• Tania (6/5): C’è di meglio - Posizione Palazzo si sta ristrutturando, polvere ovunque , manca la pentola grande bollitore pieno di cacare pentola sporca vecchia tutta graffiata rimasta dalla prima guerra mondiale , x 2 giorni mi hanno detto ok che li cambiano dopo ho ricevuto un NO , tapparella nella camera da letto manca
• Branislav (7/5): Es war ok für eine Nacht - Super Lage direkt an der Promedane, 2 Bäder, Größe Rollläden haben nicht richtig funktioniert, deshalb zu viel Licht in der Nacht, zu enges Doppelbett für zwei Erwachsene
• Lyudmyla (8/5): Buena ubicación, pero con varios problemas de mantenimiento y equipamiento - La estancia fue excelente. La ubicación es inmejorable, muy cómoda para moverse y disfrutar de la zona. El precio resultó sorprendentemente bueno para la calidad ofrecida. Los apartamentos estaban impecables, muy limpios y con un agradable olor a fresco desde el primer momento. Se agradecen mucho los pequeños detalles, como los kits con cepillos de dientes y discos de algodón, además de jabón y gel de ducha disponibles. A nuestra llegada, no respondieron al teléfono a pesar de que llamamos unas cuatro veces; finalmente, nos ayudó el portero y nunca nos devolvieron la llamada.El depósito de agua de la cafetera estaba agrietado y, incluso llenándolo por debajo de la grieta, perdía bastante agua. Para tres personas dejaron solo dos cápsulas de café, lo cual no tiene sentido. La cocina estaba mal equipada: solo había un cuchillo, además roto y sin filo, muy pocos platos y casi ninguna olla, lo que no resulta cómodo para una estancia más larga. El “balcón” anunciado en el anuncio en realidad está dentro de la ducha y es tan pequeño que prácticamente no se puede considerar un balcón. Algunas ventanas no cerraban bien y dejaban pasar aire de la calle, produciendo un ligero silbido. Una de las duchas no funcionaba (aunque nos avisaron), lo que resulta incómodo para tres adultos, y en la otra no había cortina, por lo que el agua terminaba en todo el suelo.
• Serena (4/5): Da migliorare sicuramente!!!!! - La struttura ha una posizione ottima , centrale e molto comoda . All’ingresso c’erano dei lavori di ristrutturazione importanti non dichiarati !!!! dentro l’appartamento alcune tapparelle ( soggiorno e camera matrimoniale ) erano rotte. Anche la cura dell’ appartamento aveva parecchie mancanze. Abbiamo prenotato e PAGATO per 5 persone , al nostro arrivo c’erano a disposizione 2 asciugamani doccia e 4 per il viso. Mancavano le lenzuola per il divano letto . Avvisata la signora Ines ci sono volute circa 2 ore per avere tutto il necessario al completo.

• Juan Andrés (7/5): Ubicación inmejorable pero necesita terminar los arreglos - Sobre todo la ubicación y el trato del propietario. Nuestra niña disfrutó mucho de la cocinita. Es un pequeño detalle pero inteligente por parte de la propiedad. Había obras en el edificio, que no es culpa del propietario evidentemente. Una vez terminen habrá 3 ascensores, donde ya hay 2 operando (esto muy positivo). Sin embargo no me gustó que en el piso también había cosas que no funcionan, un lavabo precintado, aunque había otro baño completo, y varias cosas de decoración que necesitan arreglar.
• Adrianna (8/5): Bardzo fajne, przestronne miejsce w ekstra lokalizacji 😊 - Duża liczba pomieszczeń, ekstra przestrzeń. Niestety było bardzo głośno. Okna w ogóle nie wyciszały hałasu z zewnątrz.
• NICOLA (7/5): Good, noisy area however, we expected that. - In my opinion the property was not to the fire safety standards that I would have expected. I am sure that it met the Spanish standards however, there was no visible smoke detection therefore warning of a fire, we were a few floors up with one means of escape, the staircase therefore, early warning of a fire would be crucial. Also there was construction work ongoing during our visit, this impacted on the staircase, our only means of escape. This did not negatively impact our stay.
• Sušić (10/5): Zaista lepo iskustvo. Sve preporuke. - Odlična lokacija. Kad izađete iz zgrade već ste na Explanada šetalištu. Na 5 minuta hoda je plaža i nekoliko kafića pored plaže. I sve ostale atrakcije su veoma blizu. Apartman je odlično opremljen, ima sve što vam je potrebno, kao da ste kod kuće. Let nam je kasnio 4h i stigli smo u apartman u 2h noću, ali domaćin nas je bez ikakvog problema sačekao da nas uvede u apartman.

• Viet (10/5): - Great location, and perfect for meeting up with friends for the evening in Alicante. Right on the front and centrally located. Parking Nearby, we used Parking Plaça Sant Cristòfol, which was easy to get in and out of the centre . communication was clear and was met onsite to hand over the keys and explain getting in and out. would highly recommend and would use again.

• Ella (7/5): Great location and helpful host, a few minor issues - Absolutely perfect location, nearby to all shops and amenities as well as the beach and marina. Easily accessible from the airport by the C6 bus Comfortable beds, and the kitchen had almost everything needed for a few days trip in terms of utensils. Previous reviews mention a leak in the bathroom but there was no evidence of one for me, the water pressure was excellent and water was consistently hot. Host was accommodating with sorting out a late check in €20 fee for a late check in which was not advertised on the original listing No amenities provided besides a few rolls of toilet paper and some bottled water- eg no soap in the bathroom. About half of the shutters in the apartment don’t work so it is quite bright and noisy at night in the bedroom. The coffee machine didn’t work which isn’t a deal breaker but was irritating!
• Erica (9/5): Superb - The location was great, 5 min walk to the beach, close to everything, the toy kitchen was very much loved by the kids, spacious apartment with AC/heating, all the amenities. Easy to communicate with the owner. It is not really an apartment for small kids. We suffered the absence of high chairs.

• Lynne (5/5): Passable - The property was very clean and a great location, the following let it down and need improving:- 1. Constant noise from traffic which wasn't good at night as difficult to sleep, need earplugs 2. Shutters don't work and no blinds on windows to block out light so again, unable to sleep with the brightness 3. Sensor light in one of the bathrooms didn't work properly, went off when in shower so left in darkness 4. No wine glasses 5. Parts were very tired.
• Vjaceslavs (9/5): if I'm in Alicante I'll stay here again because everything you need is around very good location - The apartment is big and clean. everything you need is there it has a very good location from the airport by bus c6, 35 min or 20 min taxi. 5min Walk from beach. when leaving the door on the way restaurants for all tastes. Many shops around. When to much things are turned on the electricity turns of. After 20:00, check-in pay €20

• Dávid (6/5): Pleasant - Very good location, but a bit noisy at night. It's understandable due to location. I had no problem with getting the keys. Washing maschine, Air condition. We spent 7 nights there. The apartment is worn compared to the photos and a bit dirty. We found several cockroaches in the bathroom, kitchen or in building which was very unpleasant for my family. The owner pretended that he wanted to solve it, but we did not get a solution. The blinds on the windows did not work and there was constant light in the bedrooms. The air conditioning in the living room did not work. We didn't have enough bed linen. These facts spoiled our impression and vacation a bit.

• Paul (10/5): Exceptional - Great location. Fantastic facilities. Would definately book again! 😊 Mix up with key collection. It wasn't clear that we had to collect keys from a secondary location. The road signage in Alicante city is inconsistent, (not the hosts fault!) and made finding locations difficult. This was finally resolved and all was well. In future, and hopefully when we can, we will not have this problem!
• Shadi (9/5): Superb - Everything about the apartment was amazing. The only downside about it was that the location and the instructions to pick up the keys weren’t organized and clear. We spent more than half an hour trying to locate the store that we were supposed to pick up the keys from as the store didn’t even have a name. My only suggestion for such a beautiful apartment and it’s very nice host is to please provide the guests much more detailed instructions the day prior to their arrival date and double check the check-in process with them to make their stay an even better one for them. Thank you

• Helen (4/5): Apartment has great potential but is let down by lack of care and interest by the owner , attention to detail and basic - Apartment is in a great location right on the Passeig on the sea front with easy access to to the beach , marina , shops and restaurants . It appears to have been recently renovated in certain areas and had good quality furniture and decorations . Things didn’t start well with lack of communication from the owner , as indicated in a previous review . No communication was received after having paid in full - this is unusual in my experience - so I sent four messages via booking. com and asked for information about how we collect the keys and a potential early check in . No replies were received so I called the contact number which was out of service . They then asked me to what’s app them rather than reply through booking .com This concerned me so I then contacted booking.com and asked them to investigate and they were unable to contact the owner either . Eventually I received a message the night before check in to give instructions . To be fair they did let me check in early for which I’m grateful . The apartment looks as it does in the pictures but the basics are missing - - the two bedrooms face on to a building which is continuously lit overnight. The shutters / external blinds only worked for one side of each of the windows which meant both bedrooms were illuminated all night and the the “curtains” did not block out this light at all . It was like a torch being shone in to the bedroom all through the night and consequently none of us slept . Either the external shutters / blinds need to be mended so they roll down and block out the light or proper curtains / block out blinds installed . - there were no instructions whatsoever for any aspect of the apartment - we found the wifi code on the router in the kitchen by accident - the kitchen had a bad drains smell which we located to the dishwasher which had not been run or used - no toilet paper was supplied in either bathroom . - there was one teaspoon in the kitchen .
• Goran (10/5): Would recommend this accommodation to any family - The location is in the most beautiful street in Alicante, close to the beach, close to everything you need (shops, restaurants...), the apartment is spacious, clean and equipped with everything you need to stay in it. The owner is very pleasant and always available if you need additional information, (We stayed with two children )
