• SEOYOUNG (10/5): - 정읍 여기저기 구경하고 저녁 늦게 도착했어요 늦은시간이라 걱정했는데 체크인문제없이하고 방에 올라갔더니 4인기준 예약해서 이불매트와 물 세면도구가 미리 4인기준으로 준비되어있어 편했습니다. 다음에 정읍에 가면 또 방문예정입니다~~!!

• hojun (6/5): 위치, 주차장 만족/소음, 복도 담배냄새 불만족 - 정읍시내에 있고 바로앞에 편의점이 있어서 편리했습니다. 그리고 주차장 자리가 넉넉해서 주차하기 편했습니다. 전기온돌 판넬부분에서 주기적으로 기계음과 같은 소음이 발생해서 잠을 설쳤습니다. 그리고 새벽에 물사러 편의점가기위해 나왔는데 복도에서 담배냄새가 심하게 나서 이건 조치가 필요할 듯 하네요

• Kwinam (9/5): - The place was almost in perfect condition for us to enjoy. The amenities and facilities are more valuable than stated. Just one thing I have to mention: lack of service; one staff member was totally non responsive and was ready to say negative and he did. We feel sorry for them that they have such a wonderful settings but not the service. If it were for this man we would give 12 out of 10 Front desk services

• Daniela (10/5): - It's very close to restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets and bus stops. It was super comfortable and clean and beautiful. I could see the mountains from my window. You can easily access the Naegansan national park. For that price, they could offer breakfast.

• Sven (9/5): Nice hotel for a stay in Jeongeup - Nice modern hotel with spacious rooms. The separate restroom and bathroom are really nice especially the large rainshower. Giant TV-screens with included Netflix and a cafe on the groundfloor.
• Clotaire (8/5): - Au pied d'un arrêt de bus qui permet d'accéder au parc national de Naejang et au temple de Naejangsan. Chambre spacieuse, propre et bien équipée. Pas d'option petit-déjeuner proposée avec booking. Apparemment, il serait possible de le commander mais comme je ne le savais pas, je n'ai même pas cherché à demander. La climatisation, indispensable pour dormir en été, était un peu bruyante.

• Carrie (7/5): Convenient hotel for park exploring - The hotel was well located and the room was enormous! I appreciated the robes and very nice bathroom. The front desk staff was also very kind and helped me book a taxi when I left very early the morning I checked out. I stayed here mostly to explore the national park nearby and it was a great base for hiking. The room felt a little cold to me and I didn't really see any other guests the whole time I was there (no fault of the property, it just felt a little odd). My one complaint is that the lights could only be controlled from a panel be the door to the room so you had to go to the door to turn any lights on and off including bathroom, bedside lamps, etc.
• Seng (10/5): Great Base Camp for Naejangsan - The Location. There was a bus stop right outside the Hotel to catch the bus to Naejangsan National Park. Also the rooms were big, comfortable and well equipped. Nothing. We really like the accommodation.
• Amelie (6/5): Pleasant - Good location not far from the train station, but by taxi not walking and bus too long to wait. Facing a CU so convenient. Big space. We could leave our bags before check in and after check out but just in the corridor, anyone could have taken it. It was way too hot in the bedroom we had to put AC on or open the window as it's central heating. There were two staff one was nice and tried to chat but the other really didn't make an effort to speak in English or use a translation app with us.
• Meade (5/5): Look elsewhere before you book this hotel. - It was clean The staff was unfriendly, I booked vip room (because twin bed was not available but as soon as I booked the suite, twin bed room became available again. Something fishy here) but there was no coffee or teas in the room and lobby coffee shop wasn't open until 11 am. Had to go to convenient store to get some coffee.

• Leong (7/5): Good - Located in the town centre with the market, shops and restaurants within walking distance. Room lights too dim. No night lights, so either switch off all lights and have room in total darkness or have to sleep with lights on your eyes.

• Marisa (10/5): excellent choice - a bit on the higher price range but worth if if you can - rooms were clean and spacious and modern. very nice bathrooms. heating and a\c worked well. easy parking. there’s a little cafe attached with some fun games and tables so we were able to hang out in there. we enjoyed our stay! price seemed a little higher than expected for the area, but the we enjoyed the hotel and we would stay there again.

• Angela (7/5): Quick, simple stay - The bus stop to Naejangsan National Park is right outside the hotel, so that was very convenient. But the return stop is about 10min walking distance away. Plenty of taxi drive by. The KTX train station is a quick taxi ride away.
