- Denise (9/5): A beautiful house in a fab location. - A lovely place in a lovely quiet setting with fab views. Breakfast was great, hosts were very friendly. Toilet didnt flush in our room very well. Too many books/ ornaments/ pictures in room so a bit cluttered. Its the hosts personal taste but not visitors so much.
- Jana (10/5): Wonderful stay at cosy farm - Everything at Colly Farm was amazing- the warm welcome by Sue and John, the beautiful house itself, the wonderful breakfast, the views from our bedroom, ... Sue also gave us amazing tips to visit nearby, and the surroundings are so incredibly beautiful. We had an amazing time here and would highly recommend!

- Natalia (9/5): Hosts are really lovely and helpful. - The wagon is beautifully curated.
- Bernard (10/5): Wonderful place. - The hole package was excellent Sue and John are the perfect hosts I don't think anything would have been to much to ask for them a lovely couple and want you to enjoy your stay it's a big thank you from the Spicer family. When we arrive you felt welcome and relaxed
- rachel (10/5): - Such a great find especially for a trip planned at fairly short notice. The "Showman's Caravan" was adorable, very comfortable and surprisingly spacious. The separate 'outbuilding' with a second living space, full kitchen and bathroom was a big bonus! The hosts (and their dogs) made us feel very welcome and we had a lovely stay. Genuinely not a "didn't like" but there were quite a few knick-knacks / ornaments on the shelves and surfaces - this fitted the vibe of the accommodation but potentially some guests might prefer more space to put their own things.
- Karen (10/5): -
- Florina Ana Maria (10/5): Would return anytime! - Beautiful property with great views and hosts.
Breakfast is freshly cooked and absolutely delicious.
Couldnât recommend more. NA

Very warm reception from the hosts and delicious freshly cooked breakfast.
- Alexander (10/5): Sue and John know how to make their guests feel at home and welcome. Such a beautiful house too! - The breakfast was huge. A full english with yoghurt on the side, juice, coffee/tea. Absolutely brilliant start to the day.
- Andrew (10/5): Exceptional -
- John (10/5): Exceptional - What a lovely place to stay! Conveniently located just outside Bridport, with a beautifully landscaped and tended country garden. Beyond that fields of sheep pasture that belong to the farm and spectacular vistas onto the surrounding countryside. Sue and John are the most convivial hosts and strike a nice balance between letting you get on with it but also being helpful if needed. The thatched farmhouse dates from 1790 and was restored by Sue's father after he returned from WWII. The rooms are spacious and with many fascinating paintings and artefacts. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast generous. In all a great experience of country life (and we were able to recharge our EV overnight for a small charge). We hope to return!
- Derek (10/5): Most enjoyable - Amazing breakfast

- Lucy (9/5): Incredibly relaxing, heavenly and soul restoring. Will definitely be making a return visit - The views from The Summer House are incredible. We loved feeling completely remote despite being less than 10 minutes by car to Bridport. We loved having birdsong serenading us throughout our entire stay thanks to nests in the eaves of the summer house. Completely felt at one with nature the entire weekend which made my partnerâs big birthday weekend a little bit more special.
- Edward (10/5): A special place . . - Great location - very well set up and maintained. Just exceptional in all regards!! Nothing. It was perfect!
- Graham (9/5): Very enjoyable and comfortable stay in lovely accommodation and surroundings. - Location, farmhouse and breakfast all excellent. Nothing.

- Gillian (9/5): Tranquil beautiful surroubgs amenities within short distance - The amenities were excellent a lot of thought had gone into making it comfortable for guests There could have been an option for a breakfast hamper
- Michael (10/5): Colly Farm provides a tranquil rural (but just outside Bridport) retreat with all mod cons needed. - Sue and John, the hosts, were generous and warm, our room was perfect, and the breakfast was everything we had wanted. Cant think of anything.

- Adrian (10/5): For a family with young children this is a solid 10 out of 10. - Beautiful, peaceful location.
Friendly, attentive hosts.
Charming and unusual accommodation.
1st class cooked breakfast.
- Cathy (10/5): Beautful house and garden, fantastic food, exceptionally kind and generous hosts, and the best of fun! - We had the most delightful time in this gorgeous house in a beautiful part of Dorset. Sue and John could not have been more friendly and kind and they were also the best of fun.
John offered a well considered itinerary each day - complete with maps- and arranged bookings in lovely restaurants on both nights of our stay.
Delicious, healthy breakfast fast with fresh eggs from the farm, a host of garden birds at the feeding post below our bedroom window, two lovely dogs and to top it all, we were there for the lambing. The morning we left, there were six healthy little ones in the field. Bliss.
- Debbie (10/5): Very relaxing and enjoyable stay - Beautiful room and setting and wonderful friendly and thoughtful hosts. N/A
- Cecile (10/5): A fantastic couple of days - my daughter and I came away feeling refreshed. Lovely people! - Beautiful location and great hosts! We loved being able to sit in the lounge reading in front of a roaring fire, while the storm blew outside - magical.
- Duncan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lynn (9/5): A lovely place to stay for a peaceful getaway. - Set in a wonderful location surrounded by fields, it's the ideal spot for a peaceful getaway. On the second night of our stay, the stars could clearly be seen thanks to no street lights. The property is accessed up a narrow lane with passing places, and is just about 10 minutes drive from Bridport town.
We received a very warm and friendly welcome from John initially, and later from Sue, into this quirky, country house which is full of old world charm. The owners are clearly people who enjoy having others to share their house, along with their 2 cats and an array of chickens, ducks, dogs and Jacobs sheep.
Breakfast was great, and there was plenty of choice. It was obviously made using good quality ingredients. The bacon in particular was lovely, as was the homemade marmalade đ
All in all, a great place to stay, and we will certainly return at a later date. The beds were a little too soft for us, but that's simply personal taste.
Everything else was great.
- Philipp (9/5): Superb - Sue and John are very warm hosts. The old farmhouse has a lot of charm and has been lovingly furnished by the couple. The location in the middle of nature is marvellous. You can see lots of birds and the grazing sheep are so peaceful. The garden must be great in summer -
- Sylvia (10/5): Comfy, relaxing, interesting and fun. - Sue & John's hospitality was fantastic! They were very helpful with any of our queries in regards to areas to visit. They were more than helpful with all our needs. Loved it. Will recommend to our Australian friends visiting Dorset
- Edmund (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rowan (10/5): Wonderful. Highly recommend - Gorgeous property, grounds, location. Peaceful. Comfortable, bed soooo comfy. Sue and John so welcoming and friendly, felt like friends and being welcomed into their home. Lovely to see the sheep and chickens. Loved our stay here. Will return. Nothing. Loved the property and everything about our stay.

- Avril (9/5): Fun and unique. - This is a unique property,we enjoyed the break very much,Sue and John were perfect hosts and made us very welcome. The Wagon and studio a total one off and great fun to stay in. I donât think you could make it any better because it was so unique not to be improved
- Allan (10/5): Exceptional - Everthink Nothing
- Nicholas (8/5): Very good - Beautiful surroundings and very close to Bridport, West Bay etc.
Quirky accomodation. Really nice outdoor living area.
Secure for dogs. Would have been nice to have some finishing touches such as tea bags, sugar, coffee (we had to ask for coffee pods) upon arrival but owners got mixed up with the arrival date which might be why these weren't available.
Bedroom could have done with a hoover and was a little unclean in places.

- Kenneth (10/5): Unique and a special warm delightful expetience - Copious choices and served with humour and efficiency.
The welcome and hospitality is exceptional as delivered by the hosts who welcome you into their home. The location and property are unique and a rear experience to be savoured. The host in her exuberance to serve is over cooking the bacon otherwise poached eggs etc splendid
