• Mary-Jane (3/5): Would not return and would not go back. - Nice room They said the dining room was open at 7 o’clock at night when we arrived. It was pitch black! there was nobody there! We went back to the reception desk she said follow me and she was shocked. Nobody was there. The place was completely dark. We just wanted a glass of wine and a beer. The wine was terrible. Riunite Lambrusco is a very low-grade wine that I was introduced to when I started college! The appetizer offerings were very limited. We got nachos with cheese. An extremely small portion the cheese was drizzled cold… Tasteless. None of it was worth the money that we paid. We could not take a shower because I did not want to wash my hair. The showerhead was in the middle of the shower and there was no way I could’ve taken a shower without getting my hair wet. Never experienced that before.!! The place was so quiet. I asked if we were the only guest she said oh no there are four other rooms inhabited tonight. 4 other rooms on a Saturday night!!!

• Tomás Humberto (10/5): Hotel Increíble - La temática del hotel es increíble, el personal muy atento y buena onda. Todo estuvo limpio y listo para usarse. La ubicación conecta en una vía rápida lo cual nos permitió fácil acceso a las vialidades principales de la ciudad.

• Churrusco (9/5): Muy buena opción en Querétaro. - El hotel es muy bonito y bien ubicado. Es motel y hotel, nosotros nos quedamos en la parte del hotel. Muy buen servicio, buena atención y en general una excelente experiencia La calidad de las toallas podria mejorar. Son muy delgadas.
• Alejandra (5/5): - La habitación super bien, cama muy cómoda regadera super, la vista increíble desde el 4 to piso Encontré una cucaracha, afortunadamente pude eliminarla, algunos huéspedes no respetaron el descanso de los demás, en el pasillo afuera de mi habitación estuvieron gritando, hachando relajo como si estuvieran en una fiesta y el personal no hizo nada por ir a callarlos ni poner orden.

BUT I had a group of 3 people trying to forcibly enter the room at 3:30 AM, with a key provided to them by the night shift staff. It was not a case of mistaken room, they were trying to purposefully enter the room! It was harrowing, untolerable and completely uncalled for. I HAD TO CHASE THEM AWAY FROM THE DOOR, half asleep and without completely understanding what was happening. The hotel doesn't take safety of the guests seriously. Let me repeat myself: I had a group of 3 people trying to forcibly enter the room at 3:30 AM, with a key provided to them by the night shift staff. It was not a case of mistaken room, they were trying to purposefully enter the room! It was harrowing, untolerable and completely uncalled for. I HAD TO CHASE THEM AWAY FROM THE DOOR, half asleep, half naked, and without completely understanding what was happening.
• Miriel (9/5): Very nice, comfortable and accommodating overnight stay. - Very new and clean. Staff was incredibly accommodating. Very minimal, there was a strong perfume scent when we entered the room, likely from a cleaner.
• Rachel (2/5): Bad stay in a hotel that is NOT ready for guests while still being finished. - Beds were comfortable Free parking The hotel is not done being built. It’s currently under construction. None of the amenities listed were available. No terrace. No outdoor space. No elevator. No coffee. There was a room with no windows being used as “restaurant.” The menu and prices were ridiculous. Barely anything listed was available. It was a really bad experience.
