A few minutes to the bus stop and 2 minutes down to the restaurants. Property is lovely and beautiful garden. Iva was an amazing host, nothing was a trouble and went out her way to help us. Always easy to get in touch with as well.

• Anderson (10/5): Great accommodation in a fantastic location. - The apartment is in a great location, very close to restaurants, cafes, supermarket, beach, transport and all. The hosts are very friendly and the apartment newly renovated and confortable. They even welcomed us with ice-cream and cold water! Some stairs, but the hosts helped us carrying the luggage.
• Faye (10/5): Brilliant stay - This is a gorgeous apartment with everything you could want and more. We stayed as a couple with a toddler and it was perfect. Really great location, lovely walk to the beach along a promenade of bars and restaurants with supermarkets nearby. Close to the bus into the old town, but we mostly got cheap Ubers (about €6 and 12 mins). We'd definitely come back, couldn't recommend it enough.

Located just near the bus stop to get to the city center (the bus goes every 10 minutes and the ride is about 15 minutes too). A big supermarket is in a 10-minute walking distance. Easy access to beaches. Hreat choice for a Dubrownik stay!

The location was great, just a five minute walk to a selection of restaurants and bars, and there’s a supermarket literally right across the street, which made everything super convenient. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Iva was incredibly friendly, responsive, and went out of her way to ensure we had a smooth and enjoyable stay, providing a cot and a high chair for our baby and giving us helpful local recommendations. • Teresa (9/5): Nice stay - The host was very nice and gave us a lot of good tips. The apartment was very clean, and it was equipped with everything we needed and more. There were extra capsules for the coffee machine, the dishwasher, and the washing machine. We had the top flat with 2 bedrooms, the terrace and the garden for us alone. Despite the direct street location, it was quiet in the apartment. The windows insulate the apartment well from the heat, noise and light. It was nicely decorated, the WiFi and TV worked well. The location is good, there is a small supermarket across the street, and a bus stop round the corner. One side of the ceiling was quite low, that could be a problem above all in the main bedroom if you are very tall.
• Eileen (10/5): Exceptional - The hosts were incredibly helpful. Iva pointed out sites to see. She sent links too. She was really one of the best hosts we have ever met. The location was great : a small market across the street and a larger one five minutes away. Plenty of local restaurants a very short walk from the apartment. Easy to get to the Old Town by bus or Uber. We also enjoyed walks along the promenade at Lapad. Immaculate apartment with everything you would need. We enjoyed our breakfasts in the sunny veranda.
• Ivo (10/5): Wonderful stay, would recommend 100% - I met with the host at the property late at night once we travelled from airport. Iva is super nice and friendly, everything was prepared for us. Beach is ~500m away, to get to the promenade with lots of pubs and restaurants is less than 300m. Small grocery shop is just across the street and is open from 7AM till 10PM (except for Sunday). We walked to the port of Gruz - took us 20 minutes. It takes about 10-15 minutes to get to the old town. The terrace and outside facilities are awesome and were the priority for us, we spent the majority of time there. Beds are comfy with stiff matresses which we prefer. It was still warm enough for us in mid October to be on the beach and swim in the sea. Quiet neighborhood, no issues. Would recommend 100% The only negative is that there's a building site nearby (some hotel I guess) which means the noise starts early ~7AM and be aware that the property is close by the descending flight path for incoming airplanes. However, none of this bothered us.

• Joseph (10/5): Perfect!! - Iva was exceptional! So welcoming and friendly. There were so many little touches which made our stay amazing! The property was stocked with all the essentials like beach towels, toilet rolls, salt, pepper, coffee pods. All little things which made our stay so much more enjoyable! The property is beautifully presented and in an excellent central lapad location. The bus links to the old city were very easy to use and an uber was only around 8 euros too. We had an excellent stay and would definitely return. Nothing!

Very nice terrase with beautiful tree bugenvilia ! We loved relax at the terasse and eat breakfast, take coffee. Very helpful and communicative, quick-responsive host, provided us with everything we needed. We would love to go back ! Nothing, everything was just perfect.

• Scott (10/5): GREAT LOCATION, GREAT APARTMENT, GREAT HOST !!! - Villa is wonderfully located on a quiet street in Lapad Bay and just steps down to the promenade with a beautiful beach and many local places to eat and drink. The charming Old Town is just a short bus journey away and Iva, the amazing and helpful host, is happy to help and recommend things to see and do. The apartment itself is nice and bright with lots of nice touches and we spent most of the time outside of the lovely terrace.
