Jean Luc (8/5): Séjour très agréable et reposant. - Le personnel très aimable, toujours aux petits soins. Les animateurs très sympas et dynamiques. Son emplacement à la Piñeda, très sympathique. Tout est très propre, intérieur, extérieur. Nous sommes venus tôt dans la saison, et notre seul regret est de ne pas nous être baignés, l’eau était trop fraîche. Ce qui serait bien, si possible, serait de chauffer un peu l’eau des piscines.

Les desserts ne sont pas top. Pas de carafe à disposition, obligée de se lever à chaque verre pour le remplir à la fontaine pendant les repas.

sehame (6/5): - Le staff avec le beau sourire 😊 Bonjour, Ce que je n'ai pas apprécié, c'est les services standards qui sont payantes comme : les boissons de la fontaines, la salle de sport! Manque d'activités sportives, pas de terrains de jeux de football pour les enfants !! Également, pas trop d'espace à part le petit hall et le niveau -1 et j'ai trouvé aussi que le garage était trop cher on a payé 90e en plus pour les 5 jours !! Au niveau des repas, pas de Halal et pourtant j'avais demandé le soir de notre arrivée à un agent qui servait les plats, est ce qu'il y'en a des plats halal, il m'avait confirmé oui mes des lundi !! Ok, mais en réalité y'en avais pas toute la semaine à part hier à midi!! Généralement c'était sympa, surtout une petite dame( une belle sénégalaise) très adorable qui parlait français en plus 😊. que je remercie énormément avec le staff bien sûr ils étaient au top. Bref, de mon côté je ne reviendrai plus j'ai trouvé que les points que j'ai abordé sont très importants pour nous avec 2 enfants !! J'ai voulu changer d'hôtel cette année, mais j'étais un peu dessus à estival parc Honnêtement, je préfère votre voisin : HÔTEL Peneida Place, c'est le même service mais avec beaucoup des avantages pour les jeunes salle de sport, terrain de foot, soirée animée : danses chants jeux et show. Restauration identique mais avec les produits Halal et spacieux. J'ai été honnête avec vous pour bien améliorer quelles que points dans cet Hôtel car j'ai remarqué pas mal de clients qui cherchaient des produits Halal. Un grand merci. Belle journée.

marcin jacek (9/5): Refurbished hotel offering good quality of stay, - clean and comfy room, large bathroom, close to the beach, helpful team at the reception The dinner buffet offers a large selection of food, but it is in general tasteless. The hotel was mostly occupied by groups of elderly people, who may have enjoyed it, but we were disappointed. Overwhelming smell of bleach around the buffet from the industrial dishwasher located in the corner of the restaurant (!) The pillows were the worst I had had in a long time.

sandra (10/5): - El hotel en general está muy bien, la comida bien y los camareros y recepcionistas muy bien tmb, en verano se tiene que estar de lujo en la piscina El lavabo trataba muy mal y las almohadas eran súper gordas

Isabell (9/5): Lage und Hotel top - Geburtstagsreise. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht. Das Frühstück war okay. Abendessen eine Mega Auswahl und hat uns gut geschmeckt. Zimmer mit Meerblick wunderschön und sauber.Personal super freundlich, besonders eine Frau die an der Rezeption arbeitet, war super nett und hat meinem Mann im Namen des Hotels und von ihr persönlich gratuliert. Bushaltestelle ein paar Meter vor dem Hotel Eingang entfernt, wo man super Verbindungen nach Salou,Tarragona usw. hat. Strand und Supermarkt ist Fußläufig entfernt.

Ana María (7/5): Bien para un fin de semana - El hotel correcto y las habitaciones con un tamaño aceptable El tener que cambiar de hotel para hacer la comida y comer antes de la 1 pues en nada estaba completamente masificado y agobiante .Y lo mismo con el desayuno y la cena que o ibas temprano o costaba coger mesa ya que las personas del otro hotel venían al nuestro. vitor (4/5): Decepcionante - Experiência que no vuelvo a repetir… Lá comida de acabo, el café se acabó, una desorganização total !! No lo sé se fue porque era su último día abierto pero no justifica ! Estamos en noviembre, el quarto no tenía un solo edredón para acalentar, tuvimos que vestir nuestra própria ropa para dormir calientes ! Totalmente inadmisible para una cadena así ! A calentamiento en dormitorio o más ropa de cama ! El desayuno fue una desgracia ! Mas gente que comida !! Se acabó tudo y mucha gente acabó por no comer ! Un desastre total !!! Nien café había !!

benjamin (7/5): Trop cher sans avoir droit aux équipements il a rien sans payer - Les installations, la propote J trouve que c'est dommage, tout est payante on ne peut faire rien sans payer
Toni San (6/5): Todo el paseo maritimo en obras, no podiamos entrar a la playa. Nos fuimos un dias antes. - Los desayunos son excelentes y también el resto de comidas. Lo mejor del hotel. La habitación por ser una suite era perfecta, menos las camas, digamos los colchones. La empresa que suministra los colchones, española y conocidísima, no sé cómo tiene valor de hacer colchones de tan baja calidad. La atención del personal del hotel perfecta. El colchón de la cama , es de muy baja calidad los muelles, el ruido era insoportable dormir. Eso que estabamos en una suite. Reclamé y cambiaron el colchón por uno "nuevo", tambien de muy baja calidad, hacian menos ruido los muelles.

sophie (8/5): - Propre et rapport qualité prix très bon et parc aquatique piscine pour 80 euros pour 2 en 1/2 pension + 18 euros parking par nuit. Repas a volonté et bon. Literie molle et bruit porte de chambre.

Iryna (10/5): За такие деньги хотелось бы лучше сервис и питание ! - Нам нравится все ,мы уже 6 лет подряд отдыхаем в этом отеле Еда стала не такая вкусная как 5-4 года назад .и однообразная стала ! А сервис остался такой же ,а цены намного выше !

Marie (9/5): Séjour très agréable le tout compris très reposant - La chambre et le buffet et l accueil Ce que je peux reprocher c’est les animations trop de chanson anglaise et pour les spectacle la traduction n était qu en anglais dommage
