• Sakineh (10/5): Perfect 👌 - Perfecte locatie, vriendelijk en professioneel personeel. Modern en schoon appartement, alles was dichtbij en makkelijk bereikbaar. Kortom, het was een geweldige reis! Helaas moet ik zeggen dat het warme water erg snel koud werd (binnen ongeveer 5 minuten). Daardoor kon eigenlijk maar één persoon douchen. Daarnaast was het geluid van het doorspoelen van het toilet boven erg storend. Elke keer als de bovenburen het toilet gebruikten, konden we duidelijk horen wat er gebeurde.
• Pepermans (9/5): - Goede locatie (vlakbij het strand en openbaar vervoer om de hoek, dus ook snel in de stad). Prima ingericht, alles wat je nodig hebt, is er. Goede communicatie met verhuurder. Goede wifi (was vooral belangrijk voor onze kinderen 😀). En we hadden twee badkamers!

• Alice (8/5): Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo - Posizione ottima, vicino al mare, ben servita dai mezzi, da locali e negozi di prima necessità. Lo staff molto gentile e reattivo. L'appartamento dotato di tutto il necessario, di recente ristrutturazione e con spazi ideali. Scarso oscuramento notturno, la pulizia della cucina e delle stoviglie lasciava un po' a desiderare. Dal lavello della cucina l'acqua faticava a scendere.

• Mesot (8/5): Zeer goed. - Ligging en interieur, zeer ruim en mooi comfortabel appartement. Het eetgerei kon iets beter. Een appartement is toch de bedoeling dat je af en toe iets klein klaarmaakt. Een steak snijden met de aanwezige messen?? Weegt natuurlijk niet door in het ganse verhaal.

• Łukasz (8/5): Komfortowy apartament w dogodnej lokalizacji - Doskonała lokalizacja, blisko komunikacja-tramwaj i autobus oraz szybki spacer na plażę. W poblizu wszystko co potrzebujesz, od szybkich zakupów, dobrej kawy z kawiarni do miejsca na wieczorną kolację. Szybki i bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem, ekspresowo realizowane prośby. Łazienka wymaga większej uwagi przy codziennym sprzątaniu, przytkany odpływ umywalki oraz widoczne czarne plamy i pleśń na zakamarkach w kabinie prysznicowej.

• Nathalie (9/5): - Proximité de la plage, commerces et des transports. Arrivée autonome simple et réactivité de l’hôte. Le tuyau de la chasse d’eau du dessus qui donne au dessus du lit, très bruyant c’est dommage. Une éponge pourrait être ajouté pour faire la vaisselle et nettoyer la table.

Nella stessa via ci sono supermercati e due fermate di autobus. A 10 minuti dalla metropolitana e a 15 minuti (a piedi) dalle giostre per i bambini! Dietro di noi c’è la stazione della polizia. Un posto tranquillo! Non tutte le pentole andavano con il piano ad induzione,ma per il resto tutto ottimo!

• Damir (4/5): … - …. Achtung! Caution!!! The apartment is basically right on the street on the ground floor - extremely noisy road. The check-in instructions were very poorly explained, everything was unorganized. You can hear everything - noises, cars passing by, dogs walking, etc. My little daughter got scared because a bus drove by very loudly. We left the apartment immediately. When we asked for a refund, we were blocked right away. Absolutely unacceptable - not customer-oriented at all.

Мені сподобалось ліжко - зручне, комфортне. варто розуміти, що дверей немає, весь простір - це одна спільна кімната, яка розділена тоненькими ширмами. Не було мінімуму: сіль відсутня була, не було (додаткових пакетів для сміття, було по дві розмоклі капсули для посудомийної та пральної машини. посудомийна була розібрана не до кінця (залишився посуд від попередніх гостей). Дрібниці, але звернути увагу на це потрібно.

• Mihail (10/5): 7 zile in Valencia cu familia - We stayed in apartment no. 2, on the ground floor. We especially liked the high ceilings, the two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, the spacious living room, and the fully equipped kitchen. The location was also very convenient, close to bus line 19, which connects to the city center. The Suma Express supermarket, only 25 meters away and open on holidays, was also very useful. The only thing I could have wished for was perhaps for the apartment to be on a higher floor so that I could have access to a balcony. Other than that... compliments!
• Tomasz (8/5): Pobyt rodzina 2+2 - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Blisko plaży, sklepów i przystanków. Dojazd do najważniejszych atrakcji zajmuje 20-30 min. Niepotrzebnie obawiałem się niskiej temperatury w mieszkaniu ( wizyta pod koniec grudnia ). Ogrzewanie działa bardzo dobrze i czułem się komfortowo. Ogólnie polecam. Minus to przygotowanie mieszkania do wizyty. Brak mydła, ręczników papierowych, worków na śmieci i dodatkowej pościeli. Trzeba przyznać, że gospodarz bardzo szybko zareagował i dostarczył brakujące rzeczy. Drugi minus to bardzo skromne wyposażenie kuchni. Brak kubków ( tylko szklanki ), jeden tępy nóż. Kuchnia indukcyjna - część garnków nienadająca się do indukcji.

L’entrata direttamente da strada per noi è stata di comodità unica, in quanto siamo con un bambino piccolo e passeggino.. graditissime le capsule del caffè presenti in cucina. La cucina è molto attrezzata, inclusa la lavastoviglie. Non metto 10 solo perché non ci sono alte finestre oltre alla grande finestrata all’entrata, ma ci siamo trovati comunque molto bene, grazie

• val (9/5): Brezza del mare e comodità a Valencia - Posizione vicino al mare e comoda per i trasporti: c'è il bus vicino ma anche il noleggiatore di bici, che consiglio. Sotto c'è un supermercato e nei dintorni diversi locali dove mangiare. Cucina accessoriata, comoda. Letti comodi. Avere due bagni è sicuramente un vantaggio. Non abbiamo incontrato persone dello staff ma check in e check out sono semplicissimi, ci hanno dato tutte le informazioni e sono stati rapidissimi a rispondere via messaggio. NB Le due "camere da letto" matrimoniali sono divise da un armadio essendo un loft quindi si vede la luce e si sentono i rumori da una stanza all'altra La caffettiera non funziona sull'induzione, usate la macchina nespresso con le cialde. Non tutti i comodini hanno l'abatjour. Aggiungerei un paio di sedie, magari pieghevoli

• Miranda (8/5): - Het appartement was fijn en ruim en dichtbij het strand. De slaapkamer was vlakbij langs de straat, waardoor het geluid van de straat s nachts soms niet prettig was. En er is geen mogelijkheid om bij het appartement buiten te zitten.
• Joelle (7/5): - Die Wohnung war stilvoll und sauber. Die Ausstattung ist gut bis sehr gut und ideal für einen Urlaub. Leider ist die Wohnung sehr hellhörig. Man hatte Nachts viele Geräusche die von Außen oder oben drüber schallten. In einem der Schlafzimmer leuchtete eine Straßenlaterne "taghell" durch das zugezogene Rollo hinein.

• Schäfer (7/5): Wohnung leider sehr abgenutzt (Wohnung Nr.3 1ET), Vermieter sehr nett 👍 - Der Kontakt war sehr nett. Und die Lage war auch echt gut. Leider hat wohl der letzte Gast nicht so gut auf die Sachen aufgepasst, sodass vieles kaputt war, die Brille von der Toilette 🚽 war leider komplett gerissen sodass wir sie nicht benutzen konnten die ganze Woche auch der Toilettenhalter war lose. Auch der Türrahmen war abgerissen und die Kochplatte hatte einen Sprung … auch die Küche hatte ganz viele Macken. Echt schade für den Vermieter der es eigentlich ganz schön eingerichtet hat.
• Ricardo (10/5): Agradable al120% - Lugar muy acogedor, cerca de la playa y comercios todo limpio, con todo correcto toallas, jabón gel etc y sobre todo los electrodomésticos funcionando y impecable no bajéis el listón mil gracias por el café un detallazo. No hay nada que comentar en este punto.

• Torsten (10/5): Tolle Wohnung, toller Vermieter!! - Es ist eine ganz tolle Wohnung, super Lage, tolles Raumklima und es ist alles da was man benötigt, sogar ein Sonnenschirm für den Strand. Das Meer fußläufig zu erreichen. Kurze Wege in jeder Hinsicht, Supermarkt, Obst -u. Gemüse Händler, Pizzeria weniger Meter entfernt und das beste Café gleich gegenüber. Der Vermieter ist freundlich und hilft wo er kann!! Es war mal in der Nacht laut, aber wenn man sofort Bescheid gibt und das kommuniziert wird geholfen. Es waren vielleicht 2 Nächte wo es etwas laut von oben war, aber der Vermieter ist toll und hat sich sofort gekümmert und das abgestellt!!

• Maksim (10/5): Magnificent stay - Everything was really great. The apartment is very spacious and beautiful and has everything we needed for long stay and work. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. The communication with host was exceptional - very useful, friendly and helpful. The location is great - 10 mins walk to the beach and about 30 mins to the historic center by bus or tram/metro. The restaurants recommend by the host were really nice too. We’d come back with a great pleasure.
