The pool is charged extra per person per day, but this was not disclosed in the listing, and only mentioned after full payment had already been made. There is only one bathroom, located inside one of the rooms, making it completely inaccessible for guests in the second room – extremely inconvenient and poorly designed. Cleanliness was far from satisfactory, and the towels and bed linen had unpleasant odors. The owners were present at the property, yet did not greet or acknowledge the guests, which felt cold and unwelcoming. Two days later, I received a message via Booking.com from the owner demanding an extra €3 per person per day for local taxes – despite the fact that he never collected our documents or officially registered us, which is a legal obligation. This level of unprofessionalism, disregard for basic hospitality, and clear greed is well below acceptable standards. It’s obvious that the main goal was simply to take the money, without delivering proper or lawful service.

- Andy (9/5): Small cute studio not too far from Prague - Very nice clean and quiet small apartment. Exactly what I needed for an over night to reach Prague the next morning. With a fair price too. The temperature outside was quite cold and the heating in the apartment was closed. It took some time to heat the apartment once I arrived. For the next guests perhaps a prewarming will do good in winter time. Otherwise, all was good!
