• Ahmad (5/5): Passable - The towels and mattresses is full of stain from people doin the “thing” with their partner, the staff did not wash or better change it. There was no trash bin in room and the toilet is very cram and the water heater does not function properly. Its cheap but still not even worth that price, can get better hotel with the price

• Basil (1/5): Please improve for goodness sake. - Nothing! During my stay, I encountered some challenges with the front desk service who is unfriendly and unhelpful throughout my stay. I hope the hotel can provide additional training to improve their customer service at the front desk. The property sink is damaged!! Complaint has been made to receptionist but no action taken! Aircond is hot!

You're forced to manage the toilet paper in the bathroom. Very poor hotel. They have no respect for their customers. The bath towel really made me dislike the place. The walls are dirty (look at the pictures)

Tv doesn't even have channels working. Its more a room for couples to use hourly For the price paid definitely not worth it.

We come early morning and they meet us in reception and even give us chance to check the rooms and choose. Room was very bright and clean. We were very happy to stay in this hotel. I was with my son. He also liked it very much. Location is perfect. Near station Pasar Seni and near walking touristic area We like everything. Specially that hot and cold water was provided on each floor and coffe shop downstairs. If we needed any information, guys on reception give all information with pleasure. We were very happy with stuff

Natural ventilation is very important and there every room must have at least one openable window to receive air and sun light. If room had a window i would have stayed lot more

• Norman (8/5): Nice place, great location - Nice room with a comfortable pillow, mattress & comforter. Great location at Chinatown KL. Walking distance to the Maharajalela Monorail & Pasar Seni MRT & LRT station. Really value for money especially for the budget traveler. Room are not properly clean. Still got dusk & hair on the floor & bathroom area. Additional items like a bath mat & a hook or hanger for cloth, would be perfect for the room.

• Raffaele (1/5): Avoid this place - The location only DON’T book this place. The rooms get only bed sheets replacement (they are ok) but the room doesn’t get clean at all. Food left over, trash where all over. They changed my room and was slightly “better”. No drinking water is provided, they forgot to place towel, no soap, wifi not working. There is only one electric plug, placed high in the wall so your phone has to hang there. It’s just not a 3 star hotel. So for such a low quality you can spend much less in other hotels around.
