Bungalow was netjes, maar miste net wat opbergruimte voor spullen. Veel te doen (padel, springkastelen ... maar telkens bij te betalen.). Wel hele fijne vakantie gehad met 2 kinderen van 6 en 9. Bedden te hard. Niet zo lekker geslapen. Was wel stil.

- Mark (6/5): Issues with the kitchen equipments, towels, cleaning - The kitchen of the apartment should come with some kitchenware, cutlery, etc, but we did not have a proper pan, kitchen knife and also some equipments mentioned as standard equipments were missing. No towels were provided for the whole family. Many dogs on the beach, running freely with no control. We stayed for some extra days in the same bungalow. I would have expected some cleaning, but it was not provided. Some parts of the resort would require renovation for years, in particular, the dusty fence between the beach and the camping. On the day of the check out, we went for a short walk and still wanted to return to the bungalow around 10:00. However, it was not possible anymore as the cleaning staff already started the cleaning (even if I had not checked out yet and the official check out time was at 12:00)
- Astrid (5/5): Fam. Nederland - Mooi opgezette camping met leuke en comfortabele tipi tenten. We vonden de service wat te wensen overlaten. Wat ons het meeste tegenviel was de ontzettende vervuiling. Overal lag plastic. De weg naar de camping lag er bezaaid mee. Als camping draag je ook mede de verantwoordelijk voor het netjes houden van de natuur. Voor ons een reden om niet weer terug te komen.

- SONIA (9/5): - La limpieza, el estado del mobiliario, el menaje, el ajuar, la comodidad de las camas. Los bungalows de nuestra zona estaban demasiado juntos. El sillón interior no es cómodo.
- Cembellín Herrera (8/5): - Debería tenerse en cuenta a la hora de ubicar a los clientes en los bungalows por ejemplo, si la reserva es para personas sin niños o con ellos, ya que en ocasiones que se viaja sólo por descanso también se pueda favorecer el descanso de las personas que acuden para estar un poco más tranquilas y no ubicadas en una zona con mucho movimiento de familias.
- Ariane (8/5): Nette Anlage mit vielen Freizeitmöglichkeiten - Es ist wirklich ein schöner, übersichtlicher Campingplatz, direkt am Strand. Restaurants und Supermarkt direkt auf dem Platz, auch eine Boutique und ein Wine-Place mit Tapas. Die Sportmöglichkeiten + Programm sind wirklich klasse, bzw. vielfältig! Kleines Fitnessstudio, Spinningräder, Padel, Tennis und Fussballplatz. Crossfitzone + Zumba, etc. Für Kinder viel Programm, bzw. Aktivitäten. Handarbeit, Escape-Room, Malen, Magnete herstellen, etc. Schöne Poolanlage, auch für Kinder und Babys. Die Bungalows (zwei Zimmer) sind nur mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet. Ziemlich spartanisch für eine Familie mit zwei Kindern. 2 kleine Schneide-Messer und ein winziges Bretchen, eine Schüssel, etc. Auststattung könnte etwas besser sein. Die Bungalows sind ebenso sehr klein, im Badezimmer fehlen Abstellmöglichkeiten, es riecht nach Feuchtigkeit.

Hem gaudit d’uns dies de desconnexió. Aquest any hem llogat el bungalow Kentia. No és gaire còmode, ja que l’espai interior és força reduït, i a més vam tenir problemes amb formigues. La ubicació és perfecta, però el bungalow no resulta gaire confortable.

- Daria (7/5): - Localización, instalaciones deportivas Al entrar nos dieron solo una tarjeta de acceso para compartir entre 3 personas. En el bungalow( Kentia) estaban rotas las lonas de las ventanas y por la noche , cuando hacía mucho viento, las lonas golpeaban haciendo un ruido brutal que no dejaba dormir; se lo hemos dicho al de mantenimiento, pero no hizo nada. Y por último, estuvimos alojados 6 noches; en sños anteriores recuerdo que cada 3-4-5 días te dejaban sábanas y toallas limpias; pues esta vez nada, con la misma toalla los 6 días hemos estado…

- Cecilia (8/5): - No funcionaba el wifi en absoluto, ni siquiera se veia la red, consulte y no me dieron solucion. Tampoco tuve agua caliente despues de las 10 de la noche, ni hasta el otro dia hasta que nos fuimos. No habia servicios en funcionamiento, ni spa, ni piscina, ni desayuno.
- Natàlia (10/5): Tot genial! - Hem tingut una estada realment fantàstica! Tot ha anat genial des del primer moment i ens hem sentit molt ben cuidats durant tota la visita. El personal ha estat superatent i molt agradable en tot moment, sempre disposats a ajudar-nos amb qualsevol cosa. El bungalow ens ha sorprès molt positivament: és realment de luxe, molt ben equipat i cuidat fins al més mínim detall. El llit i el coixí eren especialment còmodes, cosa que s’agraeix molt per descansar bé durant les vacances. Tot està pensat perquè l’estada sigui perfecta i puguis desconnectar i gaudir al màxim. A més, hem viatjat amb la nostra filla de dos mesos i tot han estat facilitats, cosa que ens ha fet sentir encara més còmodes i tranquils. Sens dubte, un lloc molt recomanable per passar unes vacances agradables!

- Lita (10/5): We stayed here while being tourists to Tarragona and other local sites-it was excellent. - We stayed in the off season so not everything was open but enough that we were comfortable and more than enough. We enjoyed the proximity to the ocean while having our little place of our own. I would highly recommend this in off season. We had a little trouble finding the right gate to our area but it was not a huge issue. Just the only negative I can think of.

- Clare (10/5): - Facilities were beautiful and well thought out. There were still things to do with the kids even though it was off season. We enjoyed mini golf and offerings from the mini-club including archery, ping pong and art and crafts. The staff were great, really friendly and working hard. There were bikes and surfboards to hire, a super.arket, seversl playgrounds, padel, tennis and basketball courts, pool and football tables and several food places although many of them were shut at this time of year. The site is terrific. It also includes a beautiful little spa.We were there midweek so things were quiter perhaps than at other times ( which we liked). And it's a short drive to town if you do want to go and visit. Th only downsides were that the WiFi was poor in our bungalow and the bathroom could do with some hooks on the back of the door or a wall to hang towels and clothes on: the ones that were there had a drying rack hanging on it.

- Erica (8/5): Relax en ambiente tranquilo - El Gaia es espetactular, espaciosos, con mucha luz, una decoracion relajante. Muy equipada la cocina, y las camas muy comoda. Ubicacion excellente muy cerca de la playa. Cabe destacar que no doy 10 (aunque se lo merecen) porque habia dos tovallas de duchas manchadas (maquillaje creo), y eso en un resort de ese nivel no se espera. Pero, por el resto lo recomiendo, el ambiente esta muy bien cuidado. Precios muy caros, pero ne vale la pena (en verano los precios se disparan) el check in esa algo lento. - Paul (8/5): prima, mooie locatie, veel ruimte - Mooie locatie direct aan het strand, op wandelafstand van Altafullla met leuke voorzieningen. Prachtig uitzicht op de rots met Castilio de Tamari. In winterperiode supermarkt open en goed assortiment. Snack en restaurant open, twee maal gegeten prima voor op doorreis. Entree voor Welness per uur, jammer dat er geen dagkaart is in het laagseizoen.

- Lina (10/5): Muy buena estancia - La ubicación perfecta. Todo muy limpio. Con todas las comodidades necesarias. El único pero sería que en la cama doble el edredón no venía en funda nórdica sino puesto entre dos sábanas encimeras. Durante la noche al moverte a veces se salía, lo que no era muy agradable.

- Synjin (7/5): a super time for the family during busy events but a bit of a let down when we were alone - great place for familes over halloween and any festivities. loads of options to choose from and safe. sports bar staff were very helpful showing requested games on tv when we were almost the only family there, very little enthusiasm was given to keeping the kids entertained. lots of activities cancelled or cut short. no communications between reception and activities staff
