• Spasović (9/5): - The apartment is big enough for the family of three. It is clean and neat. Everything is new and well maintained. Communication with the owner was good, there were no problems at all. We had a nice time. The couch in the living room area is a bit uncomfortable but that depends on a person's preferences. Also, it wouldn't be bad to put a dish rack for clean dishes next to the sink. There is a parking spot but it's not suitable for big cars since it's in the corner of the car park, right next to a fire hydrant.

• Igor (10/5): Dobar apartman - Sa domaćinom nismo imali kontakt. Ključeve preuzeli u sandučetu i na istom mestu ostavili pri odlasku. Sve je kao na fotografijama. Zgrada je nova, parking mesto iza zgrade. Blizu Lidla i Amazonije. Meni lično, krevet u dnevnoj sobi nije bio udoban ali ne znači da ce nekom drugom smetati.

• Elfneun (10/5): - Забронировали номер on-line , приехали на место, позвонили хозяйке, хозяйка говорила по-немецки, и вышла через 5 минут - принесла нам ключи от квартиры, показала парковочное место для машины. Квартира находится в новом доме, отлично обставлена, очень чисто и уютно! Превосходное жильё! Нет такого

• Shayan (7/5): - The unit was new and the facilities were fine It was not cleaned properley! The towel and bed sheets were not clean! The floor was dusty. And actualy it was a studio not a 1 bedroom unit becausenthere were no door between living and bedroom

• Adrian Nica (10/5): - Un apartament modern si curat, perfect pentru o oprire de odihna. Salteaua patului este perfecta (nici moale, nici tare), baia este spatioasa, balconul cu cele doua sezlonguri este pur si simplu superb. Sunt cateva magazine in apropiere, chiar si un restaurant care serveste micul dejun. Zona este inca in dezvoltare, in cursul saptamanii se munceste pe santierul de peste strada. Dar dupa ora 17⁰⁰ este liniste.

• Ирина (7/5): Если будут учтены пожелания, будет все супер!!! - Нам понравилось, что квартира была новая. оборудованная, с парковкой. В новом доме. Постель удобная .До центра 10 мин на авто. Сам город волшебный!!! Даже попали на джазовый фестиваль! Началось с того, что прислали неправильный код. Никому не нужны эти переживания! Квартирку жалко, потому что при такой заботе о людях она еще немного пофункционирует, а потом.... Для гостей при38 градусах жары на улице было предложено огромное пуховое одеяло, для 3 го человека все белье еще крутилось в сушке- потом самообслуживание. На кухне на троих одна одбитая чашка и все!!!! Балкон весь в пыли. На окнах типа блекауты, но есть открытое место, куда невозможно натянуть штору и всю ночь фонарь светит прямо в глаза....Вообщем хорошее первое впечатление от квартиры таяло на глазах. Хорошо то, что это все можно легко исправить и ок.

• Igor (10/5): Comfort and clean. - It was very well equiped. It was clean and comfortable. Had a good communication with the owner. All the recommendations Bring the iron, we didnt have it but the owner said he will have it for the next time 😁.
• Simona (10/5): Exceptional - Exactly like the pictures. Easy to check in and out. Private parking. Very beautiful apartment, with gorgeous furniture and all the utilities. We will definitely come back here if we'll ever visit Timişoara again. There's nothing to say here. All was perfect.

• Milana (4/5): Disappointing - Owner and hitting. The apartment is nice and small, the owner is kind, but be prepared to find unwashed dishes sitting in the dishwasher, unironed bed linen because otherwise the rental would be more expensive, not enough glasses and cups, and there were three of us. The bedding is unpacked, which means it is unwashed. Be prepared with your bedding and pillows because there are 2 pillows of questionable quality and age, as well as a bedspread. You will get a lot of detergents that you don't need, but you won't need the basic things for daily functioning. A very important item, positive, the heating works as it should, considering that we were there during the winter, we have no complaints at all.
