- Müller (5/5): Renovierungsbedürftige Ferienwohnung - Die Rolläden ließen sich perfekt schließen und waren sehr laufruhig.
Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, was daran liegt, dass das Haus sehr abseits steht. Es ist über eine schmale Straße mit bis zu 17% Steigung zu erreichen.
Die Vermieter hatten wir zwar nie zu Gesicht bekommen, dafür erhielt man relativ schnell eine Antwort. Das Silberbesteck ist abgelaufen, die Tassen teils zerkratzt bzw mit Schwarztee oder Kaffeeränder.
Der Wasserkocher hat seine beste Zeiten wohl hinter sich bringen können.
Ein Hoch auf Gaffatape/Panzertape: damit kann man sehr viel reparieren.
Auch sollte die Wohnung eine Renovierung Mal sehen. Es sind mehrere Stellen ersichtlich gewesen, bei denen der Putz abgeblättert ist.
Auch wäre eine Putzkraft nicht schlecht. Auf dem Bett war einiges an Staub ersichtlich, und an den Fenster erfreuten sich offensichtlich die Spinnen. Passt aber zu dem etwas muffigen Geruch. Vermutlich wurde in der Wohnung früher extrem stark geraucht.
Auch den Schlüssel könnte man nachmachen lassen, so verbogen wie der war.
Das angebliche Meldeformular war ungestempelt (deshalb gab es keine Schwarzwald-Card).

Free private parking In the upper apartment, the hot water heater is enough for two people. Going up to the upper apartment is difficult with luggage (there are several flights of stairs and the last one is relatively narrow and steep) The way to the upper apartment from the parking lot in the prairie is in total darkness and has no external lighting (safety). The residential access road requires driving skill on a very narrow road. The final turn to the access road is complex. It should be taken into account when the road with ice, you need a car with 4x4 drive and winter tires
