- Devin (1/5): Do not go here (a novela) - The "apartment" was dirty, they advertised pet friendly, washer dryers in room, and a private porch with balcony and bbq. None of that is true. There is a washer dryer downstairs and a BBQ on someone's porch downstairs. Parking is behind the building a street away down a gravel road, in a tiny parking lot. If you park infront of the building you risk getting towed by residents. Rooms have exposed wires hanging out of the walls, walls have holes in them, chipped paint and insulation hanging out of the walls. Doors barely lock and have no sealant. You can literally hear everything going on outside, to the point that there are complimentary earplugs offered with a note stating they are aware this apartment complex is loud. The view is someone's house and a cemetery. The king bed is literally held up by four posts, its the cheapest bed holder at Walmart, we checked. The window seals and under the bed is littered with dead bugs, and the window seals have black mold lining them. Light switches, electrical plugs etc are all hanging out of the walls. The thermostat very passionately states "do not touch."
My son is 4'8" and had to contort his body just to use the toilet, thats how small the bathroom is.
There are three different t wi-fi connections and passwords, which was confusing to set anything up. They charge a cleaning fee, but then in their novel sized book of rules it states that the apartment should be cleaned before you leave down to scrubbing the toilet.
The "pet friendly" is accompanied by a $50 base fee, followed by another cleaning fee if ANY hair is found on furniture, this is stated in their guide book.
If none of this turns you away, and you decide I'm just complaining, then I wish you the best of luck going up and down the narrowest, steepest stairways I have ever experienced in my life, you are rock climbing just to get to your room where if you make any noise you will get charged.

- Bill (5/5): Passable -
- Little (8/5): Very good -
- Stephanie (7/5): I don’t feel like this place was worth the amount being charged. - It had multiple rooms (apartment), as opposed to just one room. It may be good to mention the sofa pull out, is more horizontal fold out, as opposed to vertical. Fits one adult better than two. The stair case down to the utility room is VERY narrow and steep. The cooler unit in the bedroom, kind of was enough to keep the apt cool enough.
- Ranni (9/5): Superb -
- Jolie (9/5): Superb -
- Kindra (8/5): Very good -
- Brenda (8/5): Very brief overnight on our way home. Bonus that it was pet-friendly. - Clean and off the main road. Nothing
- Scott (10/5): Exceptional -
- Janet (6/5): Pleasant -
- Kathy (8/5): Had a lovely stay and would readily stay in a downstairs unit in the future. - I loved most everything. It was appointed with almost everything a person could need. The bed was comfortable and spacious. The historic apartment is charming The stairs!! Make sure you’re young if you book #3. Getting the luggage and supplies up those stairs was near impossible for two folks in their 70’s.
