• Lin (10/5): Absolutely loved my stay — super clean, homey, and hands-down my top choice for future trips. - Absolutely a 5 star stay! Everything was super clean and tidy, and the way the place was set up honestly made me feel like I was back in my own home. It didn’t feel like just an Airbnb, more like coming back to a warm, well decorated home. I loved it, and this will definitely be my first choice next time I’m in the area!

And they have a small a cute back garden There's a risk of leaving the bedroom and not being able to go back if you forget the keys. Important considering specially for the non unsuited bedroom. The heating of bedroom 3 wasn't working properly.

• Beverley (10/5): A must stay at Eden stays - Stayed here before and it's great.Comfy bed, comfy room. 2 bathrooms, one with bath, other with stand up shower so always a bathroom free. Great facilities in kitchen. Super clean. WiFi wasn't working but through no fault of eden stays.

Full use of shared kitchen with lots of nice extras like delicious herbal teas. I stayed in the single room. Everything I needed. Even had a large fan, which was great during the hot weather. Two shared bathrooms, both very clean. Really couldn't fault it and VERY good value. The only problem I had was that the WiFi wasn't working on the night I stayed. I contacted the manager and she told me there had been an outage at BT, so there was unfortunately nothing she could do. Fair enough. TV is also entirely Internet based, so it meant no tv either. I just had to read a book, old style!! The area is nothing special but it's fine, is mainly residential and felt perfectly safe.

The TV in the room was huge and both bathrooms had lovely facilities. The host was responsive and helpful, even though we didn't meet in person

• P26bow (8/5): Very good - Nice room, clean house. Pity about the estate it's located on. Bed was comfy. Shared bathroom may be an issue. There were other guests in the house at the same time as my stay. Noise was the biggest issue for me, they were very noisy. Loud TV, loud talking, noise from kitchen below and bathroom next door to my room which didn't make for a relaxing environment. I suppose if you are going to book the whole property for yourself/family it would be ok. I didn't really appreciate going to the bathroom to find one of the other guests had urinated all over the toilet seat and floor but I guess not everybody's personal hygiene standards can align with your own. Quite noisy outside as well, a few people shouting and yelling on the estate. There is a lot of CCTV located within the property so you cannot fully relax, I went down to the kitchen to make a cuppa after dark and was hit by the blinding lights of a CCTV camera in the corner of the room, I hope you enjoy the view (creepy) now I know how Big Brother contestants feel.. I mean a camera overlooking the bathroom door... really? I wonder if you could supply all of that footage to me please (GDPR / FOI Request incoming)

All the facilities were scrupulously clean. As a single female traveller, I felt slightly uncomfortable with the location and with using a shared bathroom, even though there was absolutely no tangible reason for this.

• Sarah (10/5): Safe, warm, clean and very comfortable, what more could I ask for - absolutely nothing!! - Very easy to book and manage booking - the owners Daniel and Debbie were so helpful answering questions quickly. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and very warm. heating system was easy to manage and adjust. Room and bed were very comfortable and quiet. Bathroom was great - shower was wonderful (and again easy to work). Kitchen has all new high quality appliances and good supply of crockery and utensils. Access to the property is easy. Driveway parking was great too. As my last stay here I felt very safe, important for a woman travelling alone. Thank you Daniel and Debbie for another wonderful stay - Eden Stays is my first choice for accommodation - so good that I will drive a fair bit further so I can stay here again. Without any hesitation, I would and will recommend Eden Stays to others. Nothing I would change at all.

• Kate (10/5): Highly recommend, we will definitely book Eden Stays again. Very luxurious with a fab garden. - It is beautifully furnished and decorated with light colours and plush carpets. Very clean also. We had a huge smart tv in the bedroom with super king bed and there was a brilliant coffee machine and everything else you could need in the well fitted out kitchen. Lovely powerful shower too. The garden was beautiful with a stunning love seat and solar lights. Nothing, our whole stay was perfect.

• Kate (10/5): I would definitely stay there again and will recommend it to my friends. - I stayed here to visit my brother at the uni and it was such a luxurious place to stay. Gorgeous garden with fairy lights, comfy single bed with plenty of room left over. My single room also had a tv which was great. Shower room was clean and the shower was very powerful. Kitchen even had a washing machine not that I used it as only one night visit. It was all lovely.
