- Bojana (1/5): - Lokacija je dobra U sobi se oseca fekalija, sobarice kucaju na vrata bez odobrenja, vecera je preskupa i jako losa. Parking ne postoji ispred hotela jer se staf parkira, a parking u hotelu se dodatno naplacuje po visokoj ceni. Svako vece su korporativne zurke sa uzasnim ozvucenjem koji remeti mir. Konobar prilaze stolu i odnose pribor bez da ste zavrsili obrok. Sve je preskupo. Higijena je uzasna. Toaleti se ne ciste detaljno samo povrsno i zato se oseca uzasan miris iz kupatila. Ceo hotel je sa uzasnom higijenom i uslugom po visokim cenama.

- Miroslav (10/5): THE BEST! - Best profession staff one hotel can have. From valet to check-in, luggage drop off directly to room while waiting for check in and keycard. Everything is smooth and you get the feeling that they are honored with every single guest. Everything is clean and every part of hotel smells nice. Waiters are the most professional staff i have seen in many years. Exceptional breakfast and tons of different food for every person. When you exit hotel and put on yours skies or board you have a slope and 15 seconds after you are at ski lift. You guys are the best! That we didnt took more free days to ski :D

For me the best in Serbia. The hotel is very nice, comfortable and clean. The only complaint was my husband who didn't have a place to smoke in the spa center.

Nije mi se dopalo što je hotel prepun i što se neko ne bavi ležaljkama i ne kontroliŝe pristup jedna osoba zauzme 2 leẓ̌aljke dok mi ostali nemamo ni tu jednu. Uveče su sobe pretople, morali smo da otvaramo prozor. Visoke cene spa usluga.Previše dece koja skaču u bazen , iako je zabranjeno.Posle 19h kada odu deca, milina i konačno može da se predahne i opusti i ugrabi po koja ležaljka 🤗. WI-FI jako loš.

- Dusko (9/5): Pleasant short stay for skiing in probably one of the better hotel in Cop - Very good breakfast with variety of cheese, cereals, bred, eggs et cet. Perfect location very closes to ski sloops. Lobby bar and restaurants are very good, ski wardrobe free of charge well organize. Outside parking which is always full is chipper (cost 10 euros), hotel garage cost 20 euros. A large indoor pool that is connected to a heated corridor with a heated outdoor pool that leaves a great impression, especially at night. Good spa del, which was never crowded The hotel is made up of several parts connected by complicated corridors, so sometimes you can't find your room at first. We had a standard double room, which is actually smaller in size than it was in the description. There was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom, and there was no way to ventilate it except by keeping the window open. The cleaning of the room was not at a satisfactory level, in fact the maid didn't clean the room and the bathroom, but only tidied it up. Not very comfortable bed and pillows, basically made of artificial materials that are not pleasant to sleep on. There was no kettle, only a coffee machine with coffee cartridges that had long expired. If I decide to come to this hotel again, I will have to take a different type of room, which might be better.

Nous étions un groupe de 13 personnes avec 6 enfants venant de France et nous avons été impressionnés par l’accueil chaleureux, le service attentionné et le spa, idéal après une journée de ski. Tout était vraiment au niveau d’un hôtel 5 étoiles, nous reviendrons avec plaisir. La vue de la suite familiale qui donne sur la rue, lit pas très confortable

- Adrian (10/5): Cel mai bun hotel pentru un ski trip! - Mancarea este excelenta atat la micul dejun cat si la cina cu o mare varietate in mancarurile pregatite. Spa-ul este excelent mai ales dupa o zi de ski, acesta continand cateva saune foarte bine amenajate iar piscina din exterior este superba. Amplasarea hotelului langa partie de asemena ajuta mult, avand posibilitatea de a iesi direct pe partie. Exista si un loc special amenajat unde se poate lasa echipamentul de ski pentru o suma foarte mica. Overall, aceste hotel ne-a depasit asteptarile, am putea scrie o gramada despre lucrurile pozitive si sunt multe alte facilitati pe care nu le-am mentionat dar au fost peste asteptari! Multumim Grand Hotel! Acest hotel merita 5 stele, nu doar 4.

The ability to buy skipasses and ski lessons and store ski gear is very convenient. The ski rental inside the hotel doesn't provide snowboarding gear but there is one rental just across the road so it's no a big deal. Waiting time at restaurants and bars could be improved.

- Iva (7/5): Great choice for families with children - We stayed at the hotel with our kids and had a wonderful time. The hotel is excellent if you're traveling with children — there are plenty of activities and the staff is incredibly friendly. A special shoutout to the chef who makes amazing omelets for breakfast — he's not only talented but also very kind and generous. I'd also like to compliment the Russian animator in the playroom — she’s so friendly and has a wonderful way with children. As for the food, the dessert and the omelet really stood out — the rest was average. Regarding the spa center, the only thing worth mentioning is the warm water in the outdoor pool — very pleasant! In general, the food was not up to standard. The risotto was often served with completely undercooked rice, and the same goes for the peas. The leek soup was so burnt it was inedible. The pasta salad had far too much mayonnaise instead of a proper dressing. This could definitely be improved. The spa center also leaves much to be desired. It only offers the basics. The Finnish sauna was so dark you couldn’t see your hand in front of your face, and at times it was even colder than the bio sauna. Water was often all over the spa floors, and no one seemed to be taking care of it. On Saturday, when the spa was crowded, I had to go to the front desk to ask for water cups because they had run out — no one was checking or refilling them despite the crowd. The staff member brought the cups, but ignored the overflowing trash full of used cups. Shortly after, even the drinking water ran out. Clearly, these things are not being managed properly. I would not recommend the spa at this hotel. The room itself was clean, but lacked some basic details — for example, there was writing paper provided, but no pen. Also, something quite frustrating: coffee and tea for the in-room coffee machine are charged extra, which seems a bit unreasonable.

- Irvin (9/5): Dolazimo opet 👍🏻 - 10/10 - Osoblje na recepciji bilo je izuzetno ljubazno, profesionalno i uvek spremno da pomogne. Gosti i osoblje su bili veoma prijatni i susretljivi, a ljudi zaduženi za automobile i kofere radili su svoj posao besprekorno – brzo, organizovano i sa velikom pažnjom prema gostima. U restoranu Bocca usluga je bila na visokom nivou: osoblje veoma profesionalno, šarmantno i ljubazno, što je dodatno ulepšalo celokupno iskustvo. Posebnu pohvalu zaslužuju i spremačice, koje su svoj posao obavljale temeljno, diskretno i sa velikom pažnjom prema čistoći i detaljima. Sve u svemu, veliki komplimenti celom timu na profesionalnosti, ljubaznosti i toplom odnosu prema gostima. Iskustvo u restoranu Garden bilo je izuzetno loše i neprihvatljivo. Konobari su se ponašali krajnje neprofesionalno – njih pet je stajalo kod šanka, razgovaralo i ignorisalo goste, umesto da rade svoj posao. Svaki put smo čekali oko 40 minuta samo da naručimo kafu. Takav nivo neorganizovanosti i nezainteresovanosti prema gostima je sramotan za jedan restoran i ostavlja veoma loš utisak.
