- Sabrina (1/5): DO NOT BOOK HERE - I liked absolutely nothing The host was very very disrespectful 😒 I called the day before my appointment to confirm if there was a stove in the section that I booked and she rudley told me to stop bothering her and go and look on what I paid for. I then told her that there are multiple pictures on the page hence why I have to ask what this specific room comes with and she said " Lady stop bother mi yaa nobody a tell yuh fi guh look pon nuh picture". I asked her why she was being rude and she said " woman why u nuh guh get a life and stop bother me". This is the worst host I have ever come across, she has no manners at all. In fact, the way she spoke I doubt it's her business, it sounds like she is trying to sabotage someone else because there is no way someone is so rude to a client who is doing business and I was not even disrespectful to her.

You can see that he's understanding knows about customer service and wants to make sure his guests are comfortable based on his actions 10/10 I would recommend. I have no issues whatsoever. The location, hospitality and the cleanliness of the room was superb.

- Kirk (10/5): Short, simple and comfortable. - It was good to see that it's still the same owner, Mike. My last visit was 7 years ago. The host was easy to communicate with and going in and out was smooth. The location is a bit of a distance from New Kingston and places I want to visit, but that can't be controlled. Other places closer to the city are more expensive, and those who price match or are less, don't have as good quality from what I've read on here. Just like those many years ago, the stay was comfortable.

I called to confirm my reservation and I did not like how Ms Lorna handled the situation with such bad attitude. She spoke to me as if my reservation didn't really mattered and she was about to begin World War 3. I was going to cancel but I was convinced to keep the reservation. Customer Service is poor at this location from everyone. I wouldn't stay here again.

If the improvemen - Location was a familiar area where we could visit family and friends. Much improvement is needed to be comfortable for guests. For example bathroom needs to be upgraded in appearance and proper shower fixtures needed. Kitchen needs upgrade and equipped with proper appliances and utensils. All the Rooms walls need to be painted.

- Stephanie (8/5): Very enjoyable experience, thanks for having us on our short stay. - Lovely hosts of the property, very responsive on our pre-arrival communication and with great recommendations on our small day to day challenges in a foreign country. Private and secure accommodation with all what’s required for myself and my two daughters for our day trip to Kingston. Property allows to park the car, nice small garden and the Apartement has a separate entrance. The traffic from the main road caused some noise and was louder than our previous locations, but this is somehow to expect..
