Guest Reviews

- Lorincz (4/5): - Pros: The apartment is located in a small village beetween mountains and has a beautiful view from the rear balcony. The kitchen was fully equipped and the washing machine turned out to be pretty useful as well. The host was really kind. Cooling and sleeping problems:
One of the two air-conditionings was barely working, it couldn’t even cool down the kitchen. The other one (which was located in the bedroom) was smelling like it had something rotting inside, so we couldn’t use them. Both AC units were loud. The apartment overall smelled unpleasant. The apartment got really hot during the day (it has a flat concrete roof), so staying there for the afternoon is a no-go. To cool down the apartment at night, we had to open the windows, none of which had mosquito nets, so every night we had to fight with hundreds of mosquitos, as well as bearing the light of the streetlight in front of the window, and the noise of the street – a literal nightmare.
Location: although the view is amazing, it comes at a price: be prepared to climb hills, and be vary which way your gps is trying to send you. Not a "flaw" to say, but something you should definitely be aware of.
Water heating: the water heater unit is dangerously outdated. It is rusty has some cables hanging out, and it has to be turned on via the switch in the swicth cabinet, which has a note "do not to bath & use the water heater at the same time"... It works, but it is definitely not safe.
We wanted to love this place so badly, but to be honest, we wish we’d chosen a different apartment. The place doesn't allow you to "lay back and relax."
