- Beebee N (8/5): Ok for a short stay - The staff are friendly and helpful.
You get parking. The rooms need a much more deep clean. Mold on the ceiling in the shower room. Need hooks in the bathroom to hang towels. The TV in room 5 needs to be looked at it doesn't work properly.

Price
Friendly The room needed heating up it was cold
There was no hangers in the wardrobe
no place to hang clothes
The room could benefit from an air freshener
A disposable shower mat is needed
clothes needed to be placed on top of towels on floor because the wardrobe was dusty
No place to hang towels
For kitchen use, advice is needed for people to bring sponges and cleaning cloths

- Ion (7/5): Was nice - Tidy Too small , door of bathroom impossible to open widely
- Jonathan (7/5): -
- Kiran (1/5): -
- Elise (5/5): Uncomfortable - Good location, near by everything There was no windows and had a funny smell
- Zubaidullo (8/5): -
- Emma (1/5): Not good, will not return!! - The bathroom was a bit small okay for a quick shower, tv worked after messing about with the settings, air-conditioning was good. Upon arrival, we were immediately greeted by people standing outside the front door openly smoking cannabis. As we entered, the foyer appeared to be taken over by what looked like a family gathering — they were using the only available seating, and it was clear they were not guests but residents or family of the owners.
Check-in itself was straightforward, but we were then led through narrow corridors and the back garden to our room. On the way, we passed another room that appeared to house a permanent resident, which added to the uncomfortable atmosphere.
Our room was extremely small — more like a storage cupboard than a proper guest room. While it was adequate for just a quick overnight stay, the bed was uncomfortable, pillows were thin (and only one provided in a double room), and we were given just a single towel. Thankfully, I had my own as I was traveling in a campervan.
Tea and coffee facilities were poor: one tiny milk pot, one cup — again, in a room for two people. No staff were available to ask for anything more.
From 9:30 PM until at least midnight, we were kept awake by someone loudly singing, whistling, talking, banging around, and slamming doors. The smell of cannabis permeated the entire property, even the wardrobe smelled like it had been smoked in.
At 6 AM, I was woken by the same disturbances: more whistling, singing, doors slamming, and what sounded like a washing machine or dryer starting up. To top it off, I then heard what I believe was a rodent scurrying around in the ceiling. When I went out to my van at 6 AM, there was a man sitting in the lobby, casually picking his toenails.
All in all, this felt more like a chaotic shared house than a hotel or guest accommodation. We would absolutely not stay again.
- Anisha (10/5): -
- Jeslin (3/5): - Not very clean, could tell the room had not been cleaned properly
- Moji (2/5): - I didn't like anything about it. It smells of weed. The smell was horrible.

- Samuel (6/5): - Aircon Constant cold draft

- D'Souza (3/5): Do not book or stay there. I think a hostel would be cleaner and more comfortable. Was ripped of with the price as well. - Not much, disagreed that I made the booking for the date 22/10 said it was the following day. Put me in a room next to reception which was cold dingy and smelt of sewage. Complained and they sprayed with air freshener and gave me a blow heater. 😤😤😤 All of it, the so called kitchen was filthy and greasy, as the staff use it for themselves. The room was cramped and did not look like the pictures, WiFi poor, walls so thin you could hear the activity in the next room.
- Eliyana (9/5): Comfortable and clean room - The bed was comfortable, room and bathroom were clean and nice. Sometimes

- Ahmed (5/5): -
- Jennifer Owusua (10/5): - Best but at least they should come and clean the room and change the bedsheets for their cushions
- M (6/5): Ok - Budget hotel, ok for 1 night stay only
I found the host to be a bit rude and confrontational on check-in
- marti (5/5): -
- Chris (10/5): Exceptional -
- Hassan (8/5): nice friendly staff. I’d recommend. - Good location, clean, has everything in walking distance. Very small room
- Ceri (5/5): Passable - Location was okay, quite & not too far away from the shops. The room stunk like cannabis, I think maybe some beer had been spilt in the room because there was no smell outside and it didn't go at all (stayed for 3 days).
The bed wasn't great, u can feel the springs.
No fridge in the room either.
I didn't not like my stay, it just needs some tlc because the staff were friendly enough and its not a bad location overall.
- Hemanth (8/5): Very good -
- Rana (9/5): Superb - The staff was friendly and the room is clean
- Jason (6/5): Pleasant -
- K (3/5): Disappointed - Welcome Room smell bad
Smell from toilet
Double bed room too small like a single
- Al (8/5): More than happy with my stay and would happily stay there again. Great budget room. - Clean room, fresh bedding, air con, Roku TV, kettle, car parking. Had a little noise from the neighbouring room, but I always take earplugs when staying away from home.
- Shayamalee (6/5): Pleasant -
- Moses (10/5): Exceptional -
- Michal (7/5): Good - A/C the name Cosy Rooms is a bit confusing, the property is named Oyo Arinza Hotel; smell inside the building;
- Stephanie (1/5): Bad - The only thing that was free parking facilities and bathroom was OK. Room was not clean, smell of cannabis and bed was uncomfortable. The double rooms are too small and very uncomfortable beds. We didn't like the room at all, luckily it was only for 1 night
- Amal (2/5): - Check-in was very easy. Because they only needed cash and didn’t even ask for our personal ID…
The stay was a very bad experience — I would give it 0 out of 10. There was a terrible bad smell in the room. There was no space even to breathe properly. It was useless — completely dirty. The bed and mattress were filthy.
The toilet was hygienic — I would give it 6 out of 10. There was no space in the toilet either.
Then, in the main room, there was a large glass panel on the roof which affected our privacy…
These rooms are not at all safe.
This OYO property seems to be running some kind of shady side business as well…
The property is absolutely unsafe.
I had come to stay with my family, and this was a very bad experience for me.
Even drinking water was not available. No hot water either.
I don’t even know if the AC, heater, or TV work.
The kettle might work, but it’s useless.
Staff are okay, but the overall atmosphere is very bad.
I would never recommend this place to anyone. Not worth the money.
- Cathy (2/5): Smelly - They had a 24hr reception to deal with problems We booked a room and so did our friends they got the room from the pictures but we were put in the council housing side which was smelly fag burns everywhere the mirror broken windows taped shut no kettle, cups or towels. It hadn't been cleaned clumps of hair on the floor. I complained and was moved to another room which was the same but had less of the horrendous smell the first room had. I paid 8 pounds less after my complaint but it should have been half. The guy on reception was clearly embarrassed but said they had no other rooms. I said what happened to the room I booked? He said we aren't able to give you that room for some reason I think they sold it to someone else. Our friends room however was decorated modernly and was clean and tidy. Beware.
- Gemma (10/5): Exceptional - The room was outside the room was small but tv was good and shower room was lovely we arrived late from going to festival 24 hour reception shops all near by and open really late too get food and drink they let us stay in til 12 The room only had one thin pillow for each of us and we fix the curtains as the would open as the curtains to long so touched the bed need to be black out and shorter but apart from all ok
- PARAG (2/5): - AWFULL , MOULD , RUST , COLD , DIRTY CARPET , POO STAINS ,
VERY POOR
- Martina (9/5): Superb -
- Aivars (5/5): Passable - No windows, no fresh air in the room, plus we could hear every single noice from all the neighbors
- Janette (2/5): Never again - Easy to get around Smelt and walls so thin heard people in next room talking till 130
- Yussuf (7/5): Good -
- Saeed (2/5): The loca is good, but the facilities at the property are pathetic, even Internet was not working - The space in the room is too small , and the bathroom lacks basic essentials. The arrangement in the room , bed is too small for two persons
- Jasspa (10/5): Friendly staff, no deposit needed warm or cold Aircon whatever you needed nice big telly small damp patch but overall ve - Very cosy or what you need good value
- Sharmini (1/5): Atrocious - Nothing The room, It smelt off weed and i have medical issues was hard and there’s people in the reception outside drinking their heads off smoking and playing games that dont even stay there That was very uncomfortable as a female.
The room bed and floor felt damp, my door wouldn’t lock properly dirtiness on the walls etc. was just disgusting i left.
- Kaushal (10/5): Exceptional -
- Camelia (6/5): Basic and noisy but clean and good London access - Cheap and basic place to stay with easy transport link to London (10 min walk to Ilford station and 30 mins on tube to central London)
Reception guy was friendly and helpful and it has a 24/7 reception and free onsite parking.
They gave us a room right at the back which we thought would mean it was quiet but sadly we were next door to a room that played pumping music all night, chatting and coming and going through the night. Not sure why we couldn't stay in the front part which seemed a lot quieter. Walls are very thin so bring earplugs. Otherwise it was clean and tidy.
- Morgen (3/5): Disappointing - Location
Staff Could be much cleaner
Poor quality mattress
Lots of sugar no tea coffee provided
- Deepanshu (9/5): Superb - Staff behavior was very good
Samir is the guy who guided me very well.
- Sheikh (6/5): Pleasant -
- Beebee (8/5): Very good -
- Jaidev (7/5): It’s ok for solo travelers within low budget. - Good location Near metro station, walking distance and market is also at walking distance. Very small room. Very very small kitchen and oyo hotel label 🤭

- Ali (10/5): Lovely place - Nice place Don't know
- Stephen (10/5): I love my stay cool and calm - Everything Nothing
- Gurpreet (7/5): Good -
- Adeline (6/5): Pleasant - Staff are friendly and helpful. The bathroom is very clean. Check-in time is flexible The room is too small to open suitcase. It's a bit far from the station.
- Narresh (8/5): Very good -
- Joseph (8/5): Very good - It was welcoming
- Margaux (4/5): - Pas de fenetre dans la chambre. Aucun menage. Nous entendions toutes les chambres alentours. Multiples alarmes incendie ?
- Gafaar (8/5): Very good - Service The cupboard
- Łukaszewska (3/5): Poor -
- Dhull (8/5): Very good -
- Cash-shea (8/5): Very good -
- Ali (1/5): Bad -
- Steven (8/5): - Room was good. Ungortunately 1 drawer was full of old McDonalds cartons. The staff cleaned it as soon as reported. Some noise from neighbouring rooms throughout night
- Ngozi (2/5): - Nothing. The staff was carrying a cat, when he was about to attend to me, he allowed the cat to move freely in the lounge. However, I told him to get hold of his pet as I am allergic to it. He then took the cat to the back of the house where the room I was supposed to occupy was. The passage way to the room was dirty, the cat was moving freely at the back of the house. Unfortunately, when I went into the room, I felt so very much irritated, and had to check out in less than 30 minutes of checking in.
- Tezz (7/5): Good -
- Tezz (8/5): Value for money - The staff was supportive and the room was clean. It was a middle room in a group of 3 rooms in the backyard of another hotel.. namely OVO mentioned at the front.
Nothing mentioned about cosy rooms
