The location is perfect! Very walkable to all the sights yet offering a quiet sanctuary to come back to. The spacious apartment was very clean with modern amenities, the rooms were inviting and comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, everything worked perfectly; the stay exceeded all our expectations! I loved taking my coffee out on the balcony to sit in the sun and watch the activities below. Thank you, Francesco, for making your place so welcoming and comfortable. Nothing!

• Isidora (10/5): Exceptional - First of all, the location is great, the street and neighboring streets are relatively quiet, not crowded at all and there's a small shop right next to the entrance. Really close is a very long street with a bunch of various shops (clothes, food and drink markets, restaurants etc). Our flight was very late so the host wasn't able to wait for us, but he provided necessary and straightforward informations via WhatsApp for getting to the apartment from the airport and for entering the apartment. The apartment was even better than advertised, with all the household things in the bathroom (we had to wash newly bought clothes because of the lost luggage) and in the kitchen. Everything we needed was provided and more. As a bonus, the host took upon himself to make a reservation for car rental before we even landed in Sicily, based on our needs. He was also available for some questions that we've had, unrelated to the apartment. Overall, during our stay in Palermo, we felt like at home.

Would definitely recommend! - The host was very helpful and the apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It was in a beautiful building in a great location, 10-15 mins walk from all the best spots. The apartment was kitted out with all amenities, kitchen, laundry etc, and Juliette balconies throughout the apartment for great views. We had some issues with electricity and water that was cut off from the street on our last day - this was outside of the hosts control and they tried their best to be accommodating and resolve things quickly. It would have been nice if the TV had Netflix/streaming options as we could only access local channels.
