- Jonathan (10/5): Most Excellent! - Property located short walking distance from Croyde beach. Property was delightful and very well equipped and very comfortable. We have visited Croyde for Christmas for the last two years and this was the best property that we have stayed in so far. Nothing.
- Allison (9/5): We loved it ! - The property is a recent build/let, so everything inside is new. Tastefully decorated, lovely and warm. Comfortable. The location was perfect with just a short walk to the beach with beautiful scenery on the way. The garden is peaceful with a lovely stream running through it. The owners have put a lot of thought and hard work into making it what it is. Thanks for the extra touches of lovely flowers and fresh coffee. Loved it. Being a bit picky here..............While the property was clean, I would have liked to see the skirting boards free of dust, the radiators in the bathrooms needed a good wipe down, along with the bathroom tiles (watermarks), mirrors and glass had streak marks. When I took my suitcase from the top of the wardrobe it was thick in dust. As I say, I am being a bit picky. I just think while it is all new its a bit of a shame and things like this should be kept on top of. We could have done with a cloth and some kitchen cleaner to wipe down after cooking and maybe a scourer for the hob, but that's more expense for the owners.
- John (10/5): Exceptional - Great location. Brand new property. Two shower rooms. Secure storage for my bike. Can walk to town, beach or Baggy Point (has own private access path) from property. No noise. Stream at end of garden with deck chairs.
