• Eduardo (8/5): Boa, mas poderia ser ótima. - Espaço suficiente, varanda. Limpeza não estava satisfatória, congelador lotado de gelo nas paredes internas, torradeira suja cheia de migalhas e com pontos de corrosão, chaleira com água dentro, alguns talheres com defeito, não tem pano para limpar o chão se necessário. E não tem ar condicionado, o que deixa o ambiente um pouco sufocado quando fechamos as janelas.
• Rui (9/5): Estadia com bom descanso e boa apresentaç - Estava muito bem localizado. Boa organização. Local bem limpo e de bom gosto. Ausencia de ruídos tanto dos vizinhos como do exterior. Poderia ter ar condicionado e micro-ondas.

• Natalia (10/5): El apartamento es una joya , resérvalo sin pensar , si está disponible - Un edificio nuevo y de categoría, por otro lado tiene un supermercado Pingo 12 muy bueno . El apartamento es perfecto para dos personas , todo nuevo y muy bonito , baño grande con ducha y lavadora , cama cómoda y también hay un sofá cama . Parking privado en la misma puerta , gimnasio en la zona común . El dueño David es muy atento, te facilita la entrada al apartamento con una llave guardada y no tienes que depender de nadie ni esperar .Tambien te aconseja sitios que visitar y restaurantes. Y relación calidad precio estupenda. Volveré a reservar seguro , cuando vuelvo al Aveiro . No tiene aire acondicionado, Aún que nosotros no lo hemos necesitado por la época del año .

• Elsa (9/5): A estadia foi agradável, com localização perto do centro da cidade e com condições adequadas. - A localização da estadia foi bastante conveniente, pois ficava próxima dos locais que precisava de frequentar e também do centro da cidade, o que facilitou bastante as deslocações. As condições oferecidas estavam dentro do esperado, proporcionando uma estadia confortável e adequada às necessidades. Como sugestão de melhoria, seria útil disponibilizar um micro-ondas para permitir preparar ou aquecer refeições rápidas. Atualmente, o espaço dispõe apenas de utensílios básicos como pratos, talheres e copos, pelo que a presença de um micro-ondas tornaria a estadia mais prática e confortável para os hóspedes.

• ATANAS (10/5): Great! - It's a cosy apartment in modern building with parking place. Everything was very well explained on WhatsApp by the host and we have no problems to self check in and check out. The room is very well decorated. The host had tried to create a very pleasant atmosphere - the towels were folded like swans, the blankets were in the shape of roses and even the toilet paper was in the shape of a rose. The place is extremely clean and pleasant and there is a very nice little terrace with chairs and a table where you can drink coffee and smokers can smoke.

• Maria Magdalena (9/5): Raport calitate/preț corect - Un apartament micuț pentru 3 persoane, dar convenabil pentru o noapte. Nu ne-am întâlnit cu proprietarul, dar ne-a trimis mesaj cu instructiuni clare de acces. Parcare cu bariera care funcționează cu telecomanda și un supermarket Pingo Doce la parterul blocului. Apartamentul este la o plimbare de 10 minute de zona centrala. Atenția la mici detalii ar putea face sejurul mai placut: lipsea sarea, piperul sau alte condimente, puține vase pentru gătit, era masina de spalat vase, dar lipsea detergentul, erau bureți de vase folosiți. Deși mobilierul este modern și destul de nou, scârțâiau toate ușile dulapurilor. Lipsea un cuier pentru haine, iar scaunele de la masă erau joase și incomode. Blocul se afla în apropierea unei gări, uneori se aud trenurile.
• Suman (9/5): Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, especially thanks to the cleanliness, decoration, and smooth c - The key was conveniently available in the mailbox, and although the owner could not be present in person, he sent clear instructions by message for collecting it, which worked perfectly. The room was superbly clean and very nicely decorated. It looked exactly the same as in the photos — even the decoration of the towels and toilet paper matched, which showed the owner’s attention to detail and artistic sense. The space had a very pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. The only downside was the extra bed (sofa bed), which was not very comfortable. My little son slept on it and complained about the comfort.

• Razvan (10/5): - Clean, cozy, modern, and comfortable tiny studio near the Aveiro train station, about a 15-minutes walk to the city center and canals. Helpful and friendly owner. The building has private parking with a barrier (we had no problem finding a free parking space there). Usually, there are also free parking spaces on the street nearby. The Pingo Doce supermarket is very close, practically downstairs on the other side of the building.

• Natasha (5/5): - A modern building with a supermarket nearby, a gym and a lobby area. Filter coffee maker and decent coffee. There is no heating in the apartment, even though the nighttime temperature dropped to +4°C. When I asked the host to provide a portable heater, my request was refused. This was by far the worst surprise I had when booking an apartment during my trip to Portugal. The towels were gray, damp, and clearly overused. There were visible traces of mold in the shower cabin. It was pretty noisy at night because of passing trains, as the balcony overlooks the railway tracks.

• emilie (10/5): Modern en goed verzorgd appartement - Ligt gunstig om te voet naar het centrum te gaan. Appartement is super schoon en leuk welkom met gevouwen badlakens als zwanen op het bed, ook de zelfgemaakte roosjes maakten het heel leuk. De lage krukjes om op te zitten, waren zeer oncomfortabel vooral voor ons ouderen. Heb ik reeds gecommuniceerd met David, de superattente gastheer.
