• Vanessa (10/5): - El apartamento es muy acogedor y céntrico. Las instrucciones de llegada fueron precisas y no tuvimos ningún problema. Las camas, muy cómodas y todo muy limpio. Sin ninguna duda, repetiría estancia y lo recomiendo 100%.

• Panteleimon (5/5): It was spacious and very central. It is required improvements or more realistic presentation. - It was spacious and very central. Walking distance from all the amenities. Old fashion apartment and building. Small lift to transfer suitcases and only for 2 people. We found ants in the bathroom. Bathroom partially renewed, requiring full. No window or ventilation in the bathroom. We found dirty towel.

• Νικόλαος Αυγουστάτος (10/5): - Η τοποθεσία ήταν από τα μεγαλύτερα πλεονεκτήματα. Η τιμή του για αυτό πού προσφέρει. Μεγάλους χώρους, άνετο και παρόλο που έχει τα χρόνια του καθαρό, όμορφο και με γούστο. Πρόβλημα με τον απαρχαιωμένο ανελκυστήρα. Βρίσκεται σε ημιόροφο και δεν έχει την δυνατότητα να χρησιμοποιηθεί από άτομο με ειδικές ανάγκες. Μάλιστα μια φορά σταμάτησε στην μέση ανάμεσα σε δύο ορόφους. Υπάρχει και κάποιο λειτουργικό πρόβλημα που έχει είδη διατυπωθεί στον διαχειριστή.
• Tsohantzis (9/5): Πολ καλό διαμέρισμα στο κέντρο με πολύ καλη τιμή ! - Ήταν πολύ καθαρό και άνετο!!!Πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο!!! Η σχέση τιμής ποιότητας ήταν τέλεια. Είναι σε παλιά πολυκατοικία, αλλά το διαμέρισμα είναι πλήρης ανακαινισμένο Οι παροχές πολύ καλές!!!!Μεγάλη επίπεδη τηλεόραση καλό wifi, καφετέρια με κάψουλες , βραστηρας , φρυγανιερα, κρασάκια για wellcome, είδη υγιεινής και προσωπικής περιποίησης, σεσουάρ. Είχε επίσης μέχρι και αεροθερμο στο μπάνιο για να μην κρυώνεις όταν κάνεις μπάνιο και παντόφλες μιας χρήσης. Με τρόμαζε λίγο το ασανσέρ ήταν παλιο. Θα ήθελα επίσης ένα ηλεκτρικό χτυπητηρι για φραπέ ή ένα σέικερ και ένα καλόγερο στο χολ για να αφήνουμε τα μπουφάν

• Stamatis (9/5): - Excellent location, easy self check-in and extremely clean. Beds were comfortable and shower had great pressure. Nice courtyard as well. We were fortunate to find parking out the front which is free over the weekend.overall great value for money. Nothing.

• FAIIANNA (1/5): - Το ασανσέρ δε δουλεύε σωστά και έπρεπε να πατάς το κουμπί παρατεταμένα μέχρι τον όροφο αλλιώς σταματούσε αν άφηνες το δάχτυλο και έμενες στη μέση . Επίσης η διπλανή είναι μια κυρία που όλο άνοιγε την πόρτα αδιάκριτα και όλο ζητούσε μια ζάχαρη μια καφέ μια νερό χάλια . Αν ξεπεράσεις αυτά τα πρακτικά προβλήματα το διαμέρισμα είναι όπως τις φωτογραφίες ωραίο καθαρό και πολύ ωραίο προσεγμένο Η διπλανή στην πολυκατοικία στον 4 όροφο και το ασανσέρ που είναι ελαττωματικό

• Δημητρα (9/5): - Ήταν όλα άψογα. Θα μπορούσαν να υπάρχουν λίγα χαρτιά υγείας παραπάνω σε περίπτωση που χρειάζονται, ειδικά όταν μένουν 4 άτομα-γυναίκες! Και γάντζους στο μπάνιο για τις πετσέτες! Σχόλια αποκλειστικά και μόνο για την βελτίωση των παροχών του καταλύματος!

• CHRISTOS (9/5): Άψογη - Το διαμέρισμα είναι σε πολύ καλό σημείο στο κέντρο της Πάτρας. Πηγαίναμε παντού περπατώντας και τριγύρω υπήρχαν πολλές επιλογές για φαγητό , ποτό ,καφέ και ψώνια.Επιπλέον αυτών , ήταν πολύ καθαρό και παρείχε ότι χρειαζόμασταν για να έχουμε μια ευχάριστη και άνετη διαμονή. Οι δε διαχειριστές ήταν άψογοι , απαντούσαν αμέσως σε ό,τι απορία είχαμε και πραγματικά είναι από τους πλέον επαγγελματίες του χώρου. Σημείωση το κατάλυμα έχει και μια πολύ όμορφη και μεγάλη βεράντα . Δεν υπάρχει κάτι αρνητικό.

• Raimonda (10/5): - Absolutelly everything! Great location, the size/ facilities suitable for a long stay. Supermarket, taverna with the Patra Castle view just around the corner. Bakery-across the road. City centre will all the shops-only few mins walk. Furthermore, there is a safe parking area for 5eu p/d just under apt. And the most important thing-beds 100% comfort. Defo will be back.
• Minoru (10/5): THE place in Patra - Very spacious with a big bed. Two bedrooms and for me personally a bathtub and washer are big plus. Close to city center. The host was kind enough to let me in before check-in time so I could leave my luggage. Two balconies front and back.. I used to stay in a hotel nearby, but from the next visit on, this is the place for me in Patra. Just love it. Had to press in for hot water every time as it shuts down automatically.

• Katiee (8/5): Very good - Spacious rooms equipped with all household appliances, conveniently located in the center of Patras, and featuring a cozy terrace. The property is semi-renovated. The bathroom lacks ventilation or a window, and the bathtub is of an old style, definitely requiring a non-slip mat. It would be advisable to replace the balcony doors and the main entrance for better soundproofing and enhanced security.
