• Kev and Lynda (8/5): Nettuno with great views. - The view and location was stunning. Our host was incredibly friendly and helpful. A nice little kitchenette, lovely balcony and a reasonable sized dining lounge. A good one bedroom apartment facing the beach. Excellent restaurant across the road. (Maccaroni) Others around as well. Great cafe down the road ,(Mood). Supermarket close by. An issue with a power board that tripped the fuses. A quick fix and our host was incredibly helpful and responsive.
• Francois (10/5): - Maison de vacances, donc décoration, ameublement et équipement de cuisine limités au strict nécessaire. Cela reste néanmoins un appartement très agréable et calme, situe au 9 eme étage, avec une vue magnifique. L'appartement est situé dans un "gratte ciel" assez étonnant. C'est le seul endroit de la région ou on ne le voit pas :-) . Deux grands balcons. Il y a un supermarché à une centaine de mètres. Plage immense au pieds de l'immeuble. Le tout à une heure de Rome. Rien de particulier

• John (10/5): It was a peaceful, beautiful stay. The two balconies provide great view of the sea. - The view and sounds of the sea was perfect. There were two balconies which provided a great deal of outdoor space to expand on an interior which as comfortably large.

• Caliboy (8/5): Great view and great access to the beach. Some sketchy folks around the building. - Wonderful view of the beach/coast. Easy access to the beach and the church of St. Maria Goretti. Great grocery store a short walk away. Very clean apartment with air-conditioning. Everything you need is either in the apartment or the grocery. The area right outside the entrance appears to be a hangout for some sketchy types hanging around after their work drinking their beers and leaving their bottles behind. Accessing the property for the first time with the keyless entry codes takes a bit of figuring out the first time so just give yourself a bit of time and patience. It works eventually.

• Aliaksandra (9/5): Superb - very beautiful apartments, wonderful view, has everything you need for a comfortable stay, the feeling that you are at home. The owner is very helpful, he resolved all issues quickly, he was polite and courteous, he created the impression of comfort for our stay. The location is good, there are shops and cafes nearby, and most importantly the best beaches! the kitchen and bathroom are a bit small, but you quickly get used to it and feel comfortable

• Paul (10/5): An amazing stay in a wonderful flat in a beautiful seaside town - This Apartment is probably one of the best holiday apartments we have stayed in! The views are out of this world from a balcony which more or less stretches out around the flat so the bedroom faces east and the livingroom and dining area lookout to the seafront with the beach and golden sands. We spent a lot of our time on this balcony as it was so wonderful. The flat itself has a master bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen with a washing machine and livingroom area with a dining table. The balcony had 4 chairs and 2 tables. A bread knife would have been good to slice that wonderful crusty Italian bread. Also instructions on how to use the cooker. We have electric at home and couldn't get the stove to light up so we couldn't use it.
• Paar (8/5): Yay! - Host is very nice and helpful. The apartment is lovely, airy, and the views can't be beat. Beach is just a step away. The sushi restaurant next door is delicious and well-priced. Overall, we had a lovely stay. Key entry system could use improvement. It depends upon internet, and is a bit confusing.
