apartment war sehr schön Die Lage war Katastrophe. Genau neben dem gebäude entsteht ein neuer häuserblock. Hier ist es eine großangelegte dauerbaustelle mit schwerem Gerät. Von 6:30 bist Gen Abend ist man Teil der Baustelle und kann weder schlafen noch sich entspannen. Auf Anfrage des Vermieters, dass das nicht angegeben war bekam ich weder eine Minderung noch eine Reaktion. Bei dem Preis ist es in keinster Weise vertretbar und ich werde da nie wieder etwas buchen. Leider nicht gut

• Maksym (10/5): Если еще приедем в Прагу, то только в эти апартаменты - Такое чувство что квартира делалась для себя, а не под сдачу в аренду. Стены ровные, все продумано до мелочей. Куча кухонной техники: тостер, кофе машина, микроволновка, духовка, посудомойка. Два огромных телевизора. Но ноунейм, а Samsung. Сантехника Grohe - немецкий производитель. Двери входные а с автодотяжкой. Межкомнатные двери с магнитными язычками, закрываются тихо и плавно. Подземная парковка, что огромный плюс в местоположении апартаментов. Попробуйте найдите за такую же цену с парковкой. Обычно за нее надо доплачивать в Праге, либо апартаменты будут за 5 и более километров от центра. Владелец все расписал в WhatsApp за день до прибытия.

Veloce col tram, bus e metro in centro storico a 2 minuti a piedi. Negozio sotto il palazzo e supermercato a soli 2 minuti a piedi. Tanti ristoranti e negozi a 2 passi. Nulla.

God køkken. God reserveret parkeringsplads i kælderen., Larmende byggeplads som nabo. ( det kan udlejer ikke gøre ved) svært at finde receptionen. Og svært at kommunikere med receptionisten. Dog var det nemt at få forbindelse pr mobil.

It was very stuffy and we had to sleep with the windows open. But the windows overlook a large construction site. That's why we were woken up by the noise from the construction site from early morning.

Fully equipped kitchen, cutlery, dishes, glasses – everything arranged and clean. Clean bedroom. Underground parking available. Metro, bus, and tram stations 2 minutes away. Very close to the center of Prague. We will definitely come back! -
• Jana (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent location right next to the Na Knížecí tram stop, close to the city center. There are many restaurants and a shopping mall nearby and a grocery store directly in the building. The apartment is nice, new, and comfortable. A great advantage is the free on-site underground parking. Pick up the keys at the reception in the same building, and then you can park in the garage. Communication with the owner via WhatsApp was smooth and easy. In summer, it can get a bit warm in the apartment, and it's not so easy to ventilate because of nearby construction and noise from the street

Very convenient and free underground parking. Supermarket nearby. A lot of good restaurants around. Easy and fast access to city center by tram and metro. Staroproamen brewery on the other side of the street. Great view on hills on evening. There are a construction works nearby, not noisy but for someone it can be not the best view.

I guess that there were no blinds on the windows because the apartment is very new, may be it will be in the future - it would be helpful. It would also be nice to have a washing machine if there is a plan to stay longer than 1 day. We got detailed destination instructions from owner. I like this apartment a lot.
