• Sheila (1/5): Horrible horrible - El lugar es bonito, sin embargo lo están descuidando. El servicio del personal es horrible. En la recepción nunca hay nadie, tuve que esperar bastante. El desayuno te lo ponen disponible y cuando fui a desayunar me dijeron que no, el desagüe del baño baja lento. Las cortinas no estaban bien puesta. El precio es demasiado costoso para lo que ofrecen. Tienen una discoteca y la música se escuchaba en mi habitación y estuvo hasta el amanecer.

• SUAÑE VELTRAM - (9/5): Una escapadiga de vez en cuando cae genial porque hay que seguir proyectando el turismo local lo eres es lo que vende y - La amabilidad de las recepcionista y el personal de seguridad muy amables pero la servicio al cliente del casino es muy mal educada y le habla groseramente a las personas solo fui a solicitar una información para entregar las llaves y le hablo groseramente al seguridad debe mejor su actitud . Deben mejorar el mantenimiento , las bombillas algunas fundidas ,sale Ruido de las tuberías en la madrugada más las habitacion son muy linda y espaciosa Es recomendable es económico y facil acceso no hay playa pero es manejable las playa está encantadora y muy serca toma un Taxxy 10 usd y disfruta al máximo.

• Pamela (1/5): FATALE - Nothing Everything. The toilet didn’t work, no water, Im a single woman with a kid and the staff were 3 males haitians, the door’s lock didn’t worked so I stayed almost all night up because I didn’t feel safe.
• Emil (7/5): A once-loved getaway that’s now in urgent need of care. - This must be my fifth or sixth time visiting the property, and every time I come, I’m impressed by how friendly and welcoming the staff is. Their consistency in hospitality is one of the main reasons I keep coming back. We’ve been to this property at least six times, and sadly, with each visit we’ve seen a steady decline in its condition. Broken lights, torn curtains, and a jacuzzi filled with green, stagnant water are just some of the visible issues. What may have once required basic maintenance now demands a significant renovation. The A/C controls don’t work, the key system is deteriorated, the elevator is out of service, and many bathrooms have broken faucets—just to name a few. It’s truly disappointing to see a place we once loved falling apart year after year.

• Florin (7/5): Good - Staff was nice, pool is really cool. The room is big and has all that you need. The carpet from the room smels really bad. They said this happens in all the rooms, not only in ours. It's unaceptable, they should remove the carpet, it's full of dust and bad smell. The entrance on the hotel by car is dissapointing: you need to call to a tel number so that someone will open. They should have a button or a camera for opening the door to a car.

• Eugenio (10/5): Exceptional - I will come back next year. When I arrived at the hotel on the first day we paid for breakfast along with the other expenses, then when we went home the girl at the reservation charged me again for breakfast and I never understood why.
• Stuart (7/5): Flights were cancelled, but Savoy was there to accommodate - We didn't speak any Spanish, yet the staff and I worked hard to understand one another. The hotel is far behind a gated community. Sometimes the staff isn't at the desk to answer the bell if it's very late or very early.

Bartender was drunk and yelled, next day dhe was quite as a sherp, but no apology. They put music soooo loud, but when we said them, they turned it down.

• Iiro (9/5): Superb - The hotel atmosphere was nice. The hotel was inside fenced area with other buildings and houses, so you could consider it to be safe area also. The pool looked nice from the balcony of the room, but we did not visit it due to we went to beach and one of the beaches was about 30min walk from the hotel. The pool was shared with other buildings (I am not sure if they were hotels or not). The rooms were large and clean. 1 of our 3 rooms had a hammock in the balcony and every balcony had two chair and a table. 1 of our 3 rooms had a bath tube and others had normal shower which were good. The hotel had Casino in the same building which opened in the night, but I did not visit it. The fenced area could limit the parking possibilities during rush season, but now there was no issues.

• Sandra (3/5): There is nightclub next to the hotel! - Depends what you want. The hotel is far from the city, but its good location if you want to drive away from the city, there is no traffic jam. THERE IS NIGHTCLUB JUST NEXT TO THE HOTEL! Maybe it’s only weekends ! Unfortunately we were there on Saturday night and felt the bass while trying to sleep. The bed and the painting on the wall moved to the rhythm of the bass. Our room was far away, but there was rooms next to the club and I have no idea how they survived the night. This circus lasted until 7am in the morning!

I stayed 2 days, they didn’t clean the room, the bathroom had a smell coming from the pipes, tv and phone in the room didn’t work nor did anyone bother to fix it. Staff were not very helpful

• Aneta (9/5): A comfortable stay. - I stayed in a comfort room. It's very big spacious and comfortable. The room was clean and the WiFi worked well. A hammock in the balcony was a very pleasant surprise and addition. The swimming pool is big and was clean. Air conditioning was working well. I would recommend this hotel. The location is not ideal, far from the beach but if you have a scooter it's not a problem. You don't hear the traffic and can relax. The bed was huge but actually quite hard and only one bed sheet to sleep under, no additional blanket for chiller nights. There's no breakfast.

Wifi definitely too weak. Was working in living room. once you went to bedroom, wifi was gone so had to use our own one most of the time. 2. Breakfast or whatever it was as it’s hard to name it breakfast. Menu gives you few kind of options and opening times 8:30-11. Went for breakfast at 10:20 - No one was there. Was walking around for few mins when 2 ladies came in with the lift. First impression was very bad. ladies instead of saying good morning what would you like to eat today or whatever were just looking on us waiting to say what are we doing there. for a second we thought we are in a wrong place. We asked what is available, reply was „continental”. As a person Living in uk and traveling to many countries didn’t really know what to expect from continental as everywhere is different. when we asked if mangu is available they said No. that’s it. we asked so what we can have they replied continental again. I told my boyfriend I don’t want to eat there, kitchen looks like is cleaned and closed already and we are disturbing them, clearly they couldn’t be bothered to offer even toast or omlette which was in the menu. we asked for menu they said we don’t have, still not offering what they have. went to reception to explained what happened and that we are not happy. lady at reception didn’t speak english so my boyfriend had to translate. not convinient considering it’s a touristic place. anyway she showed us menu as said everything from Here should be available and she will investigate what happened. Didn’t hear back from her anymore 3. I got an e-mail from booking saying we were a No shows. not sure why? check in was processed correctly, my card was charged so I would expect hotel to confirm our arrival, so booking could consider our stay as a another one for genius 3. I hope this will be sorted
