• ewa (8/5): - Przestronny apartament z dwiema sypialniami i dwiema łazienkami. Duży plus za pralkę i suszarkę. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem na odleglosc. Basen otwarty, ale dojście do niego zajmuje trochę czasu, trzeba zjechać windą na poziom garaży i przejść przez nie. W grudniu słońce na basenie od godziny 11. Brakowało kilku drobnych rzeczy, które ułatwiły by pobyt. Brak gąbki do mycia naczyń, z kosmetyków dostępne tylko mydło. W szafkach kuchennych to co zostało po innych wynajmujących. Resztki przypraw. W kuchni ekspres do kawy, ale nie było kilku kapsułek ani herbaty na start.

• Carla (8/5): Agréable et bien situé - Appartement spacieux avec une décoration agréable et des belles salles de bain avec une grande terrasse dommage que seule une table de salon de jardin soit disponible et pas une table pour prendre un repas sur la terrasse Le parking privé dans une résidence fermée et juste en face de l'entrée de l'immeuble Très bonne pizzéria à 2 minutes à pied A 10 minutes en voiture de Funchal forum ou Lido, bien placé pour visiter l'île Il manque une table pour pouvoir manger dehors sur la terrasse Les matelas n'étaient vraiment pas confortables dans les 2 lits individuels
• Bruno (9/5): - Appartement spacieux et bien équipé même si un peu plus de vaisselle n'aurait rien gâché. De plein pied, au RDC juste à côté de la place de parking réservée ce qui est très pratique. Complexe moderne avec ascenseur pour accéder aux niveaux inférieurs (pour aller notamment à la piscine). Une grande terrasse mais que sa localisation rend assez peu utilisable à notre goût (si on est gêné par le vis a vis). Le quartier est agréable proche de la mer mais pas convivial d'y aller a pied Des commerces à proximité (attention c'est en pente si on y va à pied mais comme presque toute l'île). A 5 min en voiture du Lido et à 10 de funchal. Lorsque les fenêtres sont fermées le bruit n'est pas un problème mais un peu de bruit de circulation sinon. Appartement bien climatisé La communication avec l'hôte s'est faite essentiellement par WhatsApp mais avec beaucoup de réactivité et de serviabilité. Dans l'ensemble un très bon choix selon nous.

• Patricia (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was superb and very clean. It was beautifully furnished and was fully equipped with all appliances. We arrived after midnight, and Maria and her husband were waiting patiently to greet us. Alexandra was also in contact with us that night via WhatsApp and later in the week offered us advice about local restaurants. The pool was an added bonus. I have nothing negative to say about this apartment. It was just as it appeared on the website .

• Erdal (10/5): Clean, big and comfortable apartment. Would take this apartment everytime when we visit Madeira. - Clean rooms, good kitchen, 2 ordinary bathrooms (1 x shower and toilet and 1x bathtub and toilet) and good WLAN coverage. I used 3 times the washing machine which was very good. We could use towels from the appartment which we appreciate. We would strongly recommend this apartment for families. A few steps away, very delicious Pizzaria Napoletana called LUME - realy different then ordinary Pizza...like in Italy. A curtain for the bathtub would be very nice so that you can also take a shower there.

• elaine (9/5): - It was fitted out splendid but could of been a bit cleaner some of the drawers needed a wipe and the sofa needed a good vacuum crips under cushions .But the appt was amazing very tastefully decorated and I would recommend it to anyone xx Very steep hill 😛

This property is highly recommended. - We were met at the door and they showed us around the property, they also showed us how to excess the pool. 2 minor things, the I think property needs Scissors and a few mugs for drinking.

• Izaskun (10/5): - El apartamento es amplio, nuevo, bien equipado. La piscina de buen tamaño y muy tranquila. La plaza de aparcamiento está justo delante de la puerta. Está situado en una zona tranquila con restaurantes, supermercado y centro comercial. Repetiríamos sin duda. Muy recomendable

• Frank&Ann (9/5): Aangenaam en ontspannend verblijf. - Goed gelegen. Bakkerij en supermarkt dichtbij. Prachtig zwembad. Mooi onderhouden appartement met alle faciliteiten. Spijtig dat er geen welkomstbrochure was met tips en aanbevelingen. Een terrastafel zou ook een extra troef zijn.

• Vera (10/5): Fantástico - A localização é muito boa.. com piscinas naturais mesmo perto do local, situado numa zona muito nobre , facilmente se chega a qualquer lado.
• Renate (8/5): Stilvolle Wohnung in einem Kondo-Viertel - guter Ausgangspunkt - Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin sehr nett und kundenorientiert. Der Pool hat gut getan. Man kann zu Fuß zum Strand spazieren. Große Terrasse, schöne Einrichtung inkl Terassenmöbel. Komfortabel mit zwei Bädern! Parkplatz vor der Türe. Top! In der Gegend wohnen ein paar verrückte Motorradfahrer, die die halbe Nacht durch das Viertel rasen. Wenn man lärmempfindlich ist, kann man wegen der Straße vor dem Haus das Fenster nachts nicht öffnen. Uns war das Licht im Wohnraum zu kalt/weiss.

• Belen (10/5): Great apartment. Ideal if you have rental car. Lovely neighbourhood. - Very comfortable property in a safe and very attractive peaceful neighbourhood, on the outskirts of Funchal. Lots of bars, restaurants, cafes and shops nearby. Also a nice beach and coastal walkway. Loved that the apartment was on the ground floor and literally 45 seconds walk from the alloted parking space to the front door. Everything inside was very new and worked fine. The terrace is huge. Grounds are very well maintained. Pool area looked lovely though we didn't use it. Access to the motorway for day trips was very close by. Would happily stay here again.

• Verónica (10/5): Recomendable 100% - Nos ha encantado la ubicación, a 8 minutos en coche del centro de funchal, aparcamiento privado (importante ya que para estacionar no es del todo sencillo). El apartamento es muy confortable, nuevo, camas y sofá muy cómodas, limpieza de 10 y con todas las comodidades, no falta detalle, pantalla en el salón 55 pulgadas, persianas eléctricas y música en los baños entre otras cosas. La decoración es inmejorable. El anfitrión contesta al momento, resuelve todas las dudas y es una persona seria y muy atenta. Sin duda uno de los mejores sitios en los que he estado en relación calidad/precio. Absolutamente nada, hemos quedado encantados.

Com um jardim envolvente muito bonito e uma piscina excelente. A proprietária muito simpatica e disponível! Recomendo vivamente!

• Jéssica (8/5): - O apartamento, além de ser muito bonito, moderno e cómodo, está muito bem localizado, numa zona tranquila e perto de tudo. Ter parque de estacionamento é um extra que dá muito jeito. O check-in foi pontual e simples.
