• Aymeric (2/5): Very poor - It's big First, the smell: horrible sewer smell from the bathroom. No possibility to tune it down either, it's just overpowering. Second: noise. It's near a busy street and there is a hole in the wall so you have to hear it. Last: towels. Very tiny towels (minor inconvenience compared to the 2 above)

• Mire1979 (7/5): Ok for the price we paid. - Price, location near to tram station. Free public parking, kitchen. Strange smell, bad air-conditioning, second bed is not comfy.

• Barry (4/5): It was conveniently located to travel into Florence but needs attention to the details for travellers to be catered for - Convenient location for tram to travel to Florence 1. Arrangements for initial access to take over the property were totally unsatisfactory. 2. Strong overpowering drains smell in the bathroom. Not resolved. 3. Some basic kitchen items not available. 4. No brochure of information for travellers to acquaint themselves. Eg Restaurants etc nearby. 5. No information on emergencies eg - hospital. 6. No smoke or fire alarm. 7. Inadequate linen for bathroom. 8. No access to hanging space for clothes. 9. Located above a busy street with a bin collection service to wake us early every morning.

• Sean (6/5): lovely convenient apartment but noisy - host was very responsive and kind. it was a nice apartment in a good location. it was very hot and there was no fan. you also could not leave the window open because it was a very noisy street, even throughout the night.
• Mohammad (10/5): Best place on a budget - Great location, very each to reach Florence by tram T1. A real lived in apartment. We found the place very comfortable for 2 people. Communication with the host and check in was super easy. Sophie was kind enough to allow late check in. Would love to come back again. All was good.
